All atmosphere and hype, little substance. Messy waffle sandwich came smothered in maple syrup. Great! Messy... no worries, I was provided cutlery. BOGEY: a plastic knife? To cut through two waffles? But a metal fork? Drip coffee, when ordered, made no request of milk and sugar. Served black, I looked for the creamer station. Surprise! You have to bring it to the counter to get the paper sugar packets that should have been on the table, and your creamer will be poured for you in a bizarre interaction. Bathrooms require a secret code to enter. Recommended if you want to have breakfast in a minimum security prison.

5 stars for Jake the bartender. Super welcoming vibe. Jake was on point with the helpful service, on point with the drink order, super attentive and the right amount of friendly all while the bar was very busy. 1 star for brunette bartender--didn't get her name, but clearly unhappy to be clocked in--and unfortunately multiple friends reported a similar interaction. Thanks Jake for being the star of the show at 18bin! You're a gem.

7 of us came here because we wanted an informal dinner during our night out on Freemont but also wanted to sit down and enjoy some drinks while we ate. We ended up here. We ordered drinks all around, and the bar made them as expected. Nothing crazy just rum and cokes, Moscow mules and beers. They only have about 5 menu items, which makes it easy to order. I personally got the ribs, which I thought were pretty good. Friends of mine got the brisket which I tried and it also was very good. They had sauces on the table, but they weren't even needed. The jalapeño cornbread was also very good. If you're looking for a quick impromptu meal for a good price and good portion, I recommend this place. Our waitress was a very nice girl who was able to handle 7 guys out having a night on the town. She had jokes, made conversation, made us all laugh, and was very fun. If management reads this, she was skinny and on the taller size (give her a raise). Overall, the atmosphere here is fun.

A Fantastic Post-Ceremony Brunch at Carson Kitchen. Exceptional Food, Service & Atmosphere! We hosted our post-ceremony brunch at Carson Kitchen in Las Vegas, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Planning from out of state and having never been to the restaurant before, I was truly impressed by how seamless and reassuring the entire process felt. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. My initial inquiry, menu selection, and contract were all confirmed within a single week. The brunch menu that they provide for events was absolutely perfect. Carson Kitchen puts such a fun, elevated spin on Southern classics: the chicken and waffles (with mac and cheese waffles!) and the shrimp and grits were huge hits. And the donut sticks? Our guests are still talking about them -- they were the clear fan favorite! The space itself exceeded expectations. We were set up on the open-air patio with a private bar, which created a warm and celebratory atmosphere. It was a sunny Vegas day, and the venue had umbrellas ready to provide shade and keep everyone comfortable. It felt both stylish and relaxed, an ideal vibe for a post-ceremony gathering. Every interaction with the staff was positive. In fact, when I stopped by for happy hour a few days before the event to finally see the space in person, the bartender learned I had a private event coming up and offered to give us a tour right then and there. He walked us through the patio and ensured we had a clear sense of how everything would look and feel. That level of thoughtfulness was so appreciated. I highly recommend Carson Kitchen for private events as well as intimate meals. The food is exceptional and the location is perfect -- just a short 10-minute walk from the sights and sounds of Fremont Street. Carson Kitchen helped make our wedding weekend truly special, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We went for a week and, the morning after we arrived when we had just finished our breakfast, we were accosted by a spa rep and who persuaded us to to across to check out the spa. Thereafter, we were "persuaded" to book an apparent VIP spa and beauty package costing what we thought was 1,500EGP and was in fact ÂŁ1,500 sterling. As if that wasn't enough, things that had been thrown in for free to encourage us us to purchase treatment we have since found, we have been charged for. We didn't have half the treatments we apparently paid for and, we would come out to reception after a "paid" treatment to find we were being charged again for treatment. In total ÂŁ4,500 was paid for treatments including the items that were given to us as incentives. On the last day which was also the day that we were flying back to the UK, I had an accident which was witnessed by three staff at the time and my sister-in-law. The spa manager and the spa rep also came into the room and started shouting. Cream was applied. It wasn't until I got to the airport that I discovered where I had hurt my leg, just above my knee, had turned from a red mark to a blackened area, a bruise. That bruise then proceeded to swell to the extent that I couldn't go climbing, I struggled to walk any distance and then I was informed at the hospital that swelling and the subsequent lumps forming in my leg were due to the blunt force trauma my leg had suffered on impact which had caused a haematoma which was in the process of breaking down, hence the sore hard lumps. It has taken over a month to get anywhere near normal and I still have loss of sensation and a burning feeling in my leg. The hotel spa have denied that they have overcharged us, they deny that I had an accident after slipping with wet feet on a wet surface. At the time we agreed to treatments, we were put in a position where we felt we couldn't say no. The reception was full of men all speaking in Egyptian and very intimidating. They grouped around us after our treatment and pushed us into writing nice comments about them whilst hanging over our shoulders and telling us what to say. We went away for a relaxing week and ended up with sickness and diarrhoea after our first visit due we suspect to the fact the jacuzzi was dirty and we had been given fruit to eat which we ate as we had missed lunch that day. We spent a whole day in bed that day and lost a day of our holiday. We couldn't eat properly after that either. We have attempted to take this up with the hotel and spa and been told that there are receipts for everything and where is my proof of my accident. How can a place which looks so beautiful and relaxing cause such stress. My advice if you do go there, do not go to the spa or, if you do, do not let them bully you into taking treatments or making bookings you aren't okay with and always ensure that you get what you have paid for, nothing more, nothing less. We will continue to pursue this.

