amazing food options, the ability to have such great food while maintaining gluten free across the menu was impressive. Great bread, steak, and gnocci. The wine is more expensive than the food lol. The staff was extremely attentive, but it felt very awkward getting through the hotel and ordering. The vibe was weird because there were casually dressed people, formally dressed, but it just was awkward and no one knew how to act.
£60 for two people. Had tea and the pot wasn't clean (had coffee grounds on it). There is also a 12.5% service charge to makeup for the prices being low. The service charge is not obvious and in small print on the menus so it is hard to notice. Obviously this is by design. Food was good overall however a little small and although tasty it was not quite good enough to be at the price it was. Service was ok but not what you would expect from a restaurant like this. When arriving there was no one at the entrance to say if they had room available so we had to search for someone to seat us. For £60 for two people you would expect it to be better.
5 Star food service and price
A hidden gem in the heart of Soho. Fabulous food. Great service. Good value. Go!
A laksa soup, incredible, truly the best I’ve eaten, very rich and generous, a delight. The staff is pleasant and kind. Clearly, this is the kind of place you’d want to keep to yourself because it’s so worth it. Excellent value for money, and yet located in the heart of London. It’s a 20/20 and I’ll be back on my next visit to London.
10 of us went for for dinner between colleagues. The food was very average as well as the service and the room amazingly noisy. Definitely not worth the price.
3 of us had lunch a few days ago. For the dishes consumed the price is even more than excessive! For 3 first courses, 2 bowls of baked potatoes, a 75 bottle of water and 3 total coffees. £86.00!!! Absurd
6 of us went - we were treating daughters and their friends. Chose Fredericks as been a few times and always very good. Not sure if anything has changed in the kitchen, but this was not a good experience. Starters were just about OK, but everyone's main course - and we had a variety of dishes - were without exception very poor. Luke warm, overcooked, bland, unpleasant, were a few of the descriptions we discovered later (I didn't complain about mine as i reckoned just a blip and didn't want to spoil the evening - discovered afterwards that everyone else felt the same haha...typically British :-). Ordered white and red wine with the mains but only the white wine was served - for some reason the red was kept unopened at a separate table and we had to chase to get it served. The evening was pretty expensive, so all in all, very disappointing and unlikely to return.
3 of us for breakfast and we were all delighted with the service, quality of food, value for money and quirky atmosphere. Particular thanks to Ahmed, our waiter who was very pleasant, full of smile and very efficient.
£49.50 for a 2 course brunch!!...please, coffee, eggs benedict and a tiny lemon tart..... the views are good, the service was inconsistent, food was agreeable... but we wouldn't say that it was value for money... quite noisy too.... done it, wouldn't bother again.

One of the best Russian cuisine restaurants in London. Definitely worth to try some traditional dishes. Lots of options, quite authentic and atmospheric. You'll never get wrong with 'pelmeni' (dumplings) and 'nastoika' (home made liquor). Quite expensive though, but still a fine deal for location + overall experience

My favourite of all restaurants. We don’t have a Din Tai Fung where I live so any chance I get to go to one I’ll take. It’s expensive but it’s amazing. Our experience in London was no different. Our server Mike N was great. Very polite, very helpful a s took great care of us. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The afternoon tea was amazing the waiters were professional, polite and could not do enough to provide a wonderful service. We have been to the Ritz on a previous occasion and the experience was just as delightful. Unfortunately, a gentleman approached our table (not sure if it was the manager) just as were were finishing and asked us to leave the table straight away as he had other customers who were waiting. We were in fact like several other tables, waiting to pay our bill. He was very curt and almost expected us to leave the table and wait down the stairs to pay. It felt a bit embarrassing, we did not make a fuss but it did put a bit of a dampner on the whole experience of celebrating birthdays and finishing chemotherapy.
