1. 60$ per night - shared bathrooms. (Not even that one bathroom is clean) 2. Remove one B in B&B, I've had better 'breakfast' at gas stations' vending machines. 3. My tent looks better on the inside than that room did
5 stars for the stunning mountain location and views, but only 1 star for the Christmas buffet experience. On December 25, 2025, we paid a very high price for the holiday buffet expecting a special, elevated meal at this beautiful spot—and it was a huge letdown. The food was not fresh at all: several dishes tasted and looked like they had been sitting out or reheated for hours, with dry textures and bland flavors. The presentation was terrible—everything was messy, trays were nearly empty most of the time, no clear labels, and it all looked carelessly thrown together. This doesn’t come close to justifying the steep cost. In a place that promotes itself as “the most authentic wintertime destination in Southern Nevada,” we expected at least some quality and attention to detail for a festive holiday buffet, but it felt rushed and low-effort. The price simply doesn’t match what was delivered. Sadly, we won’t be returning for the food, though the hotel and surroundings remain gorgeous. I recommend skipping the buffet and just enjoying the scenery—or trying the regular a la carte menu if available.
A great place for breakfast - get there early though or you will wait.

Absolutely amazing food. Have come here two years in a row while in town for an event and will always make a point to come here for breakfast. Quick service for top tier food 11/10 no notes. Back again a year later and every bit as good as last year and the year before!
Absolutely 💯 Amazing Breakfast 🥞 My husband picked the best place if your in town and looking for a homemade meal made to perfection with the best portions you will walk out beyond full and amazed by the taste alone! We came all the way from McAllen Tx We will be back!! Thank you for the best service He truly made us feel like home with his awesome personality to knowing his menu to upselling us more! Great job 👏🏻 keep up your great work! By Ending our breakfast the owner came by our table greeted us & told us about his French toast making like Tx style YOU MADE IT PERFECT just like HOME!!! thank you sir we truly enjoyed your restaurant to start our day in Vegas!!
1. Couldn’t get a place to eat breakfast. So many people come to Sadelles after seeing the holiday decorations that there are no reservations or seats for hotel guests. They should somehow take priority. 2. Only a couple of low-limit tables for Blackjack. No seats available, 3. The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and casino was really annoying. We have stayed at Bellagio many times over the years but I think we will look for a hotel that caters to its customers next. Is it to Las Vegas. $500+ rooms warrant a little care and concern from the owners. That’s not above-away price.
2 January 2026 Check in took a long time as there was a lot of people in line. All the rooms have been renovated now but I had no hot water in the shower for 3 days then no hot water in my room at all for 5 and a half hours. A bit disappointing when you paying a very high room rate. TV was ok but no smart features or apps like YouTube. Power sockets next to the bed to charge your phone didn’t work and the engineers took 8 hours before they came to my room to fix them which took a long time as they had to keep leaving to get parts. WiFi was very slow and dropped out and you couldn’t browse certain websites like Ticketmaster, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and even Amazon. I was told by engineering who visited my room this was because there network was not secure so the websites I mention don’t allow you to do online shopping. Tried to speak to a manager many times about many issues but they were always in meetings and never returned my calls. The CEO needs to get a grip of this property as even though all rooms are now renovated it has serious service issues and the staff appear all demotivated and unhappy. Las Vegas is dying fast with its crazy $60 plus resort fees and poor service. I can’t recommend this property despite its renovation as many things don’t work and nobody cares or even attempts to fix things. The MGM properties have gone down in the past 12 months and there was hardly anyone around and most of the tables were empty. Most of the machines were empty too. The buffet is not open 7 days a week which is disappointing. The big mistake MGM made in my opinion was to remove the MacDonalds years ago and all your left with is restaurants nobody wants. The incidental holds have gone up 3 times in less than 12 months from $50 to $75 and now it’s $100 each night which if you have an international credit card can take 30 days to get a refund as they now hard charge the card where in the past it was just a pending authorisation. The problem with MGM Resorts they don’t listen to its patrons and never learn from their mistakes.
9 night's booked, self check in took ages, Luxor staff directed me to self area the last thing I needed after a ten hour flight, these are a new thing at this location, it's nearly impossible to talk to someone so you get the room you're given, not the lift area I wanted, The pool was closed for renovations, no buffet, the room i got was ok, nothing special, it was only cleaned by housekeeping once in my 9 nights and that was because I asked outside my room, and it was vacant most of the day time. I've been to this hotel 18 times in 20 years, this was not a good experience. Various heaters in various corridors as apparently water leaking all over, but not in the pools!! Resort fee of $51 a night, way overpriced just for wi fi. I'll think long and hard before returning to Las Vegas and the Luxor,
$10 Resort fee was a deal the free transportation that is offered is not always reliable and the free breakfast is a gimmick the hotel itself seems very dated But the rooms were clean nothing fancy just a place to save your money and get a good night sleep if you're on a budget this is perfect for you
$50/day surprise resort fee not mentioned in my original booking. Half the restaurants pictured not there. Pool/hot tub closed for winter. Long check in lines. Check in and rewards kiosks did not work so everyone had to wait in line for the 1-2 people working at the front desk. Beautiful hotel with lots to do and I highly recommend the king suite with the view of the strip - it did feel worth the extra $20 and was a HUGE room for just one person. VERY QUIET. Only one elevator working so a lot of us stood in line for it. Weirdly there is a glass window that went from my shower into my bedroom so glad I wasn't staying with anyone else. Even my partner would have a problem with that because it gave a clear view to the toilet - felt very Vegas but maybe not practical... Loved the dressing room lights around the mirrors and this had two sinks/get ready areas one inside and outside of the bathroom along with a closet and desk and couch and coffee table and fridge - no microwave - really could have used that. TV and dresser and two night stands. Plenty of space for activities. Starbucks in the resort which was convenient, but you can only pre-order through the app if you have a Starbucks card. Bring your own tea bags and you can get a cup of hot water from them for $1.08, which is better than spending $10 for their mint majesty tea. Would have loved to try breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant didn't open until 7am and I left before then. Most of the restaurants, shows, and shops were closed when I was there, but it was a Wednesday night so maybe that's why.
100% impressed!! Don’t know where to begin… Starting with checking in : we were welcomed like family .. no rush .. the hotel and amenities were explained in full with no confusion The room was absolutely spotless!!! No odd smells in hallways or room at all .. Beds were extremely comfortable with some of the best pillows on the planet !! The pool:: extremely clean pool and lounging area..the pool bar/deli was welcoming and ready to please Casino :: some of the nicest dealers and casino management I have ever met / it was my fiancés first time playing roulette and the management was more than patient and accommodating Buffet and restaurants:::, Again, spotless!! Food was beyond the standard buffet fair and of course the servers were amazing !! Housekeeping deserves 10 stars !! To sum up our experience :: I will always stay at South Point ! I have never been treated so well in Las Vegas.. please give this hotel your business.. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Came in at 830am for breakfast, didn’t have any champagne for their mimosas. Bacon was over done, burnt, flavorless. Staff not friendly. Came yesterday same time had a decent experience, enough to come back today but today’s experience was straight up awful. Will not be back.

