3.5 / 5 Fair prices, decent portions (could be cheaper though, if they wish to be competitive). Coffee is good, and so was the pastry. But the Eggs Benedict was overcooked with mediocre sauce. Pleasant, quick service. Nice interior design and comfy chairs, but acoustics aren't great (e.g nearby table felt too loud).
A Massive Decline in Quality – Chaotic, Freezing, and Disappointing I visited Hyderabadi Kitchen on a busy Saturday night in mid-February, and the entire experience was nothing short of chaotic. I actually visited this restaurant when they first opened, and back then, the ambiance, service, and food were top-notch. Unfortunately, it feels like they are taking their customers for granted now. Here is a breakdown of why this visit was so frustrating: • Freezing and Noisy Atmosphere: We were seated near the main door, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was actually a heater to warm the place up. To make matters worse, the door must have slammed open and shut at least 100 times during our meal. Between delivery drivers rushing in and out, the constant, loud slamming noise completely ruined our appetite. • Hygiene and Layout Issues: Shockingly, kitchen staff were carrying kitchen waste and garbage right through the main restaurant passage while we were trying to eat. This is a massive issue and incredibly off-putting. • Severely Understaffed: For a busy Saturday night, there was only one server handling the floor, which heavily contributed to the chaotic environment. • Subpar Food: We ordered Biryani, Dabeli, and Chicken Fried Rice, and the quality was very poor. The Chicken Fried Rice was so overwhelmingly spicy that I couldn’t even finish half of it. • The "Bottled Water Trap": Because the food was intolerably spicy, we naturally asked for some tap water. The server told us they only serve bottled water and refused tap water. Considering they are serving excessively spicy dishes, forcing customers to pay for bottled water feels like an absolute trap. It is a real shame to see a place that started with such high standards fall this far. The service is now subpar, the dining environment is uncomfortable, and the food has lost its touch. I won't be returning anytime soon.
A real let-down wouldn’t be back. Came in on a quiet evening, so there’s no reason for the service to be that bad. Drinks never arrived until we chased them up, and we never got the dessert menu. Ended up having to go and ask for the bill ourselves because nobody came near the table. By that point, we just wanted to get out. It’s a pity really, we were up for trying more food and drinks, but the staff just didn’t seem bothered at all.
10/10. We stumbled upon it by chance and ate the best meat of our lives. We recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience. Unforgettable culinary experience. Very professional service, pleasant decor, it wasn't loud. Dishes completely worth their price.
5 friends and I were there, we loved the atmosphere, the exquisite food and above all the live music yesterday, Wednesday, January 7th.
A beautiful restaurant with lovely music in the background. We started with drinks and I had a vodka martini which was perfect. We ordered dinner and delicious bread arrived with whipped butter and a tomato butter. Our main course arrived shortly after. I had the Chicken Ballotine and my partner had the Linguine with Tiger Prawns and Clams. We thought both dishes were bland needing seasoning and my side dish of Pommes Dauphinoise was dry and lacked garlic. The service was very professional and efficient although the maitre d never took the name for our reservation until after we were seated
A booking made in June for a special birthday. From the outset, we were met with a cold welcome and lack of courtesy. No check either on our covid certificates. Seated at our 2 tables , the waitress recommended the red and white wines that we ordered and champagne that never arrived. She advised against ordering too many pasta dishes as there were 13 of us and the kitchen wouldn’t manage. She also detailed fish and specials that many of us ordered. Service was slow and one table ended up eating their mains as another table finished theirs. Side dishes also recommended by the waitress were in short supply. At one point, the waitress approached to say there were complaints about noise and that we weren’t spending enough. Wow! We were seated at 2 separate tables and it was no louder than any restaurant on a Saturday night. I went downstairs to query this and the waitress opened the register and pulled out receipts belonging to other customers detailing their spend. Wow! When did restaurants start doing this ? As a group, we decided our stay was no longer tenable and our plan for champagne, cocktails, desserts and cake were abandoned. Reader, we left and paid our bill of just under €1200. On leaving, another table approached us to say that they had not noticed any noise from our group and they themselves would not be returning to the restaurant. As a group of senior professionals, business owners and people who have travelled, we have never experienced anything quite like it .
Absolutely awful the ladies toilets are filthy and right beside the kitchen and I paid the bill and asked for a large Sambucca for my husband and paid for a large shot and he never received it and then the manager proceeded to argue with us in front of other people. Avoid! This restaurant has gone down hill and the staff genuinely don't care about there customers! I actually took pictures of the toilets they were so bad but would be sickening for anyone to see here! Definitely avoid this Restaurant! I only spoke to the owner who said she would come back to me but never did. This speaks volumes! Food: 3/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
Absolutely delicious early bird and great value at 2 courses for 32 euro. Goats cheese salad and rib of beef both gorgeous and waiting staff charming. Will definitely go back. Music a little loud though but it was early evening and quite empty, this probably not an issue later in the evening!
31 Lennox was the perfect start to our morning! From the moment we entered the restaurant, my wife and I had a great experience. We were greeted by the host and seated immediately. The restaurant was clean. The music was good and food & coffee were great. The host was very friendly and shared great conversation. After breakfast, he asked us what we had planned for the rest of the day and gave us travel advice on the best way to get to the nearby county. We’re so happy we went there for breakfast and we’ll definitely go back.
5 star food and great service! If you enjoy beautiful food and amazing service this is the place for you. After reading the previous reviews we went ahead and booked and so glad we did! I made an account just so I could write an amazing review as it was so good! That speaks volumes!
5 stars for The Mulberry Garden Restaurant in Donnybrook following our meal last night. Unreal service, the food was amazing, the garden beautiful for drinks with heaters and throws and fab French music. The staff know their food and their wines to a tee, rare these days. Social distancing not a bother. Blown away by this restaurant ... the questions remains why hadn't I been previously. I shall be back. Tracy

