In the reservation section it doesn’t tell guests that you are not allowed to check into a prepaid reservation as a additional guest and not use virtual banking tools which could have been explained in the initial phone calling requesting check in information and requirements .

A few things I note in a hotel room: AC unit worked, body wash was empty in the shower, Wi-Fi worked well, elevator wait time was short, gym had more than what I needed in terms of equipment, and the location was close to many great restaurants.
