0/10 don't recommend. Don't get their fries , they are flavorless and $4. Cheap ish prices but $5 for a chili dog which can be confusing with the title of Coney Island dogs 🙄 they messed up the simple order of mine and then made a big deal about it. I wouldn't go back... Not great customer service either.
1 star -- We walked out. That's how bad the service was. My brother and I came in expecting a decent experience based on the reviews, but we didn't even make it to placing a drink order. Our server, Tiffany, approached us with immediate hostility -- no greeting, no welcome, just straight attitude from the moment she opened her mouth. The entire interaction went downhill over something unbelievably small: a valid, freshly renewed paper ID. Instead of handling it professionally or asking a manager for clarification, she instantly acted irritated and dismissive. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and made it absolutely clear she had zero interest in helping us or even doing the basics of her job. Her demeanor was so unnecessary and unprofessional that we decided to leave before ordering anything. If a server can't handle a simple question without acting personally offended, that's a problem. We weren't rude, we weren't difficult -- we simply presented a perfectly legal ID. The attitude we got in return was unacceptable. If this is the level of customer service here, especially from Tiffany, it's not worth the time or money. We'll gladly take our business somewhere else. You should too.
3 times with this, whenever is Wendy the manager or wherever is it, I can't order my torta cubana without salchicha and lettuce, and that is something only 3 people does all the time here, and after all and been waiting for almost 20 min long line, they laughed because I can't order my food the way I want, really? Been order the same all the time, and size this personal are been moving to this place they acting like they don't care the service. I don't ask for more meat or less price, I just want eat wherever I want, I'll pay for it. It's not free. And the worst part is the actitud of them laughing because obviously we are disappointed. Please put attention on the personal, I know this place side years ago, and never have this type of problem, they want me eat wherever they want, actually the last time I have the same discussion about it, they give me the torta with extra salchicha and lettuce, plus a piece of nail inside of the torta. And that was really disgusting, and take me longer time to come back and find them same people, and after I figure out they going to do the same, I better leave without buy nothing. Not even the tacos and mulitas we buy after this suck service.

