• This apartment was SO much more than I expected. I rented 2 "Triple Room with River View" for my group for four. One room had a balcony and French doors that overlooked the river and restaurants. The second room was one floor above without a balcony, but had the same view. The triple rooms were very comfortable for two people. (1 twin and 1 double bed per room.) As expected, there was no lift, but a little teamwork and muscles took care of our luggage. The building is very close to the Uber/Taxi drop off area (at the bridge). Skip the tourist restaurants along the water, and go up hill to the good ones. I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Porto. We were able to leave our luggage downstairs, until our rooms were ready. The rooms were very clean. (6.7%)

• We spent two days in Porto during our journey in Portugal; we selected this apartments for the beautiful position, knowing that reaching it is not easy and confortable, especially with two trolleys! The room is wide, with brand new furniture and toilet and a small kitchen. The only inconinent is that the room is a bit noisy since a couple of restaurant are just below the building.. Finally we were pleased with the choice since this is a perfect and strategic place for visiting Porto, reaching the restaurant for dinner and going across the bridge where the porto wine cellars are placed! It was a lovely stay for a good price; I deeply suggest it. (8.3%)

• Located right next to the bridge and river with an amazing view. Bars, restaurants and shops just right below the apartment. And walking distance to most of the tourist attraction. The room is big enough for 3 adults and a good size bathroom. Strong wifi in the room and a very good quality mattress compared with other guesthouse I stayed. The bars behind the apartment could get very busy on Monday midnight. The noise of talking and laughing woke me up few times in the middle of the night as I consider not a light sleeper myself. (8.3%)
• The apartment is in my opinion really good value for money. It is perfectly located in the middle of the touristic area and you have great views to the river. It also had a small fridge which is always a bonus. (8.3%)
• There were some positives and negatives about this property however the positives outweigh the negatives and thus the "very good" rating. The positives are the fabulous view overlooking the famous bridge and river and nearby to many lovely restaurants. The main negative was the climb to our third floor apartment - the stairs were somewhat slippery and the stairs to the first level seemed to slope forwards. There is no on site permanent reception and therefore a lack of local knowledge. (8.3%)
