Cramped. Noisy. Beef rendang extremely fatty and way too sweet. Singapore laksa noodles quite stodgy and bland. Will not be going back
Easily my favourite here in London - price went up a bit I believe but it’s aite. Service is always great too but the place can get a wee bit noisy if it’s something you’re particular about. Anyway please come here for Singaporean/Malaysian cuisine, it’s really authentic and I would know, I’m Singaporean.
I love flavor. The food is presented nicely, and they are celiac friendly to the core. But I wouldn't say that the food is worth it though. The food was ok. Not really worth a second visit. The servers were expectional. The place is a bit too loud. But understandable since it is on the mezzanine. Recommended to try 1 time. But not worth more than that.
An amazing experience. Unique amd fantastic. Great music, fantastic vybz, great communication from the owner. Would definitely attend again . 10 out of 10.
Cocktails and food at a very reasonable price for being in Covent Garden. We were on the balcony, which is lovely but a bit chilly, even with the heaters. Thanks to Charlotte for seating us inside, where we thoroughly enjoyed the music and the service. I especially recommend the Beef Tartare and the Fatal Attraction. A very pleasant experience!
Delicious food in a nice and comfortable setting, good drinks, good service, music not too loud, good lighting… Hope to return soon!
10 of us went for for dinner between colleagues. The food was very average as well as the service and the room amazingly noisy. Definitely not worth the price.
A French bistro that packs in the diners each time we enjoy a meal in this narrow storefront restaurant where you are best with a reservation. The grilled salmon and beef bourguignon are consistent favorites. The restaurant is typically packed and that raises the noise level. We keep returning.
A decent dinner but slightly overpriced and over-rated in my view. Positives: Good service, fast and friendly. Decent whisky list and the Old Fashioned’s were lovely. The bone marrow toast for starters is delicious but the caramelised onion dominates a little. Steak was very good but not excellent. Far from the best I’ve eaten. The bone marrow gravy is delicious but the maple bacon was the highlight - absolutely slaps. Downsides: £155 per head. For that money I expect something superb and nothing about the night was superb aside perhaps from the company and the aforementioned maple bacon. The steak was good - I had the large Ribeye - but honestly not excellent. I’ve had substantially better steaks in London and steaks that have matched this one in FAR less lofty establishments. Noisy AF. This is my biggest pet peeve and a major issue with many London restaurants. Having to shout at my friends all night isn’t the vibe I am looking for. Huge dining room and it felt more like a school canteen than fine dining. Had to literally wedge myself into my seat on one occasion because tables were so packed together.
A friendly, bustling, busy, noisy, bistro serving good Apulian dishes. Attentive and v friendly service, particularly after we switched to Italian. We arrived tired and hungry. Once seated we quickly revived and enjoyed our food and wine.
A lovely evening at the ever-atmospheric Ivy. Buzzy, yet not loud, vibe, wicked cocktails - do try The Mousetrap - great food, together with charming service from Erdal, who remained unfailingly polite and helpful on what was clearly a very busy evening for him and his colleagues. Thank you to all the Ivy staff concerned.
A whole unique experience!! One of the best restaurants in terms of food, vibes, music and of course hospitality. I visited with my best friend for her bachelorette party and Simone made us feel like home. We had a blast and she is the master for a night out in London. (PS please renovate the bathroom as the other sexy fish restaurants)

No ice available. Sounds a bit ridiculous.

One of my favourite eateries in London. Love the food and the atmosphere. Generally very good service. Great place for a special event. My last visit was a Bastille Day gig and it was excellent value for money, and with great French style live music. Love this place. Been with family, friends and colleagues and always good.

Was there for a birthday celebration, that we had let them know about. We were there early so had some cocktails in the bar and the staff there were great. We were then moved to our table and placed our orders. - not all orders arrives - wrong orders arrived and server tried to argue that we had ordered the wrong item (mushrooms for someone who hates mushrooms so unlikely) - hair in food Fire alarms went off while we were there and lights all came on but no information from staff as to what was happening. Music was very loud and difficult to have conversations across the table. Server was inattentive and created an atmosphere with the guy bringing food to the table by snatching it out of his hands. At the end of the meal she tried to make small talk and asked if we were there for an occasion and when told, by the birthday person, it was a birthday then came back with the complimentary birthday dessert. Not the service we expected especially since this was on the booking. Added to the drugs on the floor of the toilet, this is not somewhere we would go back to or recommend to others.

Love this restaurant! The food is fabulous, lovely cocktails and busy enough to be indicative of a good night out without the rush or the noise of a too stressed service. Talking of which, the service is amazing, particular praise for Alex who looked after us so well and high 5 for the waitress who agreed with me about endless chewing of a whelk doesn’t make it diner friendly! (Apologies for not catching your name) Would definitely recommend.
