  • 1 star -- We walked out. That's how bad the service was. My brother and I came in expecting a decent experience based on the reviews, but we didn't even make it to placing a drink order. Our server, Tiffany, approached us with immediate hostility -- no greeting, no welcome, just straight attitude from the moment she opened her mouth. The entire interaction went downhill over something unbelievably small: a valid, freshly renewed paper ID. Instead of handling it professionally or asking a manager for clarification, she instantly acted irritated and dismissive. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and made it absolutely clear she had zero interest in helping us or even doing the basics of her job. Her demeanor was so unnecessary and unprofessional that we decided to leave before ordering anything. If a server can't handle a simple question without acting personally offended, that's a problem. We weren't rude, we weren't difficult -- we simply presented a perfectly legal ID. The attitude we got in return was unacceptable. If this is the level of customer service here, especially from Tiffany, it's not worth the time or money. We'll gladly take our business somewhere else. You should too. (0.0%)
  • 30 mins we waited nothing was started didn’t get out water the restaurant was empty. No apology when we went and got our money back. Even that had a wait to get a manager. Pathetic service go any where else. (0.0%)
  • 4 of us went in for dinner, it wasn't real busy. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 noodles and a pot stickers appetizer, other tables came in after and got served ahead of us but after about 30 minutes I asked where our food was and was told it would be about 10 minutes, ok, then the 2 burgers and the pot stickers came to the table asked about the noodles and 1 of them showed up but the 2nd hadn't been ordered were canceled it and ask for the check, had to wait for the manager/bartender to deduct the other noodles. No apologies from the waitress who is totally inept. We had a similar problem the week before when 7 went in for breakfast and the food came out 1 plate at a time so by the time the 7th person got his food, everyone else was done. Plus everyone's order was screwed up. This place needs to get their act together ! They have lost 7 customers if not more. No management, lousy service and mediocre food, we're going else where from now on. (0.0%)

  • 2024-11-15 Review Wow. More food than I can eat, and all of it is good. I got the ribeye. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was absolutely delicious. Fries were crispy, golden, hot, and seasoned to perfection. Garlic toast was exactly what you'd expect. Seasoned veggies were perfect as well. The side salad could be a meal by itself. My wife got the Cobb salad and it's huge! Easily two full meals. Look, if you leave this place hungry, you did it wrong. Service was excellent. We were seated immediately on a Friday at dinner time. Price was amazing. The two of us with that much food of that level of quality for under $50 at dinner time? You've got to be kidding me. (0.0%)

  • ... Mediterranean would be a better description as the menu is basically a mix of Italian and Greek. But that's not a bad thing. My party was in a bit of a hurry as this was a pre-show dinner, so we ordered pita and dip to share while the main courses were cooked. My wild mushroom ravioli was very enjoyable, and its "light marinara sauce" didn't overpower the filling. I would have preferred a couple more ravioli - it was really just a starter sized portion. My companions ordered various dishes, and they were all pleased with their choices. The staff seemed to cope well with several large parties that were dining at the same time as us, but this restaurant packs in the tables so I couldn't recommend it for occasions where dining is the focus of the evening (ie, it's not the place for a tête-à-tête or a romantic rendezvous). But you do get good food at reasonable prices (given the location), so I'd happily return. (0.0%)
  • 1 out of 5 is too generous. This restaurant was horrible and a big disappointment. The food was awful. I ordered minestrone soup and sent it back. The waiter said he knew it was awful but didn’t want to tell me. The waiter was not nice. He was very pushy. He tried to make us order tomatoes and no one wanted them. He said we were missing out. Carbone in New York is very good, but Las Vegas is not. There are too many other good restaurants in Las Vegas and this was a waste of time and very expensive. (0.0%)
  • 1st and last time for me at Ruth's Chris. Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The waiter got my order wrong and I had to wait for my steak while all the others were eating. The manager (Steve Lazar) came by, looked at them, and asked them how everything was, made no comment to me regarding the mix up. The waiter came back and apologized again,, and I asked for another cocktail (since I had sit and wait while my party ate). They did bring the correct steak quickly but it was medium rare, not medium as ordered. They cooked it more, it came back charred but tolerable. I was compted by being charged for the steak and not the 3 course meal. Surprised I was not compted for the cocktail. Worst $500 I ever spent. (0.0%)

