1. 60$ per night - shared bathrooms. (Not even that one bathroom is clean) 2. Remove one B in B&B, I've had better 'breakfast' at gas stations' vending machines. 3. My tent looks better on the inside than that room did
25$ to put hdmi cord back in TV and 25$ for excessive cleaning . Lady came to take pictures of the room while I was still occupying the space . Manager is unprofessional
3 nights with a child in a freezing room – still not fixed, still no room change This is our 3rd and last night here. We checked in with our young child expecting a comfortable stay, but the heater has not been working properly the entire time. The room never gets warmer, no matter how high I set the thermostat. Weak warm air for 10 minutes, then it stops or blows cool air. The thermostat in my room showed a maximum setting of 81°F, but the room temperature never reached what I set. Instead, the system kept shutting off before it got anywhere close. When I reported this to the front desk, the maintenance staff came up, but their attitude was shockingly unprofessional. The technician was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at me while saying “that’s normal.” It felt insulting and completely unacceptable. I went back to the front desk to explain what happened, and they told me they would contact me the next day and move me to a different room. They never followed up. We ended up sleeping with our child in hoodies, socks, and extra blankets for three nights. If you’re traveling with kids or don’t want to freeze at night, please stay somewhere else. We wish someone had warned us. For a hotel of this level, this kind of service is unacceptable. Poor room conditions, rude staff, and no follow-through from management. I definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property at all.

20 min walk from the strip, I slept well, no noise or parties during the 2 nights booked, the room was renovated, only positive things, the pool is closed but I hadn't come for that, I asked and was given a garden view room at no extra cost.
24/7 bar, great mini putt course, excellent and friendly staff and clean rooms. Definitely recommend for a stay, not too far from the action either
$50/day surprise resort fee not mentioned in my original booking. Half the restaurants pictured not there. Pool/hot tub closed for winter. Long check in lines. Check in and rewards kiosks did not work so everyone had to wait in line for the 1-2 people working at the front desk. Beautiful hotel with lots to do and I highly recommend the king suite with the view of the strip - it did feel worth the extra $20 and was a HUGE room for just one person. VERY QUIET. Only one elevator working so a lot of us stood in line for it. Weirdly there is a glass window that went from my shower into my bedroom so glad I wasn't staying with anyone else. Even my partner would have a problem with that because it gave a clear view to the toilet - felt very Vegas but maybe not practical... Loved the dressing room lights around the mirrors and this had two sinks/get ready areas one inside and outside of the bathroom along with a closet and desk and couch and coffee table and fridge - no microwave - really could have used that. TV and dresser and two night stands. Plenty of space for activities. Starbucks in the resort which was convenient, but you can only pre-order through the app if you have a Starbucks card. Bring your own tea bags and you can get a cup of hot water from them for $1.08, which is better than spending $10 for their mint majesty tea. Would have loved to try breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant didn't open until 7am and I left before then. Most of the restaurants, shows, and shops were closed when I was there, but it was a Wednesday night so maybe that's why.
1) At registration, man claimed one of our carry-on bags was his. My wife argued with this guy; and after registering, I joined-in the 'shouting.' He followed us to the 12th floor; after exiting the elevator, knocked me down and forcefully grabbed the bag and fled. Hotel security does not PREVENT crimes, but to REACT - otherwise our shouting would have been caught on their cameras. Also troubling is that our initial shouting took place in front of TWO hotel employees at the counter, AND a bell hop at his counter - couldn't anyone of them request intervention? 2) We reserved three rooms. One of the rooms weren't cleaned at all when we entered. The bed was unkept, some trash littered the floor; and even found a used condom. Hotel management did "comp" us; but what about the physical and emotional trauma; and the nightmares that continue? This experience surely ruined a planned birthday get-together. No, I don't think we'll return to this "Ninth Island." (We're from Hawaii).
1983 must be the last time this place was refurbished. The smell was horrible!!! Had to change room 3 times during our stay. First two times because leaks in the roof. Third time because of a bad smell and something that has to be mold. We both got sick. And first night in our fourth room, I had to get up to kill cockroaches, but at the time we already given up. Vacation was already ruined. We got our resort fee refunded, but we should have got most of our feed back. Will NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone but people I really dislike. The horrible smell was in all our clothes when we got home. Its very depressing to stay here, so as long as you don't have given up on life, I recommend you find another place no matter of the cost. Staff was nice and location was ok. Thats the ONLY positive thing about the place and the reason for rate it as "poor" rather then "terrible". But seriously, stay away!
This place was unexpectedly great. We swapped out our time share for the Jockey Club. Great location, clean, nice staff and connected to the Cosmopolitan casino. We had a beautiful view from our room. So many places were in walking distance. Great time.
$10 Resort fee was a deal the free transportation that is offered is not always reliable and the free breakfast is a gimmick the hotel itself seems very dated But the rooms were clean nothing fancy just a place to save your money and get a good night sleep if you're on a budget this is perfect for you