Great food, great vibe downstairs! Only downside was some very loud girls next to us (not at all the restaurants fault). Our waiter was great (Kris)

Nice restaurant but not as good as I expected. Service was fine even if one or 2 staff members did not seem too interested in serving. Food was good without being excellent.music was not good and fairly loud, causing patrons to talk louder than usual.

Ryleigh’s was a wonderful experience for my partner and I, in so so many ways. You may have read some of the not so good reviews on here (and there aren’t many of those so that says a lot right there) but I’ll tell you right now those reviews are not accurate. We showed up about 10 minutes before our reservation time and were immediately greeted by a host who welcomed us and took us to our table. The view was stunning, and beyond what I was expecting. Our server, Alice I believe, helped to create the most wonderful experience. She was kind, attentive but not overbearing, and I felt that she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. That kind of service is rare and exceptional. One thing that stuck out for me early on in our experience was regarding a question I had about the set menu on the website. She wasn’t sure if it was still available, and we were more than happy to order from the main menu, but she insisted on checking for us. That’s when I knew we were going to have amazing service and I wasn’t wrong. She didn’t rush us, she always made sure we were doing well and enjoying everything at the perfect level of attentiveness, and was just simply wonderful. Management, if you’re reading this, you need to give her a raise and make sure she knows how great she is at her job. She’s a keeper, and part of what made our dinner at your establishment so wonderful! The food was also amazing. While I will be honest and say that I do feel it is overpriced and on the expensive side, I was aware of the prices going in. If you’re going to price your menu that high, the service needs to be impeccable and thankfully it was. So the cost matched the experience in my opinion and I was happy to pay for that experience. Everything was well prepared. It was bursting of flavour, and excited us as it was set down on our table - exactly how it should be. The first thing a person does is eat with your eyes and you could see that there was effort put into the presentation of our meals. Not a single bad thing to say about the quality of our food. Stunning with exceptional flavour! A word of advice for anyone reading this. If you’re looking for a great place to dine, this is it - no question. But be responsible for your experience. Book ahead and know what you’re booking. If you want something a bit more quiet and more romantic with amazing views - the outdoor terrace is your spot. If you’re ok with a bit of a busier atmosphere and a higher level of noise, then book yourself a normal table inside. In my opinion, there are 2 different experiences here that the restaurant can offer. Overall, Ryleigh’s is a place not to be missed! Thank you Alice for helping to create such a wonderful experience for us! You’re an absolute gem!