Stayed at Paris Casino, did walk thru Caesars, it was pretty nice there, ate their buffet, enjoyed it. Check out their stores, definitely want to stay there next trip,

Do NOT purchase a timeshare at the Grandview at Las Vegas! We got suckered into purchasing in 2014. Highly regret it. Multiple reservations were booked for the same week. Issue checking in for all. Starting from Sunday-Wed, we spent an average of 56 hours trying to check in. Guest checking in was moved from floors and rooms 3 times. Their party had a disabled veteran who has trouble walking, moving to different rooms and floors. They were also notified of this. For their troubles, They were only waived their resort fee. Gee, thanks! The front desk also could not find their reservation and gave them the wrong rooms. When it came time for me to check in on Wednesday, my reservations were nowhere to be found. I spent hours on the with RCI and Vacatia to receive some sort of help. At the end, I had tl inconvenience the guest to meet me in the lobby to check in, because they put all reservations under his name. Non apologetic staff. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told he was with a client. I waited and saw he was free but did not make his way towards me. Never directly spoke to me. The person in front of me kept going back and forth to talk to him. He avoided us. No sort of compensation was given. At this point we just wanted our rooms. When asked the next day for a compensation for our many hours wasted in their lobby, we were reluctantly given 2, only 2 measly vouchers to a buffet. There's so much more, but I'll just end there. By far the top worst experience had at the Grandview.

Hotels in Las Vegas itself are pretty old, and maybe they're still good in there, but they still feel old . The room I stayed in was large and I'm not that frustrated, but I can tell you all about Las Vegas , it's pretty annoying because I can't get breakfast. Anyway, the kiosks are expensive.
