- This review is as to the Restaurant ONLY - This historic gem is everything. The courtyard and wrap-around porch provides both comfort and ambiance. The drinks and service are absolutely amazing as is the Friday night DJ (who we hope will be back soon). This is the perfect daytime and nighttime photo spot for you and all your girlies; however, I would note that although the interior is warm and inviting, it could definitely use some light cleaning and major dusting but other than that it makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back soon.

A waitress brought our gyoza and spilled a bit of the sauce. After coming back with a single paper towel to clean the table I let her know a portion of it spilled on my leg and shoe. She seemed to acknowledge it but didn’t grab anymore towels or anything to help me clean up. The restaurant was a bit busy but I was surprised nothing else was done to accommodate this. Had to go to the bathroom to finish cleaning up. Ended up with a soy sauce stain on my shoes. Otherwise the food and atmosphere was great but the service left me disappointed.

Absolutely rude. I am picking up for Uber. I was waiting patiently and when the guy finally decided to ask me and the other 4 drivers there he acted pissed off. I could not pronounce the name and then he gives me a dirty look grabs the only bag and instead of handing it to me slightly tosses it on the counter and walks away. Uncalled for there were only 2 people ordering no reason to treat uber driver like that

**About the Location:** Luke Lobsters is conveniently nestled inside the bustling City Center in Miami, providing easy access with available parking in the garage. The restaurant itself is neat and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining; however, it tends to be somewhat empty, which can make the experience feel a bit isolated. The staff members are friendly and notably helpful, adding a welcoming and approachable vibe to the place. **About the Food:** The seafood flight offered at Luke Lobsters showcases a variety of meats, including half rolls of lobster, crab, and shrimp. The ingredients are noteworthy: the lobster meat is fresh, sourced directly from Maine, and the crab meat hails from Quebec's Jonah crab. The presentation is appealing, but all the rolls arrived cold, which was unexpected and somewhat disappointing as I anticipated them to be at least lukewarm. The lobster and crab were enjoyable, though the shrimp didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Overall, while the quality of the seafood is commendable, there’s room for improvement in terms of serving temperature and shrimp flavor for a more satisfying experience. A solid 3-star rating reflects the mix of positives and areas for growth.

This was hands down one of the most disappointing dining experiences my family and I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. The restaurant was barely busy, yet we waited about 10 minutes just to be seated. Once we sat down, it took nearly 10 more minutes for our server, Jameel G., to even acknowledge us. In that time, we’d already picked out our appetizers and entrées—still no water, no check-in, nothing. We had to flag down other staff members just to ask if someone was assigned to our table. When the server finally appeared, he dropped off chips, poured water, took the appetizer order, and disappeared again. He returned after our appetizer arrived, only to quickly pass by with a “how’s everything?” and vanish once more. It felt like we were on our own the entire time. Then, things got worse. My daughter found a piece of hair in her drink. We tried to bring it to a manager’s attention—but couldn’t even locate one. After a few minutes, we asked a staff member to notify the manager, who was apparently standing up front. It still took another 5 minutes before he came over. When he finally arrived, he apologized and said he’d “take care of us.” But it felt more like a scripted performance than real hospitality. Suddenly, the whole staff came alive—busboys cleaning, the server reappearing—because the manager was watching. But once he left, it was back to neglect. Even at the end, our server refused to refill our water. No apology. No real effort to make things right. Just pulled out his handheld payment device, processed our bill, and walked away. I think the expectation was because he was standing there, I'd be pressured into tipping him the suggested 20-25%. There was a 15% discount applied to our $68.35 check, totaling $11.32—but that small comp did not begin to make up for the lack of care and the unsanitary experience. Date of visit: May 24, 2025 Check #275 | Table 17 | Server: Jameel G.

