**AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** rang for 2 spice bags and a sweet and sour sauce . Rang back 20 mins later to make sure they had the correct number the man on the phone said the drive was just leaving. Bear in mind I’m not from around this area me and my ms are visiting our sick child in crumlin hospital . Having ate all day we’re looking forward to a nice Chinese . Was waiting an hour an 10 mins I rang them back and they said the driver forgot my order can I wait another 10 mins. Such poor service . Please avoid at all cost wouldn’t waste my time on taking a risk especially if your not from around here.
A Massive Decline in Quality – Chaotic, Freezing, and Disappointing I visited Hyderabadi Kitchen on a busy Saturday night in mid-February, and the entire experience was nothing short of chaotic. I actually visited this restaurant when they first opened, and back then, the ambiance, service, and food were top-notch. Unfortunately, it feels like they are taking their customers for granted now. Here is a breakdown of why this visit was so frustrating: • Freezing and Noisy Atmosphere: We were seated near the main door, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was actually a heater to warm the place up. To make matters worse, the door must have slammed open and shut at least 100 times during our meal. Between delivery drivers rushing in and out, the constant, loud slamming noise completely ruined our appetite. • Hygiene and Layout Issues: Shockingly, kitchen staff were carrying kitchen waste and garbage right through the main restaurant passage while we were trying to eat. This is a massive issue and incredibly off-putting. • Severely Understaffed: For a busy Saturday night, there was only one server handling the floor, which heavily contributed to the chaotic environment. • Subpar Food: We ordered Biryani, Dabeli, and Chicken Fried Rice, and the quality was very poor. The Chicken Fried Rice was so overwhelmingly spicy that I couldn’t even finish half of it. • The "Bottled Water Trap": Because the food was intolerably spicy, we naturally asked for some tap water. The server told us they only serve bottled water and refused tap water. Considering they are serving excessively spicy dishes, forcing customers to pay for bottled water feels like an absolute trap. It is a real shame to see a place that started with such high standards fall this far. The service is now subpar, the dining environment is uncomfortable, and the food has lost its touch. I won't be returning anytime soon.
A bit dirty in the dining area. Self serving and so small tables. The plates are plastic and not ideal for eating in. Overall the food was nice and well seasoned.
"Delicious food with an explosion of flavors! Such a great place with a lovely atmosphere. The service was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes!"
A beautiful experience! Stunning atmosphere and delicious food. Special thanks to José and Belle for their warm service, great recommendations, and lovely attention. We will definitely be back
A few weeks ago, my wife and I had our small wedding celebration at Mother Reilly's Bar & Restaurant — and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was perfect. They have a private area with its own bar, which is ideal for anyone planning a small party or a gathering with friends. We’d like to thank the entire team, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and especially the manager Ed, who embraced our idea from the very beginning, kept in touch with us throughout, and helped make everything happen — from adapting the menu to making sure every detail matched our expectations. By the way, all the finger food was absolutely divine — the kitchen is fantastic. So, we just wanted to leave our heartfelt thanks here and say that Mother Reilly’s is now officially our favorite local bar. Nathan & Jheovana.
3rd time (in a few years) that we have dined in this very beautiful Dublin restaurant. A benchmark in Ireland for decades and multiple well-deserved awards. But we were a little disappointed this last time both by the cuisine and the atmosphere. On the kitchen side, we felt a certain drop in level and precision (especially in cooking), on the atmosphere side, it must be admitted, what was great a few years ago has aged well and perhaps no longer corresponds too much for what we are currently looking for, staff at the top, but the atmosphere is undoubtedly much too starchy, it lacks a little Dublin touch to create a slightly more friendly atmosphere. Apart from these remarks, it remains a very good address but the choice is now very rich and of excellent quality in Dublin.
A group of us visited for lunch. We were very impressed with the quality and portion sizes of the food served. The restaurant was busy and buzzy for a Sunday lunch. However, when I went to the female toilet I was rather horrified by the state of the floor. Corners and other areas have not been cleaned for some time and were filthy. I would suggest getting stuck with some bleach to bring the hygiene level up to that of the food. This problem is just a symptom of laziness and is unacceptable.
Absolutely awful the ladies toilets are filthy and right beside the kitchen and I paid the bill and asked for a large Sambucca for my husband and paid for a large shot and he never received it and then the manager proceeded to argue with us in front of other people. Avoid! This restaurant has gone down hill and the staff genuinely don't care about there customers! I actually took pictures of the toilets they were so bad but would be sickening for anyone to see here! Definitely avoid this Restaurant! I only spoke to the owner who said she would come back to me but never did. This speaks volumes! Food: 3/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
Excellent food and service. Chicken satay had great flavour and both the wok dish and curry were really tasty. Service was friendly and overall atmosphere lovely. Would recommend.
One of my top picks for a hearty dinner in the city in middle of the hustle and bustle. Its always busy with a great atmosphere and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Last night the food was top notch!! Served to perfection and every bite better than the next, again the staff were so welcoming and attentive. We left full, happy and content. Already looking forward to my next visit 😋
10 out of 10 for everything, the staff went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing, best Italian food we have had in years! The atmosphere was so romantic and cosy, we can't wait to come back again. Thank you

This place is all about the decor, the food is just about average, all seems very processed and very quick to the table. This is an instagrammers dream location but if you like ASIAN food do not visit, if you like quality food in general don't visit. Look this place "is what it is" all about the decor and dry ice and frilly cocktails, staff are attentive but i would give it a miss and visit any of the other 100+ better Asian restaurants in Dublin!

For a business dinner we had recommended this place. There were 30 of us and so we phoned and agreed everything first. The location is very nice and the staff was friendly, the amount of food was decent although we expected qlcs better given the previous reviews. The bad surprise was when we asked for the bill (which was more than 3,000 euros)..... they imposed that we had to pay necessarily, in cash or by card in a single transaction and not as we always do all over the world in similar situations by paying everyone their share by card. They said these are their rules, and although legally customers can choose how they prefer to pay, they didn't care. because their RULES state that. At our protests about why they didn't warn before this strange, strange, and out of law policy of theirs, in such a way that we could organize, they told us that they apologized if they had forgotten but they could not do anything about it and that if we insisted on paying as we pay in all the way, they would call the police. Unprofessional, inadequate for a location that claims to be of a high standard. Finally ridiculous ; because after threatening to call the police , they said they felt intimidated by our demands to be reasonable and aligned with the rules of catering when instead we were the ones who were threatened. Bad experience, bad impression with my boss and colleagues. Absolutely avoid.....👎🏻pity because the place is cute.
