$17 for a lentil soup meal. I'm willing to pay for it if it's worth it! I didn't find any lentils, until I saw two fighting for space at the bottom of this insipid watery broth. I also didn't see half of the ingredients listed in the description. Too bad, it's a nice place though.
Excellent food and service
Amazing food and service!
Amazing food!
1 cos we are not happy very expensive place not worth it and we are not satisfied. We regret to inform you that we are dissatisfied with our recent experience at your establishment. My rock of lamp was not cook properly and my food have men’s hair small tiny. Our bill was 1500cad 200++ tip for the snobby and not nice waiter. We are making a jokes if we can have free shots but he just refused. After taking 200++ tips for his pocket. Despite this being our second visit, we find the prices to be exorbitant and the overall value to be lacking. As a result, we have decided not to return in the future. We will never go back or bring our guess for business to this restaurant. It’s our second visit but never have to go back again.
1 hour for food to arrive after we ordered. SHORT IN STAFF. They only had 1 table with people inside and 4 tables out and unbelievable how unorganized they seemed to be. The Waiters tried their hard but food was taking forever for everyone around and all we had a pizza, pasta with meat sauce and a sallat. I have worked in restaurants and believe me I could have handled all of the guests present in 35 minutes. Will not ever stop in this restaurant again
1. GREEK SALAD. How can you not get fresh tomatoes in season ? 2. MAIN COURSE. Chicken souvlakis: just like the vacuum packed ones you buy at the supermarket, very small portion . Fried calamari : bland, floury batter. Both meals served with huge portions of broccoli past their prime. Once again, how can you not get fresh broccoli in season? 3. SERVICE. Being asked about our satisfaction with the meal, I mentioned the blandness of the calamari and pointed to the yellowish broccoli . Our waiter obviously asked out of habit as he did not show any concern, which was anyway his attitude during the entire meal.
$14.95 is prize for lunch buffet with unlimited items like butter chicken chicken , tandoori chicken , saag paneer and may more. Traditional Indian taste with convenient service. Definitely I will go soon again.
100% gluten free heaven. This place is delicious! I have celiac disease so it was amazing not having to worry about a single thing I ordered. My friends all loved the food as well. The service was so friendly and quick that we came back multiple times on our visit to Montreal! I highly recommend the yuca fries, and the plantains as starters. Any of the arepas are amazing!
100% gluten free restaurant safe for gluten intolerant or celiacs. Delicious food!! My partner got a pork with avocado arepa and I got the shredded chicken in avocado sauce. The arepa buns are made of corn and were toasted just right. The sauces that came with our food were SO GOOD!! Indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom available downstairs. Highly recommend.

One of Montreal’s worst rip-offs. They sell us a tasting menu “8 dishes” without clearly stating the price, promising an exceptional experience. In reality, these are tiny portions to share among several people, some of which aren’t even Mexican (very basic fried chicken found in any brasserie). For the rest: a few tacos, some guacamole, a mini salad, churros one by one… and that’s it. Result: $60 each and still hungry when leaving. Clearly abusive. At that price, one expects a real culinary experience, not just to taste samples. An awful experience, I strongly advise you to turn back, especially since Montreal is full of excellent restaurants, but this one is clearly not among them and is absolutely not up to its reputation.

I recently celebrated a birthday at Dorsia in Old Port, and the entire experience truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into a Michelin-star restaurant in the heart of Paris. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. As for the food, it was absolutely unbelievable. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly crafted with care and precision. I would highly recommend Dorsia to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in Old Montreal. It’s the perfect spot for celebrating something special or simply enjoying an exceptional night out.

Three years of annual meetings... and one last visit that puts an end to tradition. Non-existent welcome, unclear service (we did not know who served us), disappointing dishes (pasty broccoli, “fishy” scallops), staff on his phone and personal effects of employees exposed on the counter (drinks, apples, chargers...). Add to that a poorly maintained toilet (a mountain of paper that overflows from the garbage can), and the overall impression is of an establishment in decline – this was our last visit.

Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had… service was great, we sat at the bar. The bartender was really helpful and attentive and chatted with us a bit. She also made a great Vesper martini. The whole meal was perfect, oysters, escargot, wine recommendations… I got the lobster and he got the rabbit. Portions are generous. And yes, it’s expensive but the food is all worth it. The only negative thing I could say is that the space is a bit cramped, but not much can be done about that in a small space. Can’t wait to go again someday
