$20 steak and lobster tail should have been a $5 special. Idk where they found this "steak" if that's what it is, the tiny lobster tail came out cold enough it may as well have climbed itself outta the ocean and the apple crisp was like a soggy used pair of Huggies. Nothing crispy about it. I didn't expect much but I didn't expect it to be this low level food quality and service.
Amazing service and food
4 of us met at Viand Cafe for breakfast, and the food was OK, but very expensive. Checking the bill, we noticed they tried to charge us twice for 2 of the 4 breakfasts we had. They seemed cagey when we pointed this out and eventually corrected the check. It appears they were trying to take advantage of tourists eating at the Cafe in the Beacon Hotel building.
Absolutely would not return this is false advertising. I came for breakfast. Terrible service with a very bad attitude. The food is low quality for the price, the coffee too expensive for flavor, quality and quantity. Be careful this is just a name. I didn't try the pastries after the breakfast experience, I didn't want to continue spending my money, there being so many places of excellent quality and very good service. The truth is that the waiters lack training in customer service and being more gentle. I don't recommend this place at all
$10 for a sandwich is a bit high, but this is NYC. The sandwich was tasty, but nothing to write home about. The best thing is that it was close to the hotel.
100% a must do if you go to New York DO NOT SKIP THIS cronut EXPERIENCE you WILL missing out! #1 donuts will be ruined for the rest of your life. #2 the flavor changes every month so it will not repeat. #3 if you fail to heed my words you will die a sad sad human beings. BEST BAKEY ITEM I HAVE EVER HAD in my life! (Been on the planet go 15,098 days... just saying #experience)

I visited Cafe Americano in Miami today and was extremely disappointed with the service. My server, Anna, provided what was honestly some of the worst service I have experienced at a restaurant. Throughout my entire visit, I was never offered a single refill, nor was anyone checking on the table to make sure everything was satisfactory. The lack of attention made it feel like customer service was not a priority at all. What made the experience even more frustrating was the automatic 18% service charge added to the bill. I understand that some establishments have mandatory gratuities, but it is difficult to justify being charged for service that was well below expectations. If a restaurant is going to automatically add a service charge, customers should at least receive attentive and professional service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. The food may be fine, but the service was unacceptable and significantly impacted my visit. If management truly values its customers, I hope they address these service issues and provide better training and accountability for their staff.

The food was great, great flavor and value. Richy was our server and she did an excellent job hosting us. Thank you!

We visited for Sunday breakfast and experienced a short wait of about half an hour for a table. My wife absolutely loved the French toast, which was fluffy and flavorful. I opted for the breakfast sandwich, described as being served on a croissant, but I found it a bit lacking in texture. We also tried both sausage offerings as sides, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations and were rather disappointing. On a positive note, we had a wonderful waitress and left with a fantastic pretzel that we couldn’t resist. It warmed up nicely on the dashboard as we traveled to our next stop, making for a perfect treat on the go.

I love all pastries from Angelina bakery, so I ordered catering for my baby’s 1st birthday. The service is so detailed, from designing the cake, putting up orders for the party to delivery, I’m so happy how it turned out, my guests love them all!
