- Runny egg whites, - toast that is barely toasted, - cold potatoes. All this for such increased prices? Not worth it anymore. I've been coming here for many years, but a recent subtantial drop in food quality will lead me elsewhere.
-Magnificent location ❤ -Cocktails very small and too expensive -Good wine list -Very/too simple menu -Food ok but nothing special. Big lack of seasoning and originality. -Desserts not very gourmet and bland -Good service. We were left hungry...
1 star for poorly representing Cantonese and Szechuan culture. It's not good. I've eaten these dishes all my life this place is expensive, and the dishes have no flavor. Claypot rice is supposed to be super fragrant, this claypot rice is somehow both dry and they went light on the flavor they made it "north american". Hainese chicken rice massive disappointment. Rice not made properly, they didn't put the time in. It's supposed to be glistening with oil, every bite is supposed to literally glide, this rice is tough and fried (what the???), the chicken is supposed to be super super soft but theirs is tough. It's a dish that if properly done, is done in three different steps and each step takes half a day to do. They slacked and took a lot of shortcuts, not worth trying.
Amazing food and service!
Amazing food!
Delicious food and great service
!!!After asking at my hotel a restaurant that had some spicy food I was proposed to go to the taradito restaurant. It was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is nice, cosy and fashioned. The waiters nice and smily. The service at level expected with the atmosphere. Asked for Zoe :).. like all I'm sure she listens to your wishes and helps greatly in the choices. I had chosen dishes from comments. On the net but finally she convinced me for others... Great choice! The muscles were spicy perfectly, the duck simple and perfectly spicy. That convinced me to get another one, the octopus.. but too much fusioned... We lost the taste of the seafood. I would suggest some dish were the taste of the actual aliment is great! Conclusion: go for it.. yes it can be a bit expensive but a great experience
... we heard only tourist voices - may americans, spanish and dutch but no canadian to our ears. Anyhow, to particulars: first impressions were positive - its elegant. Food-wise, I had the lobster bisque which was very good but couldn't taste the promised ginger; for mains I had the duck which was well-cooked but the thin sauce and some flavours did not marry together well; the few veg that we had were small: half a small potato, 2 puree of carrot, few slices of tasteless courgette. The wine (gamay) was supposed to be "old vine" i.e. strong in flavour but was thin, very thin and well-overpriced. Overall, over-priced and not worth the expense.
1 cos we are not happy very expensive place not worth it and we are not satisfied. We regret to inform you that we are dissatisfied with our recent experience at your establishment. My rock of lamp was not cook properly and my food have men’s hair small tiny. Our bill was 1500cad 200++ tip for the snobby and not nice waiter. We are making a jokes if we can have free shots but he just refused. After taking 200++ tips for his pocket. Despite this being our second visit, we find the prices to be exorbitant and the overall value to be lacking. As a result, we have decided not to return in the future. We will never go back or bring our guess for business to this restaurant. It’s our second visit but never have to go back again.
Great food! Great service - Thank you Alex! We didn’t have a reservation but was fortunate enough to get a seat at a high top table shared by others. Food was excellent especially the Jackfruit Burger. Decor and atmosphere awesome! Will definitely go again!

Really lovely menu selections, good prices, nice environment. All the food was fresh and delicious. Tucked away in the McGill University neighbourhood and very popular. Good for singles, couples and small groups.

Food is excellent and atmosphere is on point. However, our food took around 1.5 hours to arrive as of being seated. The restaurant was busy but that is not acceptable. Nothing was offered in compensation such as a drink or appetizer.

Had such a great St. Paddy’s celebration here! 🍀 We came with a table of 10 and everything was fantastic — delicious food, great drinks, and amazing service even though it was busy. The atmosphere was fun and lively, making it the perfect spot to celebrate. Can’t wait to come back! 🍻

Three years of annual meetings... and one last visit that puts an end to tradition. Non-existent welcome, unclear service (we did not know who served us), disappointing dishes (pasty broccoli, “fishy” scallops), staff on his phone and personal effects of employees exposed on the counter (drinks, apples, chargers...). Add to that a poorly maintained toilet (a mountain of paper that overflows from the garbage can), and the overall impression is of an establishment in decline – this was our last visit.

Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had… service was great, we sat at the bar. The bartender was really helpful and attentive and chatted with us a bit. She also made a great Vesper martini. The whole meal was perfect, oysters, escargot, wine recommendations… I got the lobster and he got the rabbit. Portions are generous. And yes, it’s expensive but the food is all worth it. The only negative thing I could say is that the space is a bit cramped, but not much can be done about that in a small space. Can’t wait to go again someday
