12$ for a breakfast sandwich! Ridiculous
2 mice are running around in the breakfast area. Bitten by bedbugs in Room 605:(
After checking, I found the room door was broken and had to wait 15min. The room was great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Not much options and everything were either dry or greasy and not hot. But warm. They double charged me and refunded later. No apologies.
Our stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim was, without question, the most exceptional luxury hotel experience I have ever had — and I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, the USA, Africa, and Asia. We stayed in a Gold Suite, and from the moment we arrived, every detail was flawless. The Gold experience felt truly elevated — private, refined, and thoughtfully curated. The restaurant was outstanding. We dined in a private room, the food was exceptional, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The lounge and bar are stunning — trendy, beautifully designed, and vibrant — and again, the service was impeccable. The spa facilities are extraordinary. The hot tub, the hydrotherapy shower (absolutely to die for), and the spacious, spotless steam room created the most relaxing atmosphere. Everything throughout the hotel felt pristine, fresh, and meticulously maintained. One of the most thoughtful touches came Sunday morning when the concierge informed me they could arrange transportation to and from church. Not only did they provide a ride, but they also ensured I had bottled water for the journey. That level of service truly stands out. After church, I enjoyed breakfast overlooking the water — the view was breathtaking. The healthy, gluten-free options were excellent, and the cappuccino was perfection. When we checked out and valet brought our vehicle around, I was amazed to see that the inside of my car had been tidied and cleaned. It was such an unexpected and generous touch. Every element of our stay exceeded expectations. The Fairmont Pacific Rim sets the standard for luxury, service, and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
5 minutes from the station. The room is large and clean. Breakfast starts at 05:30, which is very convenient when you can't sleep due to jet lag. Great.
Absolutely amazing experience everything from the rooms to the service and the breakfast/dinner food at the restaurant next door! Special shoutout to the staff when I forgot my keys after checking out they quickly called me and arranged to get them back to me. In addition they had a small treat and ice lemon water in the room ready when I had a late checkin after confirming about when I would arrive, nice little touches that elevated the experience. Can’t wait to come back again which I think is the highest praise.
1 Star because 0 isn’t an option. Most terrible hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!! Parking lot is 5 minutes walking distance away, room is the size of a closet, zero hot water pressure, breakfast buffet was only muffins & bananas, no elevator!!! stuck carrying all your luggage up flights of stairs, the AC didn’t even keep the room cold & since the AC is a window unit, the curtains don’t even block the sun from coming in in the morning. Just terrible, absolutely terrible! For the price I paid I was not expecting such a gross, warm, closet room! Never again!!!!!
1.) Extremely small room: -very small bed -zero place to move around -very small bathroom -people without perfect figure may not be able to enter the shower cubicle (it's that small) -extremely uncomfortable Mattress & oversized pillows 2.)Zero facility in the room -Hot water kettle or tea/coffee maker are the most basic things offered all over the world which weren't there in this hotel 3.) Useless reception -i was feeling feverish and needed medical attention, the reception didn't have basic meds like tylenol or basic things like a thermometer/balm etc. Also they had no clue about a doctor in the neighborhood who would be available 4.) breakfast -breakfast here is a mere scope compliance: Tea/coffee/milk Bread toast Cereals It's over ! Will never stay here again
12 Hour Nightmare at Le Germain! What an exciting night! Blue Jays home opener! While at the game I received a phone call from the hotel that the valet had done some damage to my car- not sure why they would call someone and try to have a conversation while 50k people are screaming but it what it is. Guess they’re going to fix it… wonder what it does to the value of my Model S P100D. The following morning was trying to get some work done. Called for room service around 9:30 am after no answer for the voicemail asking me to leave my room number and they would call me back. At 10:15 still no call back so I redial. This time its answered and I was told it would be 90 min wait. That’s 2 hr and 15 min for eggs. Guess they’re some special eggs. Maybe I should have waited. I quickly shower and run out for food. Luck has it I find a subway (not joking) and they made me some eggs in 30 seconds and sent me on my way back. When I returned I asked the front desk for my car keys as I did not want them touching my car again. While I was there I let the person at the front know what went on with breakfast. Got my key then went upstairs to finish some work. Went back down to check out and I believe the manager called me up as apposed to the woman who helped me this morning. The front desk person went on to explain that she had talked to the kitchen manager regarding my frustration with the magic eggs. Had to stop her as I could t understand the point. “She overheard the conversation and then called the kitchen for an explanation “ , fantastic. Did you then call me? Nope Unfortunate but won’t be staying there again ; was so convenient, but seriously could they have done anything to help me? What a miserable 12 hours. Thank you - was a blast. (Sarcasm) PS - do not valet your car here!!!!
10/10 for guest service and experience—don’t look From the day I booked some months ago, I have been extremely impressed with the Ace in Toronto. Guest services reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to assist with personalized details. For example, I asked that they put an Ace Hotel robe in our room as a gift to my wife for her birthday with a note (I paid for the robe). When we arrived, the robe was laid out on the bed and there was a welcome assortment of fruit, cheese, and crackers, along with a charming handwritten note to my wife (my words, someone else’s sweet and colourful handwriting and drawings). Additionally, our room was beautiful in both design and form with plenty of thoughtful, tasteful, and artistic details and beautifully curated personal items. The bed was very comfortable and our view of the adjacent park was excellent. We also loved breakfast in the lobby area (the brown butter waffles were unbelievable). All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I am grateful to all of the staff who made it happen. We will be back for sure!
10/10! We have stayed at the four seasons whistler many times, most recently one week in March and one week in April 2025. Flawless service both times. Luxurious rooms with all the amenities you would come to expect from a four seasons hotel. Restaurants were amazing with an absolutely bountiful breakfast. The steakhouse was superb for dinner. To name some of the highlights, the ski concierge group were incredible. Always offering to help my wife to put her boots on and off. Towards the end of the trip, I even let them help me! Getting around the village is very easy as there incredible Bell desk/shuttle service who are only too eager to help. Pool and spa area are wonderful and a nice place to relax after a ski day. I was also extremely impressed to see managers moving about the hotel, always looking, always checking to make everything runs like clockwork. And it does! If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury in Whistler, this hotel is clearly it Already planning our trip for next winter although I will say we have also stayed there in the summer and it is equally delightful!
11 night stay Stayed for here 11 nights, room was spacious, had some issues on arrival with keys not working and then we were then given a access room with a very low toilet, we had so much luggage we didnt bother moving as we were out a lot, the hotel manager kindly extended our room on check out, we were also provided with a faster hair dryer and kettle, the breakfast staff were so nice and helpful for my allergies, I forget the names but remember Rani she made my omelettes most mornings, hotel is clean, a few maintenance things need inspecting per room but all requsts got sorted, would return

