I have ordered from this Potbelly's pretty often but the last 4 times I've been there, my order has been wrong. I always have to go back during my work break to have them fix whatever it is. I know mistakes can be made... but 4 times in a row? I could see if they were always busy but they are never busy during the times I order my food. These are online orders so the receipt says everything that needs to be on the order. On the bright side, the staff are kind and willing to fix my order... but there shouldn't be frequent mistakes. If you order online, you're better off going to the one on State St.
I've been going to this location for a while and today was the first day that they sucked. There were only 2 workers and one of them was new but she was doing most of the work and the guy that was in charge wasn't helping her that much to me. Then I always order a salad and get all of the toppings and was never charged for each and he tried to do that today and got smart when i was telling him that i normally didn't get charged. So im officially done with that place.
People that work at night doesn't even want to make the delivery orders they be saying that someone pick it up so they don't make it..
Amazing service from the staff that worked on 2/27
Even though they were making a zillion sandwiches, the staff still found a moment to show me some real kindness on a difficult day. They didn't have to do that, they could have just made the food (which was very tasty, of course). Fine people work here. If you're looking for some good vibes during the downtown lunch rush, this is the place.
Friendliest Protein Kitchen and Bar in the loop. Everyone who works there takes pride in their work and it shows. Food is delivered fast and with a smile. Always tastes good too.