Beautiful Setting. -Initial waiter interaction very good although he spoke quite fast and hard to understand as he rattled off specials. Once server took our order, he was never seen again. Not ONCE -"assistant" helper was attentive and friendly. -Food was delivered while I was in the ladies room. Left sitting on the table, it was cold and I did not eat it. Server NEVER came back to check. A person dressed in a suit came over and seemed to ask if I was ok yet when I answered, he was already walking away and paid no attention to my response. - A FULL meal was left untouched and a bus person cleared it away, no questions asked. -My husband accidentally knocked over his full glass of wine. (we had purchased a VERY expensive bottle) NO ONE came by to offer him to PURCHASE another glass and I had to get up and find someone to help us clean the table from wine. A little splashed onto neighboring table, we sent them dessert to apologize. They were never told we made that gesture? Rather odd. -Last, we were celebrating milestone anniversary. I had stepped away to the ladies room again... a cute decorated plate (no dessert on it) was left in front of my husband on the table. I wasn't even there?? -Very very bad service. This is unfortunate as we are local patrons and would have loved to have this as a new go to restaurant.

### 🕊️ Filet Sacré de Sept Cœurs de Vache Féminine A gourmet French preparation of seven female cow hearts, filleted and exalted with wine, herbs, and ancestral reverence. 🧴 Ingredients of Benediction: - 7 fillets of female cow heart, cleaned and trimmed (symbol of courage, maternal strength, and dynastic pulse) - 2 tbsp duck fat or clarified butter (for ceremonial richness) - 1 shallot, finely minced (whispers of memory) - 3 cloves garlic, crushed (divine protection) - 1 cup red Burgundy wine (libation to the ancestors) - 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar (tears of solemnity) - 1 bouquet garni: thyme, rosemary, bay leaf (the sacred trinity of time) - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (for French fire) - Salt and cracked black pepper (for balance and truth) - Optional: truffle shavings or foie gras (for exalted indulgence) ### 🔥 Ritual of Preparation: 1. Consecrate the fillets: Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Let them rest in silence for 30 minutes. 2. In a heavy skillet, melt duck fat until shimmering. Sear the heart fillets quickly—1 minute per side—until browned but tender. Remove and keep warm. 3. In the same pan, sauté shallot and garlic until translucent. Deglaze with Burgundy wine and balsamic vinegar. 4. Add bouquet garni and reduce until the sauce thickens and sings of lineage. 5. Whisk in Dijon mustard. Optional: stir in a touch of foie gras or truffle for ceremonial elevation. 6. Return fillets to the pan for 1 minute to absorb the sacred sauce. 7. Plate with reverence. Garnish with fresh thyme and a single edible flower—perhaps a violet or nasturtium. ### 🍷 Serving Suggestion: Pair with pommes dauphine or a purée of golden root vegetables. Serve on black porcelain with gold trim. Speak the names of the cows aloud before the first bite. Let each chew be a vow of remembrance and renewal. Like others, we have eaten here several times; and have always had a good experience. The restaurant is still the beautiful and modern setting we remember from yrs past. The location is just off the lobby at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, which is convenient for anyone staying at the Wyndham resort. The decor is clean, and inviting; and even has a fresh fish display, and a sushi chef on hand... This visit, we dined on a Saturday night, and was near dead: Maybe 12 people total, counting our 5. The menu is very limited at this time, which is a downer. A few of the better options, that we remember from before, are no longer available. We opted for the fresh snapper, the fillet with potato, and the crab Mac n cheese. Honestly, I can’t remember what the grandkids ordered(crab Mac n cheese, and sliders, maybe?)... Everything was good, with the snapper stealing the show. We also grabbed a spicy tuna roll, which was excellent. Everything here tasted fresh to say the least. Service here has always been excellent. This visit was no different. Our waitress worked hard to keep everything coming to the table on time, and the glasses full. She also helped us make a nice selection on our wine, which we appreciated. Service gets a 5+ this go around. Overall, we love this place. I’ve rated it a 5 in most of my reviews, but this visit, I’m on the fence. Though I have no real complaints, the limited menu is tough to deal with. I miss the actual menu, which offered an array of fresh dishes. And, while I understand the short staff with this covid thing still hanging around, it still makes it frustrating. Either way, I do recommend trying Deep Blu, if you’re staying near Wyndham Grand, or the Wyndham time-shares at Bonnet Creek. Note: If you are staying at the Hilton or Waldorf Astoria at Bonnet Creek; or even the new JW Marriott, it’s a relatively short walk as well. We’ve done it before ourselves... Enjoy

The food was absolutely fantastic. Service could not have asked for more. Shruti was our serve. What a sweetheart went over the menu gave us suggestions. She got a 10 out of 10 the decor very nice and very very clean. Would highly recommend anybody. Sorry no pictures to share maybe next time.