Wife and I came in for a simple breakfast. They couldn’t figure out what over easy eggs were (made twice) and to add insult to injury my wife’s omelette had a long hair in it! Offered another one but the damage was done and appetite was gone! Won’t be coming back!

This is a great hotel and we had an exceptional short holiday here. Check in was quick and courteous. When we got to our room [1604] it was spotless and was cleaned perfectly everyday. It was the cleanest hotel room we have stayed at. Our package included breakfast, which was served on the 34th floor in a temporary location due to renovations. The food was excellent. Thanks to chefs Craig and Prince (sp?) for cooking a wonderful selection of food each morning as well as making amazing custom omelets. The view from the top floor was great and the service was excellent, despite it being a temporary location, which likely presented challenges for the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, with restaurants, points of attraction and a sky train station located nearby. Coal Harbour and the waterfront were a quick walk down the street. Parking was easy to find in the underground lot. This hotel was quiet, well run and had amazing staff. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Vancouver. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs a Refresh The Residence Inn is usually our go to when travelling, providing spacious rooms for our family with daily breakfast to start the day. This particular one we chose to stay at was within walking distance of Toronto's main attractions, and specifcally for this trip, we wanted to be near rogers stadium for the Blue Jays game. The hotel is in serious need of a refreshment. Our room had furniture that was peeling. The carpets felt dingy. Not all the elevators were in operation - which is crazy for the days we were there with the Blue Jays game and Bruno Mars in town. We had to wait in line just to get an elevator back up after breakfast. Breakfast was pretty decent with different offerings although it seems like they were on a 3 day rotation and because we were there for longer, items started to be repeated. Once again, another hotel that doesn't offer daily housekeeping (paying more for hotels now to get less service seems to be a norm now!) and our housekeeping person I could see right outside our room where the storage room is, often sitting there talking on her phone. We like to chase the Bonvoy points and nights and so would consider a different Marriott property next time.

Excellent place to stay for Niagara visit This hotel is an an excellent location. The Falls view restaurant breakfast is great! It’s connected to an arcade, indoor water park, Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks without even needing to go outside. The falls view room has fireworks and falls visible from right inside the room .. great stay for parents with small kids too! It’s walkable from the Niagara boat ride, Clifton street is right by the hotel However we had a leaky faucet and it took the maintenance guys hours to show up.
