Annoying place, won't let you sit together on the patio outside even if there is room. Ha they restrict two people per table and will turn you away and not allow tiny table to be moved 2 feet closer. Guess they don't need the business when their restaurant is less than half full. Find another restaurant that respects their customers. We were a group of 5....wow.

Good service food expensive and poor quality everything tasted like dish soap and the tea was prepared with some pretty bad-tasting water, in addition to this the whole room had flies flying around 🪰

My husband and I went to Bite of Life for coffee and a cake. The coffee was great, the cake was lovely, and it’s nice that they have gluten-free options for coeliacs. The staff were friendly and pleasant too. However, there are some real downsides. The bathroom is extremely small and definitely not suitable for disabled people or anyone who needs more space. What really put me off was seeing how the food was prepared — while waiting to pay, I saw staff cooking eggs in the microwave and heating up bacon the same way. It’s a pity because the coffee and cakes were good, but after seeing that, I wouldn’t go back for anything cooked.

Cappuccino and cinnamon roll truly top! Small but cozy place. With a splendid view of the river that certainly doesn't hurt, but creates the right atmosphere!

The food and drinks were dowsed in sugar. The pancakes tasted like scramble eggs. The sandwiches all comes premade and cannot be modified. The drinks that were supposed to be cold with fruit in them were room temperature and brown. Everything tasted a bit like it had gone off. My friends and I all left with stomach aches.