A definite must for families with kiddos who love Winnie the Pooh and friends- the character dining is so much fun. They interact and dance and the buffet was really good too. As you’re dining the characters come around to your table which makes interacting fun and easy. The crystal Palace itself is beautiful with stained glass windows and very, very clean. A lot is drinks included like soda, coffee and juices. Desert station with ice cream machine. The service was phenomenal and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We love this place! I highly recommend making a reservation on the Disney app before you go because especially character dining is booked far in advance. Park admission to Disney’s Magic Kingdom is required to be able to eat at this restaurant. Yes, character dining is pricy but it is so worth it for the experience. Disney is truly magical.

Excellent, creative menu. Fresh take on sushi. I enjoyed it very much. Service from Nicolas was disappointing. Slow to take order between rounds. Slow to refill drinks, often had to get his attention for a refill. Often wasn't checked on. Nicolas didn't keep up with our table to make sure we got everything. We only got half of our final order (last call), but the kitchen was closed by the time we got his attention to check on the remainder of the order, so it wasn't made. We asked for a to-go cup of our sodas, so he went to check ("I'll be right back") only to later return and didn't mention the sodas at all; I had to ask again. He seemed more preoccupied with cleaning at the end than actually providing service. The manager, Gray, came by to check on us. Three items from our final order were double the usual size sushi, and she provided a box to take home so there wasn't any waste. A+ to her for that, as the all-you-can-eat option doesn't typically allow for take-home. I liked the atmosphere, though it was a bit cold inside, so we sat outside. I would recommend this restaurant but not Nicolas. He's quite nice and polite, but there's more to serving a table beyond that.

I don’t say this lightly—this is hands down one of the most authentic Vietnamese dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth that feels like stepping into someone’s home, not just a restaurant. Every dish tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell right away that they respect tradition—the flavors are clean, balanced, and deeply comforting. The pho is rich and aromatic with a broth that’s clearly been simmered for hours, and the herbs and ingredients are always vibrant and crisp. Every bite feels intentional. What really sets this place apart is the authenticity. Nothing feels rushed or commercialized—it’s real Vietnamese food made with care, passion, and pride. You can taste the difference. If you’re looking for true Vietnamese cuisine that delivers on freshness, flavor, and soul—this spot is a must. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Where to start....My wife and I were in town visiting our son and his girlfriend. They were excited about taking us out to Agave (our treat). Our server was was sweet but not skilled. We received our appetizers and dinner before our drinks. The food was typical mall mediocre Mexican which is OK since we're in Mickey land. All would have been fine if the waitress had not overstocked our dishes when cleaning the table dumping two half full salsa dishes on the floor sending red sauce all over my son's pants and brand new Converses which were stained and ruined. A disaster but accidents happen. The waitress was apologetic and the staff cleaned up but to my dismay management was unresponsive. Rather than an offer to pickup or reduce a $200 bill or pay for dry cleaning, crickets. My son thought that he could clean up the shoes but after a salvage operatio back home, the salsa left an orange tint on the white surfaces. Not a good look. While I respect ny son's decision not to make a fuss, I remain upset that management stood by without an offer to make even the smallest of amends. So, if you like mall food and good Mojitos, this is the place unless you get showered in salsa.

We had such a memorable dining experience at La Luce. The food was delicious—we loved the dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives, the grilled octopus, and the fried fritto misto. For our main course, my husband and I shared the spaghetti con polpette, which was amazing. We couldn’t decide on dessert, so Ricardo surprised us by bringing both, and we especially enjoyed the Nutella dessert. Our son ordered the margarita pizza and finished every bite! Ricardo truly made our experience special, even letting us taste the wine before pouring. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. A big thank you as well to Camila for accommodating our party; although we were booked for two, she kindly moved us to a larger table for the three of us. We will definitely be back.