... Mediterranean would be a better description as the menu is basically a mix of Italian and Greek. But that's not a bad thing. My party was in a bit of a hurry as this was a pre-show dinner, so we ordered pita and dip to share while the main courses were cooked. My wild mushroom ravioli was very enjoyable, and its "light marinara sauce" didn't overpower the filling. I would have preferred a couple more ravioli - it was really just a starter sized portion. My companions ordered various dishes, and they were all pleased with their choices. The staff seemed to cope well with several large parties that were dining at the same time as us, but this restaurant packs in the tables so I couldn't recommend it for occasions where dining is the focus of the evening (ie, it's not the place for a tĂŞte-Ă -tĂŞte or a romantic rendezvous). But you do get good food at reasonable prices (given the location), so I'd happily return.
0 star if I can select, this place refused my service because I did not stay at their hotel. The reason because my dressing didn’t satisfy their dress code, you can clearly see many of the sitting customers there wearing shorts and flip flops eating with no problems. Definitely reporting to consumer affairs and bbb. Whoever experienced same treatment should open a ticket with bbb as well. Give it few more cases bbb will go after them.
1 out of 5 is too generous. This restaurant was horrible and a big disappointment. The food was awful. I ordered minestrone soup and sent it back. The waiter said he knew it was awful but didn’t want to tell me. The waiter was not nice. He was very pushy. He tried to make us order tomatoes and no one wanted them. He said we were missing out. Carbone in New York is very good, but Las Vegas is not. There are too many other good restaurants in Las Vegas and this was a waste of time and very expensive.
An absolutely amazing dessert experience! Highly recommend doing the combo dessert they have. And sit at the bar if you can and watch them put these amazing mouth watering desserts together! The staff are super friendly and bubbly. Also they make custom cakes which look so amazing and lots of humor. Side note the bathroom is super clean!!
Coming from a bi-culinary family, (vegan and carnivorous) going out to dinner can be a challenge. But thanks to Ferraro’s Ristorante, we could happily eat as a family with no compromises. This family-run Italian eatery tucked is in the corner of a CVS Plaza . Though it is located off strip, I promise, it is well worth the trip. It’s unassuming from the outside but once you get in you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. THE BREAD: Once seated, we were served a generous bread bowl with sourdough, focaccia and pretzel rolls and a delicious olive oil and cheese chimichurri style dip. SALAD: I highly recommend the CAESAR SALAD, which is served wedge style, and is incredibly crisp and fresh not to anchovy-ish at all. The INSALATE MIMMO is just as delicious if you’re craving a summery-inspired salad of vine, ripened, tomatoes, and mozzarella, so creamy and savory! VEGAN: we were delighted to be presented with (upon asking) an entire vegan menu with everything from salads to soups to entrees. THE EGGPLANT PARMESAN was flavorful and hearty. Even the carnivores enjoyed the dish. A true delight! POLLO VESUVIO: Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this dish. The chicken is juicy, tender and divine! The veg was perfectly cooked and only my lady-like decorum prevented me sipping it straight off the plate! LASAGNA: Just about the best lasagna I’ve ever had, hands down! The cheese was creamy but not overwhelming. The meat was well seasoned and savory melt in your mouth tender and noodles were perfectly cooked. And the sauce was so divine. I begged the staff for some extra as we could not get enough! Before we discuss dessert, a word about THE STAFF: the customer service is top notch! Our glasses were always full. Questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. We were made to feel like the most important people in the room! Our server, VIRGILIO was attentive and kind and took his time guiding us through the many options. His food runners were fast and responsive which we greatly appreciated. And at the end of the meal we were personally greeted by the charming CHEF MIMMO himself. As if getting to enjoy his culinary talents wasn’t enough, he COMPED us a round of dessert!! THE DESSERT: At the chef’s recommendation we had the COCONUT & STRAWBERRY GELATO (Vegan) which was incredibly creamy, fresh and light. If summer vacation was a gelato, this would be it! And finally, the CIOCCOLATISSIMO! I mean what is there to say??? It’s THE perfect level of chocolate cake-y, chocolate mousse-y goodness paired with bright, tart berries and smooth as velvet gelato. A perfect ending to a perfect meal! Ferraro family, I wish you many years of success one because you deserve it and two because selfishly want to eat here every time I visit Las Vegas!
This has got to be my favorite Brazilian steak house thus far. The experience was truly amazing. The person who greeted us (I was with my friends/coworkers) let us know we can go in even though they weren’t fully open yet. The hostess inside let us know we could wait in the lounge and pointed us in the right direction. Well, of course we go straight to the bar and order drinks to get us started for a night of fun. The wait wasn’t too long as we were led to our table (note: make a reservation - about 30 minutes into starting our meal-the room was getting pretty packed with people). Our waiter (Alonso?), was very charming and let us know the routine they set up: At the salad bar there is hand sanitizer, gloves to use while selecting items and a trash can to dispose of those gloves for a one time use. While walking around the salad bar, they seem to have a variety of fresh salads, vegetables, cheeses, a charcuterie, and fresh fruits to choose from. I also like that they had a caprese salad as well. At the table, there is a small bread basket of what looks like muffins with cheese. So good! We asked for more. Also, mashed potatoes and a side of crisped polenta sticks with caramelized bananas are provided as part of your meal. The servers with the meats started going around to the tables and we were able to get some really great selections. To highlight Some of our favorites: The roasted chicken: soft, juicy, and tender. Amazing. My friend loved the lambs chops (I had some, it was delicious) at one point the waiter gave him what looked like a whole plate. lol Bacon wrapped chicken: another friend of mine loved this the most and having tried it, the Smokey bacon is the game changer. Sausage link: it was very meaty, not to salty and had a nice hint of spice that wasn’t too over powering. I love that the outside skin had a nice crisp bite to it. My most favorite: Picanha. It was juicy, tender and had that nice layer of fat around it. Everything else was good too but the above stood out the most for our table. I also liked that they had carts going around with special table service beverages. We had a pineapple drink with triple sec that we decided to try, not our favorite but I think we enjoyed the added experience of having our drinks personally made at our table. (Note: these drinks are a la carte and not included with your meal - we found out they were added to our final receipt) The waitstaff are also very attentive making sure we got what we needed. At one point, our waitress asked us what meats we were waiting for and she went to find the servers to bring them to our table. Bravo! Keep in mind this place was pretty packed, so waiting for your meats may take a little time. Being the birthday boy, I was asked to choose a dessert of my choice, the waitress said the tres leches cake is the best and so that’s what I chose. I loved the creaminess of the cake with caramel and how dense the cake was itself. Very delicious. Over all, we had a great time and ate to our hearts (and stomachs) content. #foodcoma I hope to come back again soon! :)

Located by Fremont Street, this is one of the go to location when we want to grab something easy. We used to like this place but their food quality has gone down. Staff looks stressed and rude as well. We came here for dinner and had their tonkotsu ramen, wonton mein, and tomo ramen. The food was flavorful and has good portions. However, later on, we experienced extreme stomach discomfort and had terrible food poisoning. We were sick for 2 days. Never again! We won’t be coming back.

5 stars for Jake the bartender. Super welcoming vibe. Jake was on point with the helpful service, on point with the drink order, super attentive and the right amount of friendly all while the bar was very busy. 1 star for brunette bartender--didn't get her name, but clearly unhappy to be clocked in--and unfortunately multiple friends reported a similar interaction. Thanks Jake for being the star of the show at 18bin! You're a gem.

My wife and I were able to visit Hell's Kitchen in March 2026 and we were horribly disappointed in the experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant at this time. Some points that we took note of include - The entire staff were VERY friendly and welcoming. They alone brought this up to a 2-star review. - We experienced an awful practice that we have yet to see anywhere else. When asked if we wanted sparkling or flat water, we said flat. Turns out you still pay for that too. Never did we need to choose the third option of tap water before. Mix in the Vegas heat and we paid $20 for water - We wanted to try all the popular options. Lobster risotto, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. We got all this in just 30 minutes! While I am confident that there is likely some parts of this going at all times, our wellingtons were warm at best and likely sat for a few minutes until the next people ordered them. That said, we also got our mains before we could even finish the risotto that we split! Pretty crazy when you never asked for that experience (Every restaurant that has done this will ask if they can bring out all items as they are ready) - The sticky toffee pudding was pretty good though. Would recommend that again as a very good hot/cold option. In an era where Vegas wants to make money on every corner, there wasn't even an enjoyment to this experience. The rushed feeling of everything left us feeling quite disappointed. Add in the other items listed above and Hell's Kitchen does not warrant your fine dining dollars.
