  • Almost the worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed in. After hours of negotiation with the hotel's general manager, he finally agreed to allow me to pay for the one night and leave without further charges. Clearly, we won't be back. The room was not clean, the closet didn't have sufficient hangers, there was only 1 set of bath towels (although to be fair, the night manager did bring me more once I asked for them). The gym was a joke, small, cramped broken equipment and no scale. The wifi was speed and free. and the waffle maker worked well for my morning coffee. Hilton corporate by the way, was no help in resolving the situation, so I'll be thinking long and hard if I ever stay in a Hilton property again. (0.0%)
  • Big rooms. Comfy beds. Central location. Nice views from the higher floors. Just two complaints: 1. The 24 hour gym is good, but there are only two elliptical machines and one has been “temporarily out of order” for the entire week I’ve been here - and that one remaining machine is ALWAYS busy, which is super annoying when you have your morning gym window and want to use it. Please get it fixed or buy another! 2. The buffet breakfast that’s included is decent - the berry selection is excellent - but Capuccino’s are not included (very 2010s), and the bread selection is terrible - all ultra-processed sweet American breads and cheap bagels, not freshly baked loaves like you’d expect in a top hotel. But it’s a good modern upscale business hotel and the staff are friendly. (0.0%)
  • Booked through Hotels.com, arrived at 2pm due to having an email telling me check in was at 10am and I told them I’d be later, got there and got told I still had to wait an hour for my room to be clean and available, expected pool to be open but it was closed and dirty, I contacted hotels.com agents to cancel my booking and try to avoid being charged as I did not want to stay there and wanted to find a new hotel, they contacted front desk and front desk contacted their boss who said yes to waiving the charge, only to find out they still charged me the whole rate plus deposit in one go, and now are telling me they don't have any record of them waiving my fee and I am having to struggle through hotels.com agents to try and contact the property where they keep saying there is no one with the authority to confirm or approve what happened and give me a refund even after they agreed in person over the phone in front of me and my friends that I would not be charged. Terrible experience for not even having stayed there. (0.0%)

  • A thoroughly classy modern space, frictionless and efficient and a bit sophisticated. I did not find it particularly memorable as a place, but it offers all of the amenities one could possibly want from an upscale chain hotel, and the conference I attended here was well served by such a space. I especially appreciate the room names for the conference, which were all themed around the geographic locales of San Francisco; for example, I presented in a room called Russian Hill. There is nothing really wrong or objectionable about this hotel, and those who want to stay right in the heart of San Francisco and have a comfortable stay should consider this place. That said, it lacks a bit of personality and can feel a little anonymous especially when contrasted with such a personality rich city as San Francisco. It feels fully what it is: a hotel largely designed with the needs and tendencies of businesses and conferences in mind. (0.0%)
  • Absolutely loved my stay at The Urban Hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were sleek and modern, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, from the comfy beds to the convenient amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in SF!" 5/5 stars (0.0%)
  • Amazing hotel, amazing amenities, lousy parking but we'll let that go since it's San Francisco after all. Well worth the stay and if I need a place to stay in the city, this place will be my first pick. Well done staff of this hotel, well done. (0.0%)

