3 times with this, whenever is Wendy the manager or wherever is it, I can't order my torta cubana without salchicha and lettuce, and that is something only 3 people does all the time here, and after all and been waiting for almost 20 min long line, they laughed because I can't order my food the way I want, really? Been order the same all the time, and size this personal are been moving to this place they acting like they don't care the service. I don't ask for more meat or less price, I just want eat wherever I want, I'll pay for it. It's not free. And the worst part is the actitud of them laughing because obviously we are disappointed. Please put attention on the personal, I know this place side years ago, and never have this type of problem, they want me eat wherever they want, actually the last time I have the same discussion about it, they give me the torta with extra salchicha and lettuce, plus a piece of nail inside of the torta. And that was really disgusting, and take me longer time to come back and find them same people, and after I figure out they going to do the same, I better leave without buy nothing. Not even the tacos and mulitas we buy after this suck service.
30 mins we waited nothing was started didn’t get out water the restaurant was empty. No apology when we went and got our money back. Even that had a wait to get a manager. Pathetic service go any where else.
4 of us went in for dinner, it wasn't real busy. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 noodles and a pot stickers appetizer, other tables came in after and got served ahead of us but after about 30 minutes I asked where our food was and was told it would be about 10 minutes, ok, then the 2 burgers and the pot stickers came to the table asked about the noodles and 1 of them showed up but the 2nd hadn't been ordered were canceled it and ask for the check, had to wait for the manager/bartender to deduct the other noodles. No apologies from the waitress who is totally inept. We had a similar problem the week before when 7 went in for breakfast and the food came out 1 plate at a time so by the time the 7th person got his food, everyone else was done. Plus everyone's order was screwed up. This place needs to get their act together ! They have lost 7 customers if not more. No management, lousy service and mediocre food, we're going else where from now on.
2024-11-15 Review Wow. More food than I can eat, and all of it is good. I got the ribeye. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was absolutely delicious. Fries were crispy, golden, hot, and seasoned to perfection. Garlic toast was exactly what you'd expect. Seasoned veggies were perfect as well. The side salad could be a meal by itself. My wife got the Cobb salad and it's huge! Easily two full meals. Look, if you leave this place hungry, you did it wrong. Service was excellent. We were seated immediately on a Friday at dinner time. Price was amazing. The two of us with that much food of that level of quality for under $50 at dinner time? You've got to be kidding me.

The waiters were arrogant attempting to push every extra ala carte on us on the already way over priced menu. The foie gras was delicious. Many times we have experienced Dover Sole prepared tableside. Our waiter plopped the cold dry fish on our plate bothered to wait on us. My NY Strip was tepid at best with some unidentified glaze. Yuck. Mashed potatoes with truffles were great but you can make anything great with truffles. The staff was well aware we were celebrating my birthday but could really care less. Save your money and enjoy a meal with a Chef you know and trust. Jose' Andres, or Emeril would never put up with this. We will never go back.
1st and last time for me at Ruth's Chris. Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The waiter got my order wrong and I had to wait for my steak while all the others were eating. The manager (Steve Lazar) came by, looked at them, and asked them how everything was, made no comment to me regarding the mix up. The waiter came back and apologized again,, and I asked for another cocktail (since I had sit and wait while my party ate). They did bring the correct steak quickly but it was medium rare, not medium as ordered. They cooked it more, it came back charred but tolerable. I was compted by being charged for the steak and not the 3 course meal. Surprised I was not compted for the cocktail. Worst $500 I ever spent.
1st time eating at this restaurant located in the Gold Coast Casino. Outstanding selection with very tasty dishes. Service was a little slow but it was very busy. Prices are not too expensive. However, the ambience and cleanliness make the cost very reasonable.

Great accidental find and great location on 3rd level looking down over the Fremont St experience. All the food had great fresh flavor and quality and the flan is best I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back. Wait staff was great and special shout out to Marvin!

We arrived early but still had to wait 30 mins and no where to sit. We were not allowed to sit at the bar. Paid 60 dollars to be near kitchen yet you don’t get near the kitchen. Service slow although server very polite . Oysters was the smallest I have ever eaten and tasteless. Starters ok however the lobster risotto was very garlic over powered the lobster. Beef wellington was lukewarm and pastry very soggy. Sticky toffee was very nice, Drinks extremely over picked avoid. Overall very expensive overall 690 dollars for 3

Best meal on our trip! Amazing service! You must go! We saw this Fogo as we were shopping at the Grand Channel Shoppes in the Venetian Resort. We didn’t have reservations, and they were able to seat us. Once we got upstairs & seated, every worker we encountered acknowledged us, asked us if we needed anything & if everything was okay. This actually might be the best service we have received at any restaurant! The atmosphere is so nice. They are new & have only been open 2 weeks. We have been to other Fogo’s & this was the best one!! Salad bar was superb! The Brazilian rolls they bring to the table are melt in your mouth, as well as the grilled cheese with hot honey they bring around 😋 once you turn your card to green they will bring you all the meats, you can tell them how you like prepared. I like mine well done & once they knew, they brought it! They also brought a side of fried polenta & sauté banana. We finished off our dinner with the papaya cream with blackberry liquor and that settles your stomach & takes away the I ate too much feeling😉 I honestly cannot recommend this dining experience enough!! Treat yourself to an amazing dinner!!