A group of us were excited about dinner. We waited 45 minutes for our cocktails. By the time the drinks came salads were already being served. For the prices the food was just ok, the service was slow and poor, the tables not set well and the atmosphere was not exciting. I was excited about going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but I think this one is living off a name not the current food or service. Great other choices on the strip for half the price............

A large group of family and friends came together in Vegas for a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my daughter. My SIL called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess staff. Told them there would be at least 12 possibly more. When we arrived the hostess informed us we could have 12 people. The other 3 in our party would have to go to the lounge and it was first come first served for a table. At no time we’re we offered a private room nor would they consider putting 3 more chairs at the table. We were in a corner and 3 more would have fit fine. Needless to say the celebration was not fun knowing 3 of our party were off sitting by themselves. No effort to be helpful at all. The food was very good which you would expect for the prices. My filet was over $100 and comes with absolutely no sides. No bread or salad. I had to pay $22 for a ceasar salad. I asked for my steak medium well and received a medium rare steak. Everyone was happy with the food. Service was wonderful. Ambiance was ok, the music was a bit too loud. It was hard to have a conversation. We were just so turned off by the hostesses lack of helpfulness I for one will not return.

Coming from a bi-culinary family, (vegan and carnivorous) going out to dinner can be a challenge. But thanks to Ferraro’s Ristorante, we could happily eat as a family with no compromises. This family-run Italian eatery tucked is in the corner of a CVS Plaza . Though it is located off strip, I promise, it is well worth the trip. It’s unassuming from the outside but once you get in you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. THE BREAD: Once seated, we were served a generous bread bowl with sourdough, focaccia and pretzel rolls and a delicious olive oil and cheese chimichurri style dip. SALAD: I highly recommend the CAESAR SALAD, which is served wedge style, and is incredibly crisp and fresh not to anchovy-ish at all. The INSALATE MIMMO is just as delicious if you’re craving a summery-inspired salad of vine, ripened, tomatoes, and mozzarella, so creamy and savory! VEGAN: we were delighted to be presented with (upon asking) an entire vegan menu with everything from salads to soups to entrees. THE EGGPLANT PARMESAN was flavorful and hearty. Even the carnivores enjoyed the dish. A true delight! POLLO VESUVIO: Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this dish. The chicken is juicy, tender and divine! The veg was perfectly cooked and only my lady-like decorum prevented me sipping it straight off the plate! LASAGNA: Just about the best lasagna I’ve ever had, hands down! The cheese was creamy but not overwhelming. The meat was well seasoned and savory melt in your mouth tender and noodles were perfectly cooked. And the sauce was so divine. I begged the staff for some extra as we could not get enough! Before we discuss dessert, a word about THE STAFF: the customer service is top notch! Our glasses were always full. Questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. We were made to feel like the most important people in the room! Our server, VIRGILIO was attentive and kind and took his time guiding us through the many options. His food runners were fast and responsive which we greatly appreciated. And at the end of the meal we were personally greeted by the charming CHEF MIMMO himself. As if getting to enjoy his culinary talents wasn’t enough, he COMPED us a round of dessert!! THE DESSERT: At the chef’s recommendation we had the COCONUT & STRAWBERRY GELATO (Vegan) which was incredibly creamy, fresh and light. If summer vacation was a gelato, this would be it! And finally, the CIOCCOLATISSIMO! I mean what is there to say??? It’s THE perfect level of chocolate cake-y, chocolate mousse-y goodness paired with bright, tart berries and smooth as velvet gelato. A perfect ending to a perfect meal! Ferraro family, I wish you many years of success one because you deserve it and two because selfishly want to eat here every time I visit Las Vegas!

