$400 plus per night doesn't reflect the gross room. Dust covers all the spots they never clean, the mirrors are gross in the corners and edges, stain or mold on the TV stand. You offer YouTube or Netflix but your internet is terrible, its an inconvenience when it keeps buffering. I understand its boston, but not a single grass area as far as the eye can see. There is nothing beautiful about concrete & pavement with the sounds of constant construction.
$700+/night?! Dirty room carpets, no coffee machines, bed side outlets connected to the light switch?! (re: phone doesn’t charge at night), bathroom auto light switch?! (re: turns fully on when enter at night), neighboring doors slamming (re: doors with no soft close), almost none re:outside noise insulation. I hoped it was just my bad experience, but management confirmed the owners visited the hotel couple weeks prior my stay and apparently planned on changing “things”. Great location, but why charging so much for so little?
100% not worth the near 900 dollars that I spent for 2 nights… The service was nice and friendly. The room carpet had numerous large stains and the bed sheets/covers did as well. The blinds don’t cover the windows fully. The tvs home channel advertises the ability to use streaming services or connect your phone, but they don’t actually do either of those things… Separate company but they associate with them, the valet service(Joyce parking) brought my vehicle back with a flat tire and essentially said oh well… will not be back to this hotel.
15-20 minutes from Dallas Love Airport, east travel/commute. This place is well priced and very large with a lot to offer, everything is very clean, the conference centers are well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the layout can be a little tricky to navigate. They have coffee in room as well as complimentary bottles of water and a mini fridge to store food items. They also offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion, all in the bathroom for you. The Wi-Fi is fast and easy to access with your room information. The temperatures in the room are well maintained, I did not notice an area to adjust but I wasn't really looking. The TV is nice with lots of great channels, and there are plenty of places to plug in and charge your devices. I will say I did come across a few elevators that definitely need some maintenance, and they had at least one escalator that wasn't running while I was there, but I feel like these are all common things seen in large hotels. Also, I did have to call the front desk so that they could bring me another bottle of conditioner, the service was great, but it took me a very long time to figure out how to use the phone correctly. So maybe some sort of signage on how to use the phone would be helpful for future guests.
250 mbps internet speed. That’s incredibly rare these days. Most hotels are lucky to give you 5 mbps
4.5 stars, better than most Sonders without kitchens. Nice views from rooftops, lockers for luggage, great internet, and a staffed desk daytimes.
$250 cash deposit required because of debit card My company paid for 3 nights in advance and when I showed up, I was asked for $250 deposit (why?, I asked - you cant even bill anything to your room?). I only had my debit card as the room was prepaid, and then I was told they could not bill the debit card for the deposit. So they sent me out on the streets at 12:30 am to get $250 cash out of an ATM machine. This was immediate "3 strikes and you're out for me". I did stay here for my purchased three days but won't return. It's too bad this ruined it for me - even though the room is as small as a dog kennel, the shoddy workmanship on the floors, and there is no real TV ("Smart TV" means "no TV except what you can find to stream on our slow 802.11g wifi network being shared by 20 people"), I was prepared to say the Manager was super-nice, and my meeting was at TSK, and you couldn't find a closer location (though the Chelsea is one block further and has no such debit card nonsense). But the cash deposit thing forever poisoned me on the place. If you do stay here, try the bubble-tea place across the street - they have really good Korean food cheap.
$50 for overnight "Self Parking". No Thanks. The only reason this got even 2 stars was because of the location and the front desk, since the staff was very nice. The restaurants and bluestone cafe are great. The hotel itself is a hot mess. My first room had no wifi and everything was not updated and in bad shape. The second room was slightly better, but housekeeping neglected to give me any towels. except for a face cloth.. which I discovered unfortunately WHILE showering. So I had to dry off with that facecloth. The "Self" Parking is $50 per night. The valet parking is $60 per night. Since I barely saw anything at Valet and needed to pull around since there was a delivery truck blocking it when I pulled in the first time, I'd say that I made the right choice, but still a huge amount for just parking in a public city garage attached to the building. Save yourself some frustration and price-gouging and go to the Palomar down the street. I thought I was being cost-effective by staying here, but with all the added costs and the headache of switching rooms, I'll spend the $20 more next time. I did mention that things weren't great when I checked out. That was met with somewhat of a shrug and a follow-up from management that just said sorry. Feels like they've checked out themselves.
1. Digital room key didn't work for room 19202, so I had to go all the way downstairs to get a digital key after already being directly in front of the room. 2. Hole in the wall on the other side of the bathroom for room 19202. 3. Relocated to the 1st floor, next to the sewers. 4. Horrendous smell 5. Sewage issues. 6. I received a credit I was not able to use. 7. Mgm internet shut down not allowing us to check out. 8. Maids coming into my room before 9:30 a.m. although I marked online I did not want maid service, probably trying to clean the room before 11 a.m. check out.
$100+/night for Union Square location, clean room, working bathroom, working Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast and round-the-clock tea/coffee/water! Apart from the loud heating pipes in the room, it really did its job for my 5D/4N stay in San Francisco. Thank You to the gentleman at the reception who was kind enough to offer us takeaways upon our early check-out at 5+am. I’ll be back!
$35 parking per night that's not included in the stay Sad how many homeless people were in this area. If you want to stay down town in the middle of the hustle and bustle this is for you. We stayed here because it was within walking distance of an appointment that we had. Day time front office was very professional and nice, the night employee was not as nice but the manager was super friendly and inviting. Super clean room with internet TV options. The shower and bathroom was smaller than other hotels I have stayed at within the same price range and the shower door which was glass was wet upon arrival so I don't know if that was from the prior guest or from the cleaning staff just forgetting to dry it off. You do have to walk like five minutes away for the parking garage as well. This hotel is super safe though because it requires a room key to enter the building and to get up the elevator so I loved that. I would recommend this hotel but I would likely stay at a different one the next time I visited Atlanta.
This place was unexpectedly great. We swapped out our time share for the Jockey Club. Great location, clean, nice staff and connected to the Cosmopolitan casino. We had a beautiful view from our room. So many places were in walking distance. Great time.

