3/6/26 @3:40 went in today like I do everyday because I work in housekeeping at the D hotel & casino so I eat magos ALOT I love the fries (when they make them freshš) and the homemade ranchš©š¤š¼ but this day my fav employee wasnāt working she knows me by name and we ask about each others family but Iāve never asked her name if I did I would put it because sheās amazing (lil Chinese maybe Japaneseās lady around 40 MAYBEš¤·š»āāļøā¤ļø) but today a youngish maybe 20ish girl with long red hair was working and you could just tell she did not wanna be there which I totally understand Iāve worked in fast food I donāt wanna be at work either but I still put on a smile and greet and thanks all guest but this girl all I got was āwhat would you like to eatā ādine in take outā yanno the usually ordering stuff when she gave me my food I said thank you and nothing just walked away to take another order. My food felt dirty in a way lol (obviously I ate it) I love the other lady she told me she doesnāt work fridays so I guess I just wonāt come fridays š
Another update: I had to take a star. The updated menu is great, but y'all changed some flavors in the burgers, the sauce? Idk, but it's far more spicy than it used to be and my favorite burger in all of vegas may be gone. Updated Review: We came back here last weekend. I had the vegan burger and fries again. This time I got a mocktail... THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER HAD. The bartender made me a mock pillow talk (was recommended by our server, who was wonderful and I forget her naaame, we were there Friday night at 6, had to move from outside to inside because I'm a mess, hahaha). Anyway, that mocktail was incredible. I don't get many good ones because, well they're mocktails and for some reason no one can seem to figure out non alcoholic drinks, haha, but not the person who was workin' Friday night, they did great. I want them to make all of my mocktails from now on haha. Vibes were great as usual, love this place. What a GEM this place is. We sat in the "garden" area. LOVED IT. The bathrooms were pretty dirty, but outside of that, everything was awesome. They have a vegan burger with vegan cheese if you're looking for that. Don't forget to check out the secret area in the back =P
As an avid White Castle fan growing up in Indiana, I know White Castle and what to expect. I live in Houston now so donāt get to have White Castle often now so I was excited about our trip to Vegas and the opportunity to dine on my favorite burger. This was place is black eye for White Castle. While the food was good, the wait time and service was abysmal. 45 minutes to serve maybe 20 people with food that is designed to cook quickly is absurd. A restaurant designed to handle upwards of 140 people With bathrooms that can handle 1 at a time. Absolutely no one cleaning tables. This was a major disappointment
!!!!Best Hispanic Food in Town!!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. My first time here Very nice staff, very clean place to sit down. The food is full of flavor in every bite𤤠chips and salsa. The rice and beans full of flavor. The chicken fajitas were made to perfection Freshly squeezed orange juice Located in the back of the Swap meet. I'll be a repeating customer
A rare 5-star for a food court spot ā and totally deserved. While walking down Fremont Street with my family, we wandered into the Fremont Hotel looking for a quick bite. I expected average food court options⦠but the hotel and food hall were shockingly clean ā like something youād find in a high-end Beverly Hills mall. Right at the entrance was Craft Kitchen, and the menu instantly caught my eye: comfort food classics + Hawaiian-inspired dishes (these tugged at my island roots immediately). I tried the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the avo toast, and my daughter went for the garlic fries. Everything looked artisan-level ā not āfood court food.ā This was Fast & Furious-level souped-up comfort food, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and I left both impressed and a little sad I couldnāt try more. So glad I stumbled into this place. Craft Kitchen is now my new favorite affordable off-Strip dining option. Highly recommend.
A very refreshing and relaxing change of pace for Vegas. Amazing food, very clean, kind service, huge portions, and incredible pricing. We were so happy with our meal and to sit down and have some very light and amazing food. Had plenty of leftovers to take back to the hotel.
