No pool.
- $20 "amenity fee" that covers two cheap bottles of water, internet, gym access, etc.
Additionally as others have wrote, there is an extra $25 amenity fee that is not optional that you don't find out about until chekc in.
Great pool.
Nice pool.
The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable.
45 mins check in to be greeted by rude staff member, 45 mins wait for 2 drinks at the pool, 1 hour for a portion of fries, smoking in the pool.
Absolutely extraordinary although basic, the pool complex is fine, but not necessarily pleasant to use.
Additional issues during our stay included: • Laundry facilities were largely unusable, with all but one washing machine out of order, and the hotel had completely run out of detergent, forcing us to purchase our own from a nearby CVS.
Nice pool.