If you’ve been to Vegas, you’re quite aware of the vast number of Asian eateries found up n down the strip: And this is especially true with the Wynn brand. I’ve never counted them all, but there’s quite a variety; from simple and casual, to one that even garners a coveted Michelin Star. Then there’s Wazuzu, which falls somewhere in between: and that’s a good place to be. Located adjacent to the casino floor of the beautiful Wynn Encore resort, the location is absolute prime in my opinion. The decor, while advertised as resort casual, is borderline upscale. Typical, as you’ll find with any “casual” Wynn offering, there’s a lean to bold colors, beautiful seating areas, and a focus on something: maybe a rare piece of art, a crystal chandelier, or a beautiful wall mural. In Wazuzu’s case, it’s a 38’, 3D glass dragon, hanging on the rear wall. Stunning to gander at in person, as pictures do it no justice, you’ll be impressed with the detail here. The menu is vast, but not overly complicated. It includes a variety of sushi, soups, salads, Asian entrees and more. I opted to start with their version of Chinese hot n sour soup; which can be ordered from somewhat spicy, to downright hot; as determined by the simple 1-5 category. Tried it at a 4, which may have been a bit overpowering for the already bold flavored soup. It wasn’t the heat, which is on me, and I do like it hot; but if ordered again, I’d go with a 2 or 3, to let the flavors of the tender prawns, mushrooms and broth, shine more boldly. That being said, it was absolutely delicious. For the entree, the much raved about Mongolian Beef was my choice when I set out to dine here over a month ago. If you’ve had Mongolian Beef before, like me, you’re going to be picky when seeking it out. Many Chinese restaurants tend to overthink the recipe a bit; and either make it a bit too sweet, or worse, over cook it, leaving the dish as a sloppy bowl of whatever. Their version here may be the best I’ve come across yet. And I believe it has to do with 2 things: good quality beef, and the use of super fresh veggies, including Chinese broccoli, which is much more tender and flavorful than the usual variety found in the states. Served over a bed crispy noodles, as far as flavor goes, it’s an absolute must try. Note: be aware that, as with most of these better restaurants, steamed rice is to be ordered la carte. But at only $3, it’s not a deal breaker. An array of Asian beers to accompany your meal, can be had here for about $10 a glass or bottle.... Limit 2 for me please. Service here was excellent. While dining as an individual, I’ve come to realize, unless sitting at the bar, service for a party of one can be tricky. And I get that: I’m tying up a table for 2, and only paying for one. But here, as in most of the better places I’ve dined, they treated me as if I had my whole family dining alongside me: So, nothing was overlooked. Though this isn’t an upscale dining experience, the service was very prompt, and professional. Nice touch... Overall: As stated, one could start at the south end of the strip, work their way north, trying a different Asian outpost each day, and probably never run out of options. So my recommendation is to be as picky as possible. Put Wazuzu on your short list of places to try while staying or playing at Wynn Encore....Enjoy

What an amazing experience!! We came to have dinner last night, we started at the bar with a couple of spritzers, fallow by a few appetizers, the fritto misto was amazing , the aioli sauce was just delicious, we also had lobster ravioli and branzino , they are both to die for. Top notch service and great atmosphere, I definitely recommend this restaurant and will comeback soon.

Let me start off my saying i’ve been coming to this restaraunt for 10 years, it has always been one of my favorite spots downtown. The last time i came here was November 2025 and we had an excellent experience then, i am surprised how quickly they’ve gone downhill compared to last nights bad experience. We started off with the cadillac trio and found a long hair in the queso. When we told our server about it, she didn’t really care and said “well is there something you want me to do about that?” The enchiladas were burnt, and my birria tacos barely had any consome. The rice with my birria was inedible. It took 15 minutes to get my bottle of beer, when I reminded the server that i ordered a beer, she said with an attitude “yeah i know, the bartender is gone” My silverware was dirty, when I asked the server for a new set she made a face and brought me a second set of silverware, which was also dirty. When we paid the bill, the person who retuned our card coughed all over it and in our faces. The restaurant wasn’t super busy, and a lot of the issues we faced could have been overlooked if there was any sort of customer service. I don’t understand why we were treated so poorly, we didn’t ask for much and didn’t complain about most of the issues because we already felt like a nuisance based off the attitude of our server.

Hotel away from everything except building sites. Food and drink of poor quality. Al la carte restaurants again very limited selection but nice atmosphere. Egyptian restaurant did same food as in the daytime and was self service. Very noticeable that if you were a good tipper you got better service. Some staff very rude and lazy. Entertainment was poor even by Egyptian standards. Grounds were best thing about the hotel. This was our 5th visit to Egypt and did not compare to our previous experiences. Would definitely not recommend or return to this hotel.

This steakhouse, in Paris Casino, is very nice. The ambience/decorating/music all excellent. Busy but noise level was OK. You need reservations, but easy to get. Service was outstanding. Food: Caesar Salad was excellent. Salmon excellent. Beef Wellington was also very good (a little salty for me, but tastes differ). Dessert- Sticky Toffee Pudding with brown butter ice cream (comes in the shape of a stick of butter!) was amazing. It is pricey. There are coupons you can find which make it a little better but it's a splurge night in Las Vegas if you go.
