  • Any place posting photos of people meeting with Trump will send my business elsewhere. Makes for a really negative atmosphere. (0.0%)

Top praises

  • 5 stars for Jake the bartender. Super welcoming vibe. Jake was on point with the helpful service, on point with the drink order, super attentive and the right amount of friendly all while the bar was very busy. 1 star for brunette bartender--didn't get her name, but clearly unhappy to be clocked in--and unfortunately multiple friends reported a similar interaction. Thanks Jake for being the star of the show at 18bin! You're a gem. (0.0%)
  • A must visit for anyone that visits Las Vegas. Beautiful decor and amazing staff. The fish tank is large with beautiful fish. The food was cooked “Perfectly” the chicken was tender and the flavors packed with seasons and spices. The drinks made just right. Highly recommend for locals and tourists for all occasions. (0.0%)
  • A rare eatery. I keep coming back for the food, vibe and service. (0.0%)

  • A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We went for a week and, the morning after we arrived when we had just finished our breakfast, we were accosted by a spa rep and who persuaded us to to across to check out the spa. Thereafter, we were "persuaded" to book an apparent VIP spa and beauty package costing what we thought was 1,500EGP and was in fact £1,500 sterling. As if that wasn't enough, things that had been thrown in for free to encourage us us to purchase treatment we have since found, we have been charged for. We didn't have half the treatments we apparently paid for and, we would come out to reception after a "paid" treatment to find we were being charged again for treatment. In total £4,500 was paid for treatments including the items that were given to us as incentives. On the last day which was also the day that we were flying back to the UK, I had an accident which was witnessed by three staff at the time and my sister-in-law. The spa manager and the spa rep also came into the room and started shouting. Cream was applied. It wasn't until I got to the airport that I discovered where I had hurt my leg, just above my knee, had turned from a red mark to a blackened area, a bruise. That bruise then proceeded to swell to the extent that I couldn't go climbing, I struggled to walk any distance and then I was informed at the hospital that swelling and the subsequent lumps forming in my leg were due to the blunt force trauma my leg had suffered on impact which had caused a haematoma which was in the process of breaking down, hence the sore hard lumps. It has taken over a month to get anywhere near normal and I still have loss of sensation and a burning feeling in my leg. The hotel spa have denied that they have overcharged us, they deny that I had an accident after slipping with wet feet on a wet surface. At the time we agreed to treatments, we were put in a position where we felt we couldn't say no. The reception was full of men all speaking in Egyptian and very intimidating. They grouped around us after our treatment and pushed us into writing nice comments about them whilst hanging over our shoulders and telling us what to say. We went away for a relaxing week and ended up with sickness and diarrhoea after our first visit due we suspect to the fact the jacuzzi was dirty and we had been given fruit to eat which we ate as we had missed lunch that day. We spent a whole day in bed that day and lost a day of our holiday. We couldn't eat properly after that either. We have attempted to take this up with the hotel and spa and been told that there are receipts for everything and where is my proof of my accident. How can a place which looks so beautiful and relaxing cause such stress. My advice if you do go there, do not go to the spa or, if you do, do not let them bully you into taking treatments or making bookings you aren't okay with and always ensure that you get what you have paid for, nothing more, nothing less. We will continue to pursue this. (0.0%)
  • A group of us were excited about dinner. We waited 45 minutes for our cocktails. By the time the drinks came salads were already being served. For the prices the food was just ok, the service was slow and poor, the tables not set well and the atmosphere was not exciting. I was excited about going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but I think this one is living off a name not the current food or service. Great other choices on the strip for half the price............ • A large group of family and friends came together in Vegas for a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my daughter. My SIL called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess staff. Told them there would be at least 12 possibly more. When we arrived the hostess informed us we could have 12 people. The other 3 in our party would have to go to the lounge and it was first come first served for a table. At no time we’re we offered a private room nor would they consider putting 3 more chairs at the table. We were in a corner and 3 more would have fit fine. Needless to say the celebration was not fun knowing 3 of our party were off sitting by themselves. No effort to be helpful at all. The food was very good which you would expect for the prices. My filet was over $100 and comes with absolutely no sides. No bread or salad. I had to pay $22 for a ceasar salad. I asked for my steak medium well and received a medium rare steak. Everyone was happy with the food. Service was wonderful. Ambiance was ok, the music was a bit too loud. It was hard to have a conversation. We were just so turned off by the hostesses lack of helpfulness I for one will not return. (0.0%)