Way too expensive. Quite shocking to be honest. And charging guests for Wi-Fi in 2026 is equivalent to a restaurant charging paying customers for a glass of water. Ridiculous

Good and Bad : The service was good, especially thanks to Madam ( Mahsuma) , who was very helpful and professional. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The location is also convenient and close to everything I needed. However, the main issue is the building itself, which is very old and has an unpleasant smell throughout the property. That really affects the overall, experience. In the room, the air conditioner was quite noisy and it sometimes woke me up during the night. I didn’t report it to the staff, so I’m not sure if other rooms have the same issue or not. Overall, it was still a decent stay, but the condition of the building needs improvement. just need to check the air conditioners in the rooms because they are quite noisy. Otherwise, everything is fine.

They give you a bed but lacking some very basic features Room/bedding is fine but hotel has some very frustrating/missing pieces that should be a red flag to anyone: 1) No mini fridge in room -- couldn't even request one despite many other reviews claiming they had mine had a spot for it that was empty and staff saying they don't provide them. Unacceptable in today's day and age.. 2) They charge extra for faster internet (the non charged internet is non functional/too slow) -- they should not be charging for that, also ridiculous 3) it's a bit noisy from the airport though to be fair if it was just this I'd be a 3 or 4 star rating.

Lovely Boutique Style Hotel We recently stayed at The Erwin Hotel and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is a boutique style hotel, quirky rooms, well appointed with TV, WiFi, coffee machine etc. literally 2 minutes from Venice Beach itself and 100 yds to the world famous Muscle Beach Gymnasium. There is valet parking and buffet style breakfast was included. A cooked breakfast was available at extra cost. There is a great roof top bar and restaurant called Kassi. This is Greek and the food was delicious. Santa Monica and the pier is only a 45 minute walk up the boardwalk. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Erwin if you are staying in Venice Beach.
