Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the private feedback board for?

It gives managers a queue for private feedback, consented contact details, ratings, and follow-up status.

Can I track follow-up?

Yes. Mark feedback as needing follow-up, resolved, or open again so the current status stays visible.

Does it show public sharing-link activity?

Yes. The record can show clicks on public sharing links. A click does not confirm that a customer published a review.

Is this different from CSV export?

Yes. The board is for daily triage; CSV export is for reporting and handoff outside Reviato.

Can managers filter low ratings?

Yes. The queue supports rating and status filters so teams can focus on recovery work.
