A couple of things that weren’t 5 stars was the wait checking in and the pool service.
AC in lobby was not working The exercise room closed The elevator buttons malfunctioned The place was not safe The pool was murky The.dinner was poor quality It seemed that no one cared about the problems and manager said nothing when I told him about the problems.
AC is shotty, tv and other amenities in the room I had to get connected myself to get working.
Great facilities.
Indoor pool was nice.
Rooms are clean, views beautiful, pool is a hit, plenty of indoor/outdoor space for solitude.
