After a long day of activities we decided to stick close for dinner, but wish we hadn't. The eating area was clean, which was appreciated. Started with 'focaccia', but calling it that feels like an insult to bakers everywhere. It didn't taste fresh and the texture was dense and awful. Fish and chips had a decent cook, but horribly bland. Made the mistake of giving 1 more opportunity for dessert, but the belgian waffle was hard and stale as well. Cannot recommend.

Amazing place with friendly staff members (some of them are originally from Italy as well as the chef). Food quality and the choice of wine are amazing. They have one of the best super-Tuscan wines like Tignanello and lots of less expensive ones like a fabulous primitivo di Mandura. Antipasti plate and mains were fantastic as well as some nice cocktails we took at the end. 10 out of 10 for me, bee’s knees 💕

0 Please avoid this place we had a voucher to use and the girl could not find voucher reference. She left my sister waiting for ages until we had to phone my nephew who had gifted us for Xmas treat. We were made feel as if we had free meal and people were looking at us. Humiliating . Terrible service and meal mediocre not worth the money . Prices expensive for what you get please don’t go here . It will only waste your day !

£26 for a bowl of pasta is a disgrace. Venue is lovely but food is average. 3 bowls of pasta, 1 side and soft drinks for 2 adults and 1 child approx £90! Can’t help but feel ripped off and so disappointed as a local resident.

10/10! Amazing, fresh and delicious food! Friendly staff, intimate seating. I haven’t had burrata since being plant based over 10 years ago. This was beyond delicious!

Booking is essential in case it rains. 12.5% service charge automatically added is significant on an already expensive menu and "Would you like it removed sir?" shows lack of tact. Exactly what is Service Charge?

Great venue but food was nothing to write home about and very overpriced for what it was. Simple bowl of not that special gnocchi for £24! Two slices of tomato with radicchio for £7. Very unimaginative vegetarian selection. But we were most disappointed by the unsmiling serving and the long wait after the mains. We felt ignored. We waited so long, in fact, we decided to go elsewhere for desert. We won’t be returning.
