3 couples booked in for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 3.15. Started served promptly. Main course served at 5pm, over an hour after starter !!! Requested to speak with a manager when waiting as food was so delayed we were considering getting bill & leaving. Despite 3 requests, no manager came to us. Food eventually arrived. No acknowledgment or apology for delay.
3 of us went for a Christmas night out. From the time we arrived the staff was rushing us to get the (tiny) table back! Our main courses arrived in minutes from arrival, the veal was dried up and the carbonara ravioli tasted like salty custard. When we mentioned being rushed they just said there were people waiting. When booking there was no mention of a time limit.!
45 minute delay with take out delivery service. I like this restaurant but will be thinking again before I order take out from here again
10/10 Food was exceptional and atmosphere was so nice it was dimly lit and laid out like proper Italian restaurant. A real gem of a place. Food is top quality and there was a lovely happy buzz in the air from all the happy customers! Couldn’t fault the service either! Very pleasant staff
10/10 as usual 🩷 Staff are so friendly Food is excellent Prices are amazing for location as it’s in temple bar Service is brilliant
10/10 experience! The ambiance is unmatched. It is cool, relaxed, modern, yet comforting all at the same time! The dishes were nostalgic, delicious, cozy, and fresh! I got the sea bass which was fantastic! Also, what made the experience top notch was our lovely waiter, Edward! He really made our experience special.
3 years waiting to try this place after all the hype. Food was lovely but unfortunately service was super slow and very very basic. We had to ask for menus, to order, had to get their attention for more wine and for dessert. I would expect a bit more for a place with 12 tables and 3 waiters really. Loved the food but doubt we will be back.
40 minutes wait for 2 burnt-tasting burgers, terrible place, never to return again, at least the Asian waitress was friendly and did a very good job
45mins waiting for my collection to be giving the wrong order service is shocking never again not worth the wait at all not even a sorry noting
Excellent food and service
Great food and service.

Hello, so frankly the room, the presenter's room, leaves us a little hungry. The action of the game master is very random (it gives points to the other team a little on the fly: you must not laugh, not boo, even if these are the basic instructions, even if you lick). For me, the escape game is the frightening, the stress, and we must leave a room with the thrill and not a bitter taste punctuated by disappointment. Anyway, if you're 6 to 11, okay for a first: go ahead! But if you're more experienced with this kind of place, go your way. Despite the good humor of the game master, you will stay hungry. It's a room where time passes too fast, they push you a little towards the quiz (and I'm nice, I don't give any clues) to devote time to the quiz. Too bad, "apartments" are nice if we manage (and let you) take the time to discover them. I will come back, for sure!!! But for a more horrific room 😱😱

Visited last Saturday night for a girls night out. We went into the front part and waited a good 15 minutes for 2 drinks when it wasn't very busy. We stood at the bar and over heard another customer giving out to the bar man about waiting for 15 mins for a tonic that someone was getting for him,he was livid. We got a seat for 4 and ordered a bottle of prosecco and it was brought to the table and the waiter promptly left without opening it,it wasn't a screw top it was a cork. I called another waiter over to open it which they did. Once opened it was warm ,we had to request more ice in order to drink the €50 bottle of prosecco. Will never go back service is terrible this is the second time being here and the service was terrible the first time too. Expect better for the prices.

Had an incredible experience sitting at the bar - good food, best Irish coffee of my life and wonderful suggestions from the bartender on whiskeys to try. Had a great, local crowd - we got to sing happy birthday with the whole place for an 80th celebration. Cannot recommend more emphatically.