  • "Blonde Matt" was so wonderful! He was so helpful and made sure we were well cared for. When the bottle of wine we ordered was out, he upgraded us with no charge and no delay! We cannot recommend him and Alexxa's enough. This is a must-visit on your trip to Vegas. We also got to enjoy the most beautiful view of the Bellagio while dining. (0.0%)
  • *** Read my review for tips *** Texas de Brazil is an all you can eat steakhouse served Brazilian style. Meats are cooked over an open wood fired flame and served table side. The meats are seasoned and charred to perfection, and every bite is mouthwatering for more! There's a table coaster with a green (keep the meats coming) and red (no thank you) side. As long as the coaster is faced with the green side up, the meats will continue to rotate. Also included is a buffet styled salad and soup/side bar. Desserts can be ordered for an additional cost. There is also a full cocktail bar lounge. *Tip 1 - Check Costco online or at one closest to Texas de Brazil in advance for discount giftcard offers. You pay $78.99 for two $50 giftcards ($100 value)! *Tip 2 - Because of the steakhouse ambiance and $$$ price, I recommend Texas de Brazil more for couples and special celebratory occasions vs a family with kids. *Tip 3 - Make reservations in advance, otherwise the wait can be from 45 min to over an hour during peak times. *Tip 4 - Join their online eclub membership for exclusive offers. Texas de Brazil by far has the BEST tasting food by far in comparison to other similar Brazillian style restaurants. A definite come back! 👍 (0.0%)
  • 09-15-2022 Nora’s Italian Restaurant Review September 15, 2022, review for Nora’s Italian Cuisine at 5780 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. If you like Olive Garden, you will be blown away by Nora’s. It’s nothing like Olive Gardens fast-food style and taste, because it is a quality experience with amazing high quality Italian food unlike any of the lower class restaurants you’ve been to. Seriously! You will realize that Nora’s is several classes above any Italian restaurant you’ve Tried. For us, Nora's is the “BEST” Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. We’ve been going to Nora’s for about four years now, so we have to admit that we are regulars at Nora’s for many celebration dinners and showing friends a good time in Las Vegas. Why? Because they never disappoint us on quality, delicious food and outstanding service. The food is 5-star exquisite at an affordable $$-$$$ pricing. Our medium income and Nora's pricing allows us to enjoy a fine dining special experience (birthdays, holidays, visiting family) several times a year without breaking our budget. The ambiance, food, and service are amazingly good! We just recently celebrated a double birthday for two teens born almost on the same day, four years apart. The 14yo chose Nora's for his celebration. He loves the Crazy Alfredo and Snow White Pizza. It was the 18yo's first visit, and she loved it. We ordered four appetizers, four entrees, and were surprised by two surprise decorated birthday plates with Tiramisu cake and candle. The plates had their names on them and a Happy Birthday. Every appetizer and every entrée was exquisite and totally delicious. You just can’t go wrong with anything you order, but if you like Alfredo … we would like to highly recommend trying the Crazy Alfredo because it’s crazy good. We'd also like to acknowledge our Birthday server Cassie, she's 100+ stars, greatest service ever for our party of five during the busiest dinner time! Add all this to the leftovers we took home for later that evening, and it was a 5-star day all around! As usual at Nora’s! Trust me on this one, I’m a foodie and obsessive about good, old style service! (0.0%)

"I placed a to go order at 7:08 PM. I am now sitting in the restaurant at 8:08 pm and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Meanwhile, the food I received 20 minutes ago is getting cold. I would not recommend this restaurant."

"Great accidental find and great location on 3rd level looking down over the Fremont St experience. All the food had great fresh flavor and quality and the flan is best I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back. Wait staff was great and special shout out to Marvin!"

"My wife and I were able to visit Hell's Kitchen in March 2026 and we were horribly disappointed in the experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant at this time. Some points that we took note of include - The entire staff were VERY friendly and welcoming. They alone brought this up to a 2-star review. - We experienced an awful practice that we have yet to see anywhere else. When asked if we wanted sparkling or flat water, we said flat. Turns out you still pay for that too. Never did we need to choose the third option of tap water before. Mix in the Vegas heat and we paid $20 for water - We wanted to try all the popular options. Lobster risotto, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. We got all this in just 30 minutes! While I am confident that there is likely some parts of this going at all times, our wellingtons were warm at best and likely sat for a few minutes until the next people ordered them. That said, we also got our mains before we could even finish the risotto that we split! Pretty crazy when you never asked for that experience (Every restaurant that has done this will ask if they can bring out all items as they are ready) - The sticky toffee pudding was pretty good though. Would recommend that again as a very good hot/cold option. In an era where Vegas wants to make money on every corner, there wasn't even an enjoyment to this experience. The rushed feeling of everything left us feeling quite disappointed. Add in the other items listed above and Hell's Kitchen does not warrant your fine dining dollars."
