An experience not to be repeated: "flat" and lukewarm beer, tough and tasteless meat, cold fries. It seemed like they were doing us a big favor when we asked for more fries. The salad was served with lettuce leaves that were already a bit wilted and completely tasteless. Upon leaving, the pile of leftovers and dirty dishes on the counter also didn't leave a good impression. All of this for about 25 euros per person.
100% Portuguese tavern where you can enjoy a "Prato do dia" which consists of a main dish accompanied by potatoes and rice. Don't expect anything glamorous or super clean, but authentic if you do. As decoration, it has dozens of Portuguese football team pennants. The dishes vary daily but there is usually hake, pork rinds, pork chop, sausages... It's recommended to order a carafe of the house's green wine, it's very good. Very economical, less than €10 per person including drinks.
A clean place with friendly service ! Everyone should come for breakfast
💥2nd visit.🤔 Nearly empty restaurant. Ordered Chicken “BOTI” & Paratha to takeaway. Rohit- asked 2 “cooks” sitting doing nothing- something in Punjabi ( or Hindi). Neh. (No) was the response. Meaning they wouldn’t prepare it. No alternative was suggested. I said GOOD-BYE. I can no longer reccd Divine India, based on this insulting experience. North Indian food is very common throughout many Cities around the world. Divine INDIA- offers a very good example of that cuisine-In PORTO. Located between the METRO & Lusiados Hospital in Porto it is well located for an enjoyable afternoon meal. The Lunch Specials were either Plant-Based (Vegetarian) or Meat Protein. Instead of Chana Masala, I selected The Chicken Curry over The Chicken Vindaloo & other choices. It was a wonderfully richly-spiced version made with boneless White Meat Chicken ( personally I would have preferred- Dark Meat) , served with a perfectly prepared Tandoori cooked Naan bread. The ambiance is clean and simple.
A real horror show. The lack of space management during dinner was obvious. Although the receptionist was friendly and cordial from the beginning, it was possible to see that the team was unmotivated and overloaded. During the service, we heard discussions between the staff, and none of the served dishes were explained. The gentleman who seemed to be the chief of the room just said his name at the end of the dinner to ask for a positive assessment of the space. The dust was dirty and spicy. It is worth noting that the cocktail menu was not available due to the large flow of customers, which is understandable. We chose the place because we believed it would have the same welcoming atmosphere and decent service the last time I was here, about two years ago, but unfortunately the experience was the opposite.
Bad service, poor quality in the confection of food and absurd prices, musicalta and the dirty terrace floor.
Dear. Food without flavor and cooked without art. Savings on the base ingredients of dishes. Room and bathrooms look decadent and dirty. A disappointment.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Exceptional quality price, and wonderful treatment. It is good to be attended to as soon as you enter, they accompany you to the table, they are waiting for all the Service and if possible they accompany you and send you to the door. It is to feel like a luxury restaurant but at an affordable price, so much so that you repeat without hesitation. Also you can see the kitchen that is open and that, in my opinion is a good sign, especially when you go in and there are no smells which means it is clean and well ventilated. It is advisable to go hungry because they put a lot of food.
20min wait, very good food at affordable prices, ocean view, smiling waiters, clean terrace... I strongly advise!
A beautiful evening out with our family of 4. Fresh grilled whole fish prepared perfectly, so clean and tasty. We highly recommend this place for food and service. In fact we might return this evening if there is space - make reservation ahead of time, this place gets busy.

In addition to the lack of hygiene in the establishment (employees who are in contact with food and money and do not wash their hands. I also noticed that a customer sent the rojões back (something must have been wrong with it) and the employee, when going behind the counter, picked up the food with his own hands and put it back in the pot. In all this, the lack of professionalism and education of the establishment's representative, José Fontão, who made sexist comments loudly to some customers who were there, could not be missing. Be careful. I do not recommend

It's a place with very tasty food, if you go early they serve you quickly and you won't have to wait for a table. The waiters are super friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were okay but perhaps they should improve their control. The food is tasty. It's a very crowded place, so it's noisy.

What a sadness to see what became of this restaurant I loved. I booked it for a birthday, thinking I would find the quality and atmosphere that made his reputation... but the evening turned into a fiasco. When we arrived, the table was not even ready. The tablecloth was dirty, which is unacceptable for an establishment that wants a serious minimum. The service is now disorganized, impersonal and clearly below what was previously proposed. The decoration remained the same, as if nothing had changed, but it is misleading: everything else collapsed. The cards are now made of low-end plastic, with about twenty dishes written in English, which gives the impression of a tourist factory without soul or identity. We were so shocked by the general deterioration that we preferred to get up and leave without even ordering. A first for us, and yet we frequented this restaurant for years. It’s a total waste. The old kitchen was exceptional, full of taste and character. Today, there remains only an empty shell that lives on its past reputation. Very sincerely: to flee. I am sickened to have lost one of my favorite restaurants.

I had a really great experience at this restaurant. The food was genuinely delicious, the pizza had a lot of flavor. The staff were super polite and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole visit feel really comfortable. The environment was also lovely: clean, and a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal.
