1 Star - Absolutely Revolting: Do NOT Eat Here! Walked into Papi Smash’d Burger in downtown Orlando thinking we’d try their hyped-up smash burgers. Big mistake—we didn’t even order and bolted out the door as fast as we could. The place was filthy from the start: sticky tables, grimy floors, and an overall vibe of total neglect. That nasty sofa at the front of the store was an absolute eyesore—stained, worn-out, and looking like it belonged in a landfill, not a restaurant. Seriously, who puts a revolting couch like that where people are supposed to eat? But the bathroom was on another level of horrific. The moment I opened the door, I was assaulted by a terrible, unearthly stench of urine—sharp, overwhelming, and putrid, like it had been building up since the beginning of time with zero cleaning in between. Urine-saturated toilet paper was scattered everywhere: on the floors, and wadded up in corners. And the urinal? Empty cans of beer floating in a pool of yellow liquid, like some kind of grotesque science experiment. Sinks crusted with grime, no soap, dark stains all over— it was beyond disgusting. If they let the customer bathroom get this vile, I can’t even fathom the state of the kitchen. We lost all appetite instantly and left. No burger, no matter how “smash’d,” is worth gambling your health here. Orlando has way better, cleaner options. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Absolutely rude. I am picking up for Uber. I was waiting patiently and when the guy finally decided to ask me and the other 4 drivers there he acted pissed off. I could not pronounce the name and then he gives me a dirty look grabs the only bag and instead of handing it to me slightly tosses it on the counter and walks away. Uncalled for there were only 2 people ordering no reason to treat uber driver like that

**About the Location:** Luke Lobsters is conveniently nestled inside the bustling City Center in Miami, providing easy access with available parking in the garage. The restaurant itself is neat and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining; however, it tends to be somewhat empty, which can make the experience feel a bit isolated. The staff members are friendly and notably helpful, adding a welcoming and approachable vibe to the place. **About the Food:** The seafood flight offered at Luke Lobsters showcases a variety of meats, including half rolls of lobster, crab, and shrimp. The ingredients are noteworthy: the lobster meat is fresh, sourced directly from Maine, and the crab meat hails from Quebec's Jonah crab. The presentation is appealing, but all the rolls arrived cold, which was unexpected and somewhat disappointing as I anticipated them to be at least lukewarm. The lobster and crab were enjoyable, though the shrimp didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Overall, while the quality of the seafood is commendable, there’s room for improvement in terms of serving temperature and shrimp flavor for a more satisfying experience. A solid 3-star rating reflects the mix of positives and areas for growth.

After a steaming hot day at the amusement park, my husband wanted bar-B-Q ribs, so we tried Confisco Grill. We waited a little while (10 minutes) for the table and chairs to be cleaned; we were given sanitizer and then taken to our table. The facility was clean and neat and our waitress, Tiffany, arrived with menus and welcomed us to the restaurant. She took our drink orders. Delivering the drinks she took and our food order: Ribs for my husband and a Southwest Chicken salad for me. Both arrived within amazing speed and were prepared just right. Tiffany checked on us often to make sure we had welcomed cold drinks and plenty of napkins! We left happy and full! Thank you Tiffany!

Another great visit. Always love to start with the truffle popcorn. Seafood and steaks are always top notch. Sushi was good. Burger was amazing. Char grilled oysters are amazing. Cocktails are great. Faves are old fashioned, dirty martini, bubbles and berries and espresso martini. Consistent service and consistent food quality is what will always keep us coming back.

Long overdue review. So approximately a month ago I and some friends sat down at Toro Toro for a round of drinks. I was hungry so I ordered a steak and fries. At around 30 minutes I asked where the steak was, and was told they were very busy (note: I looked around and that between the dining and bar area, it was maybe at 50% capacity). After 45 minutes I told the waitress I would like our bill, because we would like to leave. She brought out the bill, and I told them to take the steak off because I never got it. She runs off and says oh here is your steak and gives it to me. I tell them I am not paying for that. So she runs and gets a manager. This manger, whose name I cannot recall, was a dirty blonde, European-looking individual in her late 30s. She should probably never be allowed to work in any customer service industry ever. First, she asks me why I don't want to pay for my food. I explain to exactly what was mentioned above. She says well you asked for your steak medium and that takes rime. Two issues there: 1 I was never asked what temperature I wanted my steak, and 2 unless you are cooking your steak with a matchstick, it should not take 45 minutes. Then, she proceeds to try tell me my order was put in 20 minutes ago because I ordered it 20 minutes ago. At this point, our entire group is getting extremely annoyed with the disrespect and begin telling her that in the custom service industry, which some of them work in, you admit to your mistake and correct it. You do not try and gaslight the paying customer. She ended up taking the steak off the bill to make the correction and left with the steak and fries, to which my friend asked what are you going to do with it? She responded that the steak and fries would be thrown away. This place and that manager deserve everything that happens to them.

First and foremost I want to say the service had nothing to do with this review. Terrible experience. We brought our 1½-year-old and were served grapes that had visible mold on them — something that never should be given to anyone, especially a baby. What was even worse was the lack of concern from staff when we pointed it out. No real apology, no urgency, just a dismissive response. Accidents happen, but the complete lack of sympathy and accountability was shocking and not what you expect at Disney. I should have trusted the previous reviews and avoided this place. If you’re dining with small children, I would strongly suggest choosing somewhere else.

Whenever we visit Disney Springs, we HAVE to visit the Boathouse for its amazing ambiance, food, drink and appetizers. And now we also have a favorite request for his impeccable service and care for our visit, Markus (Buff as his coworkers call him). We were the ( sorry to say) typical high maintenance family so enjoying our cocktails, the oysters Rockefeller, salads and lobster rolls (and special menu items for the tired 2 year old) when my daughter rejected her cold lobster roll assuming hot were being served (1st world issues...embarrassing honestly). As Markus explained the difference (clearly described in menu) he ordered a warmed one and within a blink it arrived. As the girls went to the restroom, he had refolded their napkins, filled water, and crumb dusted before they made it back. The food is always 1st rate, so a value of sorts, now we have a server to match. He seems like the captain of this wonderful and always crowded top notch spot ( and the gals of course think hes cute lol). All I all another memorable meal and service, a highlight of our yearly Disney visits! Can't wait to go back!!