  • "Here's a steak in Las Vegas." I was told by a local guide. The hotel I stayed at is The Stake House. It was a circus circus, so this was also Thinking it was a connection, he went. It was a great answer. I asked for the smallest size for a set of steak, salad, soup and bread, but what came out was an oversized one. That's America. Hospitality from veteran waiters. I was happy to see that we couldn't eat enough and the waiter suggested a take-away pack. It allowed me to take my most indulgent breakfast back to my hotel room. If you want to feel American heritage, I recommend this famous restaurant. (0.0%)
  • *** Read my review for tips *** Texas de Brazil is an all you can eat steakhouse served Brazilian style. Meats are cooked over an open wood fired flame and served table side. The meats are seasoned and charred to perfection, and every bite is mouthwatering for more! There's a table coaster with a green (keep the meats coming) and red (no thank you) side. As long as the coaster is faced with the green side up, the meats will continue to rotate. Also included is a buffet styled salad and soup/side bar. Desserts can be ordered for an additional cost. There is also a full cocktail bar lounge. *Tip 1 - Check Costco online or at one closest to Texas de Brazil in advance for discount giftcard offers. You pay $78.99 for two $50 giftcards ($100 value)! *Tip 2 - Because of the steakhouse ambiance and $$$ price, I recommend Texas de Brazil more for couples and special celebratory occasions vs a family with kids. *Tip 3 - Make reservations in advance, otherwise the wait can be from 45 min to over an hour during peak times. *Tip 4 - Join their online eclub membership for exclusive offers. Texas de Brazil by far has the BEST tasting food by far in comparison to other similar Brazillian style restaurants. A definite come back! 👍 (0.0%)
  • -- Interior, as others have pointed out, is really nice :) -- Sea Bass was outstanding! -- Filet was great! -- Seafood tower -- SERIOUSLY, how can the same chef who made the other outstanding dishes even serve the "seafood tower"??!?! It's SO bad. Combinations that are horrible & don't work, in a culinary sense. (Not based upon personal preference... based upon the culinary sense.) And for the seafood tower, outrageously expensive. SO -- as the title suggests, this place is hit or miss. Our server was good, but not very personable. A bit pushy, but in a passive aggressive way. Nothing that "sounds bad on paper" or that you can put your thumb on. But, just something that you can definitely feel. Just didn't feel "the love." I'd say give this place a try, but know what you are getting into. We might go back if we are in the area, but probably only for the sea bass and filet. SKIP on the "raw seafood" as it's subpar & disappointing. (0.0%)

"Hotel away from everything except building sites. Food and drink of poor quality. Al la carte restaurants again very limited selection but nice atmosphere. Egyptian restaurant did same food as in the daytime and was self service. Very noticeable that if you were a good tipper you got better service. Some staff very rude and lazy. Entertainment was poor even by Egyptian standards. Grounds were best thing about the hotel. This was our 5th visit to Egypt and did not compare to our previous experiences. Would definitely not recommend or return to this hotel."

"This steakhouse, in Paris Casino, is very nice. The ambience/decorating/music all excellent. Busy but noise level was OK. You need reservations, but easy to get. Service was outstanding. Food: Caesar Salad was excellent. Salmon excellent. Beef Wellington was also very good (a little salty for me, but tastes differ). Dessert- Sticky Toffee Pudding with brown butter ice cream (comes in the shape of a stick of butter!) was amazing. It is pricey. There are coupons you can find which make it a little better but it's a splurge night in Las Vegas if you go."