5pm reservation on a Saturday, with a 630pm show to follow. Arrived 8 minutes early at the empty podium and waited four minutes for host to return to the podium to seat us. Should have taken that as a hint... The restaurant was not full, but tables were well spaced to allow for the corona protocol distancing, being inside in Vegas requires masks, so that's a self answered question. We were seated, and within about two minutes our Zeki our server asked for drink orders. Both diners had a beer (one Lagunitas, one Guinness, both from tap). Drinks served in 16 oz glasses, Guinness NOT served in the recommended Guinness pint glass which surprised me given the Namesake's background. Order placed for the prime beef burger and for a full rack of the ribs, one with fries the other with tots. When the orders were served, the burger was a fairly properly cooked medium (just a hint of pink) as ordered. The fries and tots were nothing spectacular, but solidly prepared. Crisp tots, should have been seasoned. Fries were warm, well fried firm potato, not soggy or cold but lacked seasoning. The ribs, however, were a mess. The meat side was slathered in 1/4 in thick layer of sauce (my fault for not saying sauce on side). The bone side of the ribs received absolutely NO love from the grill before they were served, the snot that accumulated on the membrane from the ribs being wrapped in plastic while waiting for a victim was still present, and was easily moved around with a fork. The meat was VERY tender, as in borderline pasty in its desire to escape the bones. The flavor, surprisingly, was OK. Be aware that these ribs are NOT BBQ ribs, they are baked ribs with a bbq sauce, the meat had no visible smoke ring and nary a hint of smoke flavor, once the sauce was drained off. The slaw served with the ribs was probably the high point of the meal - it was a perfect balance between sweet and tart, and only a slight hint of celery seed bitterness. We both like the slaw. The food was edible, and we did eat it. About four minutes into our service, Zeki came back and checked to see if the food was ok. After that, he was gone. Not physically gone, but we were clearly dead to him. He may have well have held up his palm at us each of the 8 times he walked past our table (no glance to the side, I was waiting for it to get his attention) in the 12 minutes that our empty dishes were piled together and our empty beverage glasses were stacked on the server pass by side of the table. It took the elderly busman to ask if he could collect the debris, with another post table clean off fly-by by Zeki before Mr. Curmudgeon got up from the table and told the manager (who ALSO ignored us for a solid 15 minutes) that I had "been ignored by our server and everyone else in the place, with a pile of empty dishes and glassware while our server walked past 8 times in twelve minutes, yes I did keep track", i wanted my check and I wanted to leave. A completely different server dropped the check off at the table, and scampered off (legitimately so - I was less than cordial with the manager. Blunt. Very blunt.) To add salt to the wound, after we were signing the check he wandered up and apologized for the inconvenience (at 6:20 pm) and offered us a dessert. I passed up free food in order to get out. If you go, be prepared for mediocrity, accompanied by Smiling Bob the Restaurant Guy ads everywhere. I'm guessing he wouldn't be smiling so much if he went back and did a taste test of what his name is attached to. Not recommended. In the least. I would have given it two stars based only on the attendance of the busman (sadly, I don't remember his name but think it was Ken), but the oh-so-very late "holy cow, maybe I better DO SOMETHING" offer of dessert by the manager, which should have accompanied the delivery of the check for our payment instead of as we were signing it reverted it back to one star. This is one of the very few places I can think of that I have rated that would get a zero star or negative star rating from me.
A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We went for a week and, the morning after we arrived when we had just finished our breakfast, we were accosted by a spa rep and who persuaded us to to across to check out the spa. Thereafter, we were "persuaded" to book an apparent VIP spa and beauty package costing what we thought was 1,500EGP and was in fact £1,500 sterling. As if that wasn't enough, things that had been thrown in for free to encourage us us to purchase treatment we have since found, we have been charged for. We didn't have half the treatments we apparently paid for and, we would come out to reception after a "paid" treatment to find we were being charged again for treatment. In total £4,500 was paid for treatments including the items that were given to us as incentives. On the last day which was also the day that we were flying back to the UK, I had an accident which was witnessed by three staff at the time and my sister-in-law. The spa manager and the spa rep also came into the room and started shouting. Cream was applied. It wasn't until I got to the airport that I discovered where I had hurt my leg, just above my knee, had turned from a red mark to a blackened area, a bruise. That bruise then proceeded to swell to the extent that I couldn't go climbing, I struggled to walk any distance and then I was informed at the hospital that swelling and the subsequent lumps forming in my leg were due to the blunt force trauma my leg had suffered on impact which had caused a haematoma which was in the process of breaking down, hence the sore hard lumps. It has taken over a month to get anywhere near normal and I still have loss of sensation and a burning feeling in my leg. The hotel spa have denied that they have overcharged us, they deny that I had an accident after slipping with wet feet on a wet surface. At the time we agreed to treatments, we were put in a position where we felt we couldn't say no. The reception was full of men all speaking in Egyptian and very intimidating. They grouped around us after our treatment and pushed us into writing nice comments about them whilst hanging over our shoulders and telling us what to say. We went away for a relaxing week and ended up with sickness and diarrhoea after our first visit due we suspect to the fact the jacuzzi was dirty and we had been given fruit to eat which we ate as we had missed lunch that day. We spent a whole day in bed that day and lost a day of our holiday. We couldn't eat properly after that either. We have attempted to take this up with the hotel and spa and been told that there are receipts for everything and where is my proof of my accident. How can a place which looks so beautiful and relaxing cause such stress. My advice if you do go there, do not go to the spa or, if you do, do not let them bully you into taking treatments or making bookings you aren't okay with and always ensure that you get what you have paid for, nothing more, nothing less. We will continue to pursue this.
