1st day I complained about the Wi-Fi and they told me regardless if it works or not u get charged $3 per day.
All we received after asking was an internet upgrade promo code so we could work.
And charge for WiFi it will be my first and last time saying here.
A few things I note in a hotel room: AC unit worked, body wash was empty in the shower, Wi-Fi worked well, elevator wait time was short, gym had more than what I needed in terms of equipment, and the location was close to many great restaurants.
Above and phenomenal, even though I was in there for the coffee shop which is connected.
Also as petty as this sounds, not having the ability to connect to the TV with my phone to watch a streaming service when I’ve been able to do this at much lower price points is crazy to me!
1 night stay waiting for connection flight next morning, check in late night, the smell starting right at the elevator all the way to the room is disgusting, the ac vents are dirty right at the corridors, the bed matress was exposed and broken, the bath was not indicated to be sanitized, at the end i decided to sleep on the couch.
1) wifi is horrible.
AC broke down for a period in the rooms and for a longer period in the lobby- during a very hot time; water pipe problem meant no water for several hours and at least one in our group had a major toilet issue that was only resolved late at night and apparently connected to the water pipe issue; no washer or dryers working - which could have been a major issue given that we needed to wash our kids' sports uniforms.
1) Parking: The self park lot is connected to the hotel, but it is not part of marriott.
A card key is used and there is free wi-fi and toiletries are provided.
Access to the expressway network is very convenient.

They offered us, what they called a parlor room that was connected to our room, which consisted of a couch and table as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice toiletries, fast internet, quiet, incredible breakfast, great location near rail station......yes one of the best in my book.

We asked if the wifi password changed on our 2nd day because it would not work for either of us.

One comment about the availability of water through a dispenser connected to the ice maker on our (15th) floor: the water had a strong chlorine smell so we had to rely on bottled water, of which the staff was happy to provide extras.
