  • Great location and nice hotel. Not to busy and not to loud on the street. Only thing that we didn’t like was the cleaning. Bathroom was filthy from day one + we didn’t had a mirror in the sleeping area? (0.9%)
  • Had a racially motivated incident with a security guard. He tried to harass and intimidate me while I was sitting in the lobby, minding my own business. Behaviour was very unprofessional and made me feel extremly unsafe and unwelcome. Room wasn’t not cleaned properly and the walls were very thin. (0.9%)

The rooms are nice and large with good furnishings (e.g., a sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window to enjoy the view). European guests will certainly expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel – nevertheless, I would recommend the M-Social and book it again anytime. (0.9%)
  • A very nice hotel with minor flaws. Great location right next to the World Trade Center and subways in the immediate vicinity. Very comfortable bed. (0.9%)
  • Amazing location extremely close to multiple subway lines, with average time of about 10-25 min to any location in Manhattan. Exceptional room, especially the one looking over Brooklyn Bridge to which we were upgraded to free of charge. Quite clean room, very quiet with a very nice daily service. (0.9%)

"Very confusing if breakfast is included, as the breakfast team didn't know. Breakfast in general is really bad. Food assortment is very limited, quite expensive and not tasty at all. Coffee is a bad machine and no oat milk. Not the level that I expected. 10 Dollar per day (as I learnt at the checkout) is not enough to have a full breakfast. However, I skipped the other days as it was not worth to spend any time or money. The room was nice, however I woke up at 6 in the morning as somebody were listening to music quite loud in the room next to me. No small amenities (in the bath) were provided. Overall just a ok experience. Best was the location and the area."

"Very nice hotel, the room is superb with a very nice view and the cleanliness is impeccable. Unfortunately the staff at the bar were unkind, but we had a very pleasant exchange with the staff who take care of the luggage as well as with Smalta who offered us help."
