Check your food for what is missing and check the bill - look for if they substituted a side or smaller dish for what you ordered. Still don't understand why I'm served a single avocado toast (with no fruit and no eggs) but charged for a full meal plate and when I asked about where my other part of the order is, the explanation makes little sense.

First I want to say our server was attentive and kind. He was the only good thing about our experience here. This was the worst breakfast we ever had. The eggs for our omelettes were over cooked, the potatoes were undercooked and tasteless. The toast was not cooked enough and only butter in middle. My husband’s was cold. The only reason mine was warm was because I sent it back because I got the wrong order. When I received the right order, I was really disappointed as I asked for mushroom, tomato and feta cheese. The feta cheese was not mixed in it was just thrown on egg and then folded over it. So the feta was cold. We didn’t finish our meal. The coffee was very very very weak. It was like drinking brown water. We will never go back. We do not recommend this restaurant.

I just want to start by saying this is the second time I have had breakfast from the Fort Erie location. The first time was at the restaurant and it was great! I really enjoyed everything. The second time, I ordered through Door Dash. I had an omelette, home fries and a side of bacon. The home fries were so dry, the omelette was overcooked but the cheese on top wasn’t fully melted, and the bacon was so overcooked it crumbled. I was so disappointed, I stopped eating it. :-( I was so looking forward to it lol I don’t know if it was just a one time thing or not, but I really hope so.

Restaurant has definitely at the end of its cycle life. The seats are ripped, windows dirty, lighting a little funky. The food was as expected but $70 for two breakfast specials was excessive. Not the Fran’s quality/ value of memory
