"I visited Hugo’s Cellar specifically to buy a dessert to go, but I was unfortunately rejected. The staff informed me that they do not sell desserts for takeout and that I couldn’t make the purchase unless I was dining in. It was a very disappointing experience to be turned away as a paying customer over a rigid policy. I was looking forward to trying their food, but this lack of flexibility makes me hesitant to return or even stay at the four queens again.”
$20 steak and lobster tail should have been a $5 special. Idk where they found this "steak" if that's what it is, the tiny lobster tail came out cold enough it may as well have climbed itself outta the ocean and the apple crisp was like a soggy used pair of Huggies. Nothing crispy about it. I didn't expect much but I didn't expect it to be this low level food quality and service.
$78.00 for 2 meals & 2 drinks. I've had better Mexican food at my local Acapulco restaurant. Drink was good but way too small
Great food and service.

Excellent food and service
$95 for a buffet and you can’t even provide fresh bread/bread rolls? Dry, clearly not fresh and bordering on stale. The buffet overall is consistent - but very dry. Food quality isn’t that great - generally equivalent to a half decent restaurant.
1 out of 5 is too generous. This restaurant was horrible and a big disappointment. The food was awful. I ordered minestrone soup and sent it back. The waiter said he knew it was awful but didn’t want to tell me. The waiter was not nice. He was very pushy. He tried to make us order tomatoes and no one wanted them. He said we were missing out. Carbone in New York is very good, but Las Vegas is not. There are too many other good restaurants in Las Vegas and this was a waste of time and very expensive.

