My welcome here was the warmest i can ever recall.Jane on reception aided by Amber was seriously interested in what type of room I preferred and went to great lengths to ensure she allocated the best one to me ( she did).The location opposite St Paul’s is perfect and it was utterly silent throughout my stay.The tube is a few minutes walk away whilst Thameslink train station is 2 minutes down the hill ; fast connections to St Pancras in one direction and to Gatwick/ Brighton in the other.