After spending one night there, I discovered a red bug crawling on my bed. I rushed to the front desk, and they moved me to a different room. Later, a security guard came to visit me, carrying various documents. Although I didn't encounter any bugs in the new room, I was so terrified and on edge—constantly fearing that bugs might appear—that I couldn't get any sleep at night. My entire trip was ruined. If you don't want your own trip to be ruined, I urge you to think twice before staying here.

Stayed in the Opal tower, room was large and spacious. Overall it's a great property but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with. One, the front desk clerk that checked me in was not friendly in any way. Two, I don't know if they're having issues with their cable or internet but the TV in our room kept losing connection so it kept going out and three, as you know hotels in Vegas offer no water stations so you have to buy your own water, which is not inexpensive, but upon entering the pool I was told I was not able to bring in my water bottle because water would be provided for me. I asked if I could just leave it with the towel desk, where we were, and she said my options were to take it back to my room or dump it. I wasn't going to walk back to my room so I dumped my water, which put me in a very crappy mood. Providing information in the room or beforehand regarding rules would have been most helpful. I travel often and stay at Hilton's regularly and that has never been a problem. You need to scan a QR code on the pool menu to order any food or drink which I ended up having to go to the bar to order. Also, they charge $3 for a cup of ice?! And bottled water is $9?!?! Will I stay at this property again? Questionable but not likely

Awful and disappointed. I wanted to treat my significant other to his first visit to Las Vegas. Being this was his first time I wanted him to be centrally located to everything so I code the Linq because of this. First of all, there Uber dropped us off at the designated drop off and pick up location which is in a dark alley. When we exited the vehicle we noticed a very strong unpleasant smell which we chalked up to being the alley smell. We got to the check in desk and was offered an upgrade to a better room for an additional $15 per night ( totaling $90 for 6 nights). We were also charged $53 per night resort fee. Which cost us almost an additional $500 in addition to the original fee we paid for our room. As we walked to our room the offensive smell got worse and worse. Speaking with another guest in the elevator, we were told the smell had been there all week. When we got to our room, we were shocked at that we were paying a$53 ‘resort fee ‘ for a basic hotel room. M although I initially was disappointed because of the lack of a microwave, I was even more shocked that there were no drawers in the room to put our clothing. I was told that none of the rooms had drawers. How do they expect 2 adults to stay there for 7 days with no where to put our clothing? I guess we are expected to live out of our suitcases! This is not the experience that I expect for the price point I paid for this resort!! I will never return again. Nor will I encourage anyone else to. Unless they want a budget hotel experience that they are paying premium resort fed for. Also, the staff was very rude and uncomplaining. When we asked about the smell we were told it was the grease trap and they were wining on it. I do not believe that to be the case because numerous people were commenting on it and the length of time they were smelling it. I am still here more and considering finding somewhere else to stay.

Overall a great experience at an off strip casino with great dining options. The rooms were large and clean and the dining options varied