That was our first disappointment. The sloppy young hostess refused to honor our request even though a table sat empty for almost an hour. The waiters were arrogant attempting to push every extra ala carte on us on the already way over priced menu. The foie gras was delicious. Many times we have experienced Dover Sole prepared tableside. Our waiter plopped the cold dry fish on our plate bothered to wait on us. My NY Strip was tepid at best with some unidentified glaze. Yuck. Mashed potatoes with truffles were great but you can make anything great with truffles. The staff was well aware we were celebrating my birthday but could really care less. Save your money and enjoy a meal with a Chef you know and trust. Jose' Andres, or Emeril would never put up with this. We will never go back.
Coming from a bi-culinary family, (vegan and carnivorous) going out to dinner can be a challenge. But thanks to Ferraro’s Ristorante, we could happily eat as a family with no compromises. This family-run Italian eatery tucked is in the corner of a CVS Plaza . Though it is located off strip, I promise, it is well worth the trip. It’s unassuming from the outside but once you get in you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. THE BREAD: Once seated, we were served a generous bread bowl with sourdough, focaccia and pretzel rolls and a delicious olive oil and cheese chimichurri style dip. SALAD: I highly recommend the CAESAR SALAD, which is served wedge style, and is incredibly crisp and fresh not to anchovy-ish at all. The INSALATE MIMMO is just as delicious if you’re craving a summery-inspired salad of vine, ripened, tomatoes, and mozzarella, so creamy and savory! VEGAN: we were delighted to be presented with (upon asking) an entire vegan menu with everything from salads to soups to entrees. THE EGGPLANT PARMESAN was flavorful and hearty. Even the carnivores enjoyed the dish. A true delight! POLLO VESUVIO: Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this dish. The chicken is juicy, tender and divine! The veg was perfectly cooked and only my lady-like decorum prevented me sipping it straight off the plate! LASAGNA: Just about the best lasagna I’ve ever had, hands down! The cheese was creamy but not overwhelming. The meat was well seasoned and savory melt in your mouth tender and noodles were perfectly cooked. And the sauce was so divine. I begged the staff for some extra as we could not get enough! Before we discuss dessert, a word about THE STAFF: the customer service is top notch! Our glasses were always full. Questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. We were made to feel like the most important people in the room! Our server, VIRGILIO was attentive and kind and took his time guiding us through the many options. His food runners were fast and responsive which we greatly appreciated. And at the end of the meal we were personally greeted by the charming CHEF MIMMO himself. As if getting to enjoy his culinary talents wasn’t enough, he COMPED us a round of dessert!! THE DESSERT: At the chef’s recommendation we had the COCONUT & STRAWBERRY GELATO (Vegan) which was incredibly creamy, fresh and light. If summer vacation was a gelato, this would be it! And finally, the CIOCCOLATISSIMO! I mean what is there to say??? It’s THE perfect level of chocolate cake-y, chocolate mousse-y goodness paired with bright, tart berries and smooth as velvet gelato. A perfect ending to a perfect meal! Ferraro family, I wish you many years of success one because you deserve it and two because selfishly want to eat here every time I visit Las Vegas!
If you’ve been to Vegas, you’re quite aware of the vast number of Asian eateries found up n down the strip: And this is especially true with the Wynn brand. I’ve never counted them all, but there’s quite a variety; from simple and casual, to one that even garners a coveted Michelin Star. Then there’s Wazuzu, which falls somewhere in between: and that’s a good place to be. Located adjacent to the casino floor of the beautiful Wynn Encore resort, the location is absolute prime in my opinion. The decor, while advertised as resort casual, is borderline upscale. Typical, as you’ll find with any “casual” Wynn offering, there’s a lean to bold colors, beautiful seating areas, and a focus on something: maybe a rare piece of art, a crystal chandelier, or a beautiful wall mural. In Wazuzu’s case, it’s a 38’, 3D glass dragon, hanging on the rear wall. Stunning to gander at in person, as pictures do it no justice, you’ll be impressed with the detail here. The menu is vast, but not overly complicated. It includes a variety of sushi, soups, salads, Asian entrees and more. I opted to start with their version of Chinese hot n sour soup; which can be ordered from somewhat spicy, to downright hot; as determined by the simple 1-5 category. Tried it at a 4, which may have been a bit overpowering for the already bold flavored soup. It wasn’t the heat, which is on me, and I do like it hot; but if ordered again, I’d go with a 2 or 3, to let the flavors of the tender prawns, mushrooms and broth, shine more boldly. That being said, it was absolutely delicious. For the entree, the much raved about Mongolian Beef was my choice when I set out to dine here over a month ago. If you’ve had Mongolian Beef before, like me, you’re going to be picky when seeking it out. Many Chinese restaurants tend to overthink the recipe a bit; and either make it a bit too sweet, or worse, over cook it, leaving the dish as a sloppy bowl of whatever. Their version here may be the best I’ve come across yet. And I believe it has to do with 2 things: good quality beef, and the use of super fresh veggies, including Chinese broccoli, which is much more tender and flavorful than the usual variety found in the states. Served over a bed crispy noodles, as far as flavor goes, it’s an absolute must try. Note: be aware that, as with most of these better restaurants, steamed rice is to be ordered la carte. But at only $3, it’s not a deal breaker. An array of Asian beers to accompany your meal, can be had here for about $10 a glass or bottle.... Limit 2 for me please. Service here was excellent. While dining as an individual, I’ve come to realize, unless sitting at the bar, service for a party of one can be tricky. And I get that: I’m tying up a table for 2, and only paying for one. But here, as in most of the better places I’ve dined, they treated me as if I had my whole family dining alongside me: So, nothing was overlooked. Though this isn’t an upscale dining experience, the service was very prompt, and professional. Nice touch... Overall: As stated, one could start at the south end of the strip, work their way north, trying a different Asian outpost each day, and probably never run out of options. So my recommendation is to be as picky as possible. Put Wazuzu on your short list of places to try while staying or playing at Wynn Encore....Enjoy
There’s no shortage of Asian eateries in Vegas these days: from hole in the wall carry out spots. to Asian celebrity chef locations; and from 5 Star posh venues, to noodle shops, and even world class sushi joints. So, there’s sure to be a place to fit any palate or budget. Wasn’t expecting much here after reading the various reviews, as they were all over the place: But, as the saying goes, ya have to try it for yourself. The decor here is about as crazy looking as one could even think up. The walls and ceilings are covered with an unusual Asian metal designed “something”, and the rest is glass and mirrors. Clean, modern lines is the theme here. As far as authentic Chinese goes, I’m no expert: so I stick to a few of the basics. And my go to Chinese dish has been Kung Pao shrimp or chicken for quite some time. I’ve had good n bad in about every city or town there is, so here we try again. I couldn’t find a single pic or review covering this coveted dish here, so I just went for it. And it paid off; as Honestly, this was as good of a version of Kung Pao as I’ve had anywhere. The char from the wok, infused the fresh ingredients together. Oh, And it had a nice kick to it as well: Just spicy enough to clean out those nasal cavities. Had the fried dumplings for an appetizer; and they were quite tasty as well. One small tidbit is that the steamed rice is served a la carte, at $3.99 more. But, not a deal breaker, as I’ve noticed this becoming more n more the norm in Vegas. In conclusion; this may not be the quality of a Wing Lei, Blossom, or Jasmine: but for a casual spot, it does the deed. And for $20 or so, the Kung Pao here is hard to beat. It may in fact, be my favorite spot in Vegas for this dish. If you’re looking for some tasty Chinese, without breaking the bank, this may be your spot. As I always say, Just Go For It....

Best meal on our trip! Amazing service! You must go! We saw this Fogo as we were shopping at the Grand Channel Shoppes in the Venetian Resort. We didn’t have reservations, and they were able to seat us. Once we got upstairs & seated, every worker we encountered acknowledged us, asked us if we needed anything & if everything was okay. This actually might be the best service we have received at any restaurant! The atmosphere is so nice. They are new & have only been open 2 weeks. We have been to other Fogo’s & this was the best one!! Salad bar was superb! The Brazilian rolls they bring to the table are melt in your mouth, as well as the grilled cheese with hot honey they bring around 😋 once you turn your card to green they will bring you all the meats, you can tell them how you like prepared. I like mine well done & once they knew, they brought it! They also brought a side of fried polenta & sauté banana. We finished off our dinner with the papaya cream with blackberry liquor and that settles your stomach & takes away the I ate too much feeling😉 I honestly cannot recommend this dining experience enough!! Treat yourself to an amazing dinner!!