  • "mini bar" was missing a milky way when i arrived; despite my having immediately alerted hotel staff upon my discovery of said missing milky way, I nevertheless discovered a $3.25 charge tacked sneakily onto my bill! room wasn't clean enough, the duvet needed to be removed from service because of staining; nothing impressive here except for the photographer's ability to make dingy and lower than expected ceiling feel bright and airy! . when i checked in (for a single night stay), i requested a late checkout. the hotel obliged, although i don't understand why the guest after me in the queue was told 1230 while i was told 12 was the latest possible time available. besides this, the staff were all quite friendly and down to earth. i had an incredibly disappointing experience with the hotel manager. Under-confident as the leader of a workplace, the manager here claims their authority over others by putting them down. He was immature, disrespectful, expressed a contempt for guests as burdens, and called me names while attempting to save face while reversing a surcharge on my bill despite his initial insistence that he would not. Onlooking staff remained courteous but quiet, not wanting to get dragged into the manager's fit of frustration. I made a valid request, was right to have done so, and was met with the manager's attempt to steamroll me while making false/unfounded claims regarding my moral fibre. The hotel didn't need 3 people working, anyhow. I would fire the manager and promote the girl who checked me, since she demonstrated good understanding of hotel operations and intuitive understanding of guest requests. If you are looking for a bed and a shower and single serve pumpkin pie flavor coffeemate creamers and you want a cheap room with bad natural light, then this is your place! tldr; half star for the decent cable channel selection (which includes SHOWTIME~!) gets rounded up to one star. • $103 to valet your car. Absurd! This place seems more fit for conferences. Lots of homeless and drugs in this area. Very dirty. Plus everything is expensive as hell. No pool and they charge you a $30 destination charge and offer you a $30 credit for food and beverage. I drink at The View lounge is $24, so a couple has to spend $60 to get that credit. FYI, Ubers have a $35 minimum charge here. (0.0%)
  • 4 out of 5 This is definitely an excellent four star boutique hotel with exemplary service and decent amenities. There are special benefits for AMEX Platinum card holders that I did take advantage of, such as upgraded room and even further upgrades at 50% off. Our Junior Suite fit just well for 3 days although I am not sure how the regular room sizes would feel. If you're just sleeping here, it should not be too bad. The rooms themselves are very clean, and styled very nicely. There is only one restaurant bar (The Redwood Room) and a coffee/breakfast place (closes at 11 AM on weekdays and 12 on weekends). The Redwood Room is styled to be high end with high ceilings dim lights and very cool bar light refraction. For the most part, it is severely overpriced. Although truth be told, drinks were amazing but at $20 a drink and over, that's rooftop bar prices, not dimly lit ambience. The lobby is much smaller than the promotional videos and ads for this hotel make it look. We didn't book it to hang out in the lobby but the photos almost made us want to! The reality was different as we realized this is a smaller boutique hotel which has its pluses, namely in exemplary service. The real reason it's a 4 and not a 5 - Location. Yes, it's close to everything. It's literally. a block away from one of the City's worst neighborhoods, The Tenderloin. So be aware, the area can be a little rough around the edges. If you follow the instructions of the door man and always make a right when you walk out the doors, you will be just fine. Don't go left. (0.0%)

  • "Great First Impressions – Excellent Check-In & Solid Amenities!" Reviewed April 1, 2025 • Stayed at Hotel Fusion, San Francisco Just checked in today at Hotel Fusion in San Francisco, and I have to say — so far, so good! Jesus at the front desk was absolutely spectacular. Friendly, professional, and super helpful. He took the time to clearly explain all the amenities and even gave me a great room. I learned that the on-site bar just opened about four months ago — definitely looking forward to checking that out during my stay. As part of my travel routine, I like to share a review of the room, my check-in experience, and the amenities. The gym here is a solid highlight — open 24 hours, which is a huge plus. I actually did a quick video in there (you can catch it on my blog or wherever I end up sharing it). The gym includes a good variety: a nice rack of dumbbells, a convertible flat/incline/decline bench, and four machines — a stair stepper, treadmill, elliptical, and one more I’ll have to circle back on. I booked through Southwest.com and scored an extra 2,000–3,000 Rapid Rewards points, which made the already reasonable rate (around $120/night) even more worth it. All in all, I’m happy with my stay so far. If you’re in San Francisco and looking for a solid, centrally located spot with good service and amenities, check out Hotel Fusion! — Casey N. (0.0%)

  • + The hotel is located just above a beautiful beach, next to the boulevard connecting to Viveiro. There is an underground garage. Great locations for exploring north coast of Galicia. The spa facilities are great, with a good offer. Breakfasts were a bit below expectations - variety is good, but the room could be arranged in a more cosy way. The restaurant upstairs is fantastic, with great staff. In general, good place to stay for holidays! - Breakfast area is a bit overwhelming. (0.0%)

"Just make sure to book accordingly. I accidentally booked for the day before I needed to be there and still no refund for a room and service I didn’t use! They have the very basic of needs.. if a room is all you want with no amenities at all feel free to stay.. ohh and the elevator has been broken for months so just one is in service."

"I truly cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We’ve been loyal customers of Warwick SF since 2024, when we had a terrible experience at a nearby hotel and needed to move after the first night. Nestor, who still works here to this day, checked us in at 9 am the next morning so our toddler could nap and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in both the suites and most recently in the Superior Queen, and I love both. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, have comfortable beds and nice amenities. The hotel is so clean, and the cleaning staff is so efficient and fastidious in their work. I’m just wrapping up another stay with my daughter, and I’m blown away again at the kindness of the staff and how well looked after I feel. We are so sad to be leaving, which you know is a mark of a good hotel and a great stay. We will always stay here when we come to SF, and our experience here has made us loyal customers of Warwick in general (shout out to the Seattle staff, who are also excellent!)."

"I don't recommend to book this hotel as the room and facility both are pretty old. However, you can book until thet completed renovation. I hope the entire condition of hotel will get a big improvement."
