Redirect customers to external review sites (copy their feedback)
After submitting feedback, customers can choose to post it publicly on a platform. Reviato does not post it automatically.

Why collect an appraisal first?
It reduces friction because the customer has already written the feedback, and it can help you identify a reviewer when platforms do not reveal that to operators.
We do not block customers with low ratings from leaving public reviews. The option is always available.
How it works
Customer submits an appraisal
Customer leaves one to five stars and short feedback text. Optionally provides contact details with consent.
Redirect to external site
Customer is redirected to Google, TripAdvisor, or OTA with their feedback text ready to copy.
Low-rating alerts
Low ratings trigger email notifications so you can follow up quickly and track outcomes internally.
Where this helps
Post-stay emails
Offer a feedback form and then a review link on checkout follow-up.
QR code feedback
Use a QR code at the front desk or table to collect appraisals.
Optional contact details
Ask for contact details only when guests choose to share them.
