• Premium location, big clean room, friendly helpful staff (6.7%)
• This apartment was SO much more than I expected. I rented 2 "Triple Room with River View" for my group for four. One room had a balcony and French doors that overlooked the river and restaurants. The second room was one floor above without a balcony, but had the same view. The triple rooms were very comfortable for two people. (1 twin and 1 double bed per room.) As expected, there was no lift, but a little teamwork and muscles took care of our luggage. The building is very close to the Uber/Taxi drop off area (at the bridge). Skip the tourist restaurants along the water, and go up hill to the good ones. I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Porto. We were able to leave our luggage downstairs, until our rooms were ready. The rooms were very clean. (6.7%)

• Located right next to the bridge and river with an amazing view. Bars, restaurants and shops just right below the apartment. And walking distance to most of the tourist attraction. The room is big enough for 3 adults and a good size bathroom. Strong wifi in the room and a very good quality mattress compared with other guesthouse I stayed. The bars behind the apartment could get very busy on Monday midnight. The noise of talking and laughing woke me up few times in the middle of the night as I consider not a light sleeper myself. • The apartment building was in the touristy area along the river.the room was small and narrow but the view made up for it. Looks out on to the river and the Luis I Bridge and port cellars over the river. Access to the rooms is via fairly steep stairs only, which could be difficult with suitcases. Well appointed kitchenette and bathroom Double bed was two single made up individually and pushed together. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The flat is close to many restaurants, but can be a little noisy at night. great location for walking over the bridge to the port cellars and catch the cable car to the monastery and the amazing walk over the top of the bridge. the noise travels a lot between the floors if the other flats are occupied. There is only one flat per floor (8.3%)
• Travelling to a destination where you have never been before, and booking everything online can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, no matter how much research you do, you will never really know what you are in for until you get there - well ladies and gents, this place was a HIT!!! Location......honestly you couldn't ask for a better location in Porto. Amazing views of the river, bridge and the Port houses. Restaurants literally only seconds from the front door and mini marts only a short walk away. Even the tram stop for the old #1 tram which goes to the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and was very clean. The cleaner visits daily and even did our dishes!! The man that care-takes the apartments was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English - nothing was a concern for him. There was a flatscreen TV in the room, but we never even turned it on. The wifi was free and worked fine. Despite being above the Cas da Ribeira which is a buzz of activity at night with bustling restaurants, markets and street performers, close the doors and blinds and there was no issues with noise - but we left them open until we were ready ready for sleep to soak up and enjoy the atmosphere. Would we stay here again - without question! (8.3%)
• Very nice apartment on the river bank, in an old house. Many authentic details combined with a good kitchen, bed and bathroom. The man who looks after the keys, the laundry and other things, is around all the time for questions and good service. He is a bit weird, though. One thing: the old wooden floor creaks very loudly, when people in the other apartment are walking around. (8.3%)

"we got two rooms one in a building facing the Douro river, just on the docks you walk for sure once in Oporto. Stunning view on Gaia (the area in front of the old centre of the town, where the porto caves are located...try a porto tasting!!), the river, the lights, boats from two big windows (second rooms, for the kids, was facing inside but same furnitures, very nice). furnitures (both rom and bathroom were new), wi-fi perfectly working. The manager is a really kind and helpful man. When we walked through Oport we constantly said that was the best part to sleep. ah, important note, we had no troubles for the noise during the night.."