A spontaneous visit for dinner. We knew we may have to wait since it was a Friday night and we were informed by the hostess that we could sit in the bar area to eat if we wanted to. We found a table to sit at but it was dirty. We sat for over 20 mins at the dirty table while the cocktail servers walked by us several times - refusing to make eye contact with us as we sat, least they may have had to assist us. We finally asked the bartender if anyone was working in the area. After an additional ten mins of waiting we left. We informed the hostess on the way out about what had happened and she was flippant and merely responded - ok. No apology - nothing!
An absolutely amazing dessert experience! Highly recommend doing the combo dessert they have. And sit at the bar if you can and watch them put these amazing mouth watering desserts together! The staff are super friendly and bubbly. Also they make custom cakes which look so amazing and lots of humor. Side note the bathroom is super clean!!
Thereās no shortage of Asian eateries in Vegas these days: from hole in the wall carry out spots. to Asian celebrity chef locations; and from 5 Star posh venues, to noodle shops, and even world class sushi joints. So, thereās sure to be a place to fit any palate or budget. Wasnāt expecting much here after reading the various reviews, as they were all over the place: But, as the saying goes, ya have to try it for yourself. The decor here is about as crazy looking as one could even think up. The walls and ceilings are covered with an unusual Asian metal designed āsomethingā, and the rest is glass and mirrors. Clean, modern lines is the theme here. As far as authentic Chinese goes, Iām no expert: so I stick to a few of the basics. And my go to Chinese dish has been Kung Pao shrimp or chicken for quite some time. Iāve had good n bad in about every city or town there is, so here we try again. I couldnāt find a single pic or review covering this coveted dish here, so I just went for it. And it paid off; as Honestly, this was as good of a version of Kung Pao as Iāve had anywhere. The char from the wok, infused the fresh ingredients together. Oh, And it had a nice kick to it as well: Just spicy enough to clean out those nasal cavities. Had the fried dumplings for an appetizer; and they were quite tasty as well. One small tidbit is that the steamed rice is served a la carte, at $3.99 more. But, not a deal breaker, as Iāve noticed this becoming more n more the norm in Vegas. In conclusion; this may not be the quality of a Wing Lei, Blossom, or Jasmine: but for a casual spot, it does the deed. And for $20 or so, the Kung Pao here is hard to beat. It may in fact, be my favorite spot in Vegas for this dish. If youāre looking for some tasty Chinese, without breaking the bank, this may be your spot. As I always say, Just Go For It....
1st time eating at this restaurant located in the Gold Coast Casino. Outstanding selection with very tasty dishes. Service was a little slow but it was very busy. Prices are not too expensive. However, the ambience and cleanliness make the cost very reasonable.

We had a mixed experience at Fin & Feathers. The staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, service overall wasnāt particularly attentive. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were visible greasy fingerprints and buildup on multiple surfacesāsalt and pepper shakers, ketchup bottles, and doors (including the entrance, kitchen, and bathroom). Unfortunately, that immediately took away from the experience and made it difficult to feel comfortable. I ordered the fried catfish, and coming from a river town in Pennsylvania where we eat it often, I can say it was goodābut not enough to outweigh the concerns I had about the overall environment. Iām hoping this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I wouldnāt personally return.

Incredible service, so friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean restaurant, great guacamole and flavorful tacos.

This is nothing like youād expect. Itās a fast food restaurant working to turn the tables every hour. Everything is made way in advance, is luke warm, often lacking flavor. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. The waiter is a pest and you barely get a moment to talk with your guest. I spent $125 for a decent bottle of Caymus and they couldnāt pore it fast enough. Everything was rushed and the noise levels are crazy high. I paid extra for a table to view the kitchen and was 4 rows of tables away and probably at least 80 ft away. The whole experience was marginal. I expected so much more. Itās a rip off. Donāt fall for it.

We've had a very nice time at Allegro. Rooms are very nice and clean. Buffet is always very well prepared with lots of different options. Staff absolutely friendly and professional. Good value for money.
