$35 for tiny pieces of oxtail. lol never again. At some point you’ll have fooled everyone in the Orlando area and you’ll go out of business.
01/09/2026 The expectation surrounding a visit to this restaurant turned out to be somewhat frustrating, as several details prevented it from becoming what I would consider a truly great culinary experience. Food: The products are of good quality, but many dishes were overcooked. The ham croquettes fell far short of the standard one would expect, while the ceviche deserves special mention for its excellent balance of acidity. Service: Having the server come to the table every ten minutes to ask if everything is fine is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level. True professionalism means knowing how to read the table and provide attentive service without constant interruptions. Ambience: The décor is well executed, with an elegant yet understated entrance. A well-dressed clientele creates a welcoming atmosphere; however, the music volume is excessively loud and detracts from the overall experience. Conclusion: This restaurant does not make it onto my list of favorites for now, though I remain open to returning in the future. I believe they have the potential to offer a much better experience to their guests.
05/31/2026 Balan’s Brickell The Service & The Place: Right in the heart of Brickell in South Miami Avenue, Balan’s is a great place to feel that you belong, with its trendy crowd of young and adults people. Our sever, Maria was amazing. She was present. Friendly, attentive and accommodating. The Food: We ordered the “Balan’s Burger,” to share, since we were not that hungry. It was okay. We also ordered the “Spicy Rigatoni.” Too much sauce. Balan’s is great to spend time seeing and be seeing in the trendy Brickell neighborhood. “Eat deliciously"
10/10 Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was cozy yet elegant. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.
Husband and I went to this location in Orlando over the summer, which the service kinda sucked, and he had a hard time getting any meats. We decided to go back one more time on Dec 23rd and give them another chance. Big mistake. As he got towards the end of his meal, he noticed the meat smelled off and decided to stop eating. It wasn’t long after that he started feeling sick, but we thought maybe he was dehydrated. Later that night he ended up getting violently sick. We had only ate one time that day and it was at Fogo. After he immediately felt better. Fogo served meat that was expired. He left a review on yelp and google, as anyone would do after such an experience, and Fogo deleted them. Beware…they’re hiding their bad reviews and do not care that they’ve made people sick. For the price you have to pay for their full experience, it’s a slap in the face. I will check back for my review and if it’s deleted, I’ll repost it til it stays.
10 friends and family visited after booking some time ago in advance of our Disney trip and expectation was high. Really didn’t live up to the hype and the cost (excuse the pun) was astronomical. Found all the staff we encountered from checking in to the service as fairly rude from the outset. Food was decent enough however far better places to eat in the parks or in the local area for a fraction of the price. After the initial lift to the restaurant that is well done you are somewhat disappointed by the restaurant itself. Service was what I am only described as poor, we had to ask the waiter for another round of drinks on one of our tables (party split over two tables back to back) however the second table wasn’t offer any further. Finished our mains and no dessert offered just handed a bill that would make most people gulp! Kids desserts took 30 minutes to arrive and even at that point that adults on the table didn’t get the opportunity to finish with something sweet or a coffee. Almost felt that we were an inconvenience and based on the massive service charge included in the bill it was very disappointing. Would go back when we visit next time as the previously stated issues are just a snapshot of the disappointment we felt when we left after looking forward to this meal for a number of months. Poorest service we received in our two weeks so far in Florida or Disney
1) Family owned and operated: That isn't just a catch phrase or something written in their marketing. Often, a family member will stop by to inquire about your meal. They're very hands on with their restaurant and why shouldn't they be? They're charging good money for a good steak... better ensure its good (and it is)! 2) Quality of the food: We'll get a bone-in-ribeye almost every time and they nail it 100% of the time. The other must have are the potatoes au gratin... (tip: they reheat almost just as well if you bake them vs. microwave). So why not a 5 star? Its in somewhat of an odd area, not the restaurants fault by any means... but you can't walk next store for a night cap or down the block of ice cream. In... and out. The real reason is we feel like the place could use some design upgrades. They do a fantastic job pulling off the vibe of a steak place as you either remember or imagine it decades ago. However, there is a fine line between run down and classic. If we could have given it 4.5 stars we would, because it deserves it on food and service alone. One other thought: the drinks are fantastic... however, they don't do much in the way of drink presentation. More like you would mix and serve at home. In reality, we believe its the best steak house in all of Orlando.
1. how they bring out the food?? we ate their famous chicken. okay. The rice came out last our orders did not come out at the same time the waitress warned us about it. The rice ended up being nothing more than a Rossotto. Waitress was nice. I am still trying to wonder what all the hype is about. The ambience was okay. We had most of the choice's folks recommended and I was like okay nothing special. Bottom line it is over hyped. Over priced maybe they are trying to attract a certain clientele but even if i was living large this would not be one of my go to restaurants, The Branzino fish what happened to the rest of it??? I had a burger at another location La tropiccana and that was absolutely wonderful All in all some of these high end restaurants are over hyped and the food is ehhhh!!! KYU is over rated. sit at the bar get the pork belly appetizer the chicken and be done with it.
1st time at Adriatico trattoria italiana and although off the beaten track it was great to go to a true Italian restaurant, food was authentic itailian ,great atmosphere and service was good.but parking can be a bit tricky, took about 45min drive from Kissimmee but still a great find if you feel a bit adventurous and want to eat away from the big chain restaurants.

The atmosphere was very nice and upscale but that is about the only thing. For the price point the food was not great at all. The Filet Mignon inside cooked right at medium well but the outside was burned, hard, unseasoned and dry. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were almost like mashed potatoes out of the box like they were sitting for a very long time and the asparagus was ok. The asparagus out of the meal was the best thing. The appetizer crab cake was good. The service was not great either. Forgot we ordered drinks friend never got her coke, waited a very long time on my lemon drop (they lost the ticket they said) and it didn’t taste great. For these type of prices I expect impeccable food quality but did not get this at all.

Well worth the visit. Situated smack in middle of Brickell this place offers amazingly fresh seafood with heat service and beautiful surroundings. No complaints will return. Oysters were on point and eggs benedict with lobster was amazing. Great shrimp cocktail

Location. Very nice until a great big yacht comes and parks right in your face and view. No view except the living room and crew ! Tostones are terrible. Pre cooked and cold. Sent them back but again pre cooked and limp. Paella was nice tasting but the chicken is breast and very over cooked. Dry Won’t be going back ! Expensive too. It has lost its charm.

Went with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time! This is our third time at this location and we just keep coming back. Amazing happy hour options! Food is always fantastic- we did the Classic Alpine cheese fondue, the Coq a Vin broth with the Classic as an entree, each a caesar salad, and the Flaming Turtle for dessert. Every time we’ve had a new server and every time they leave us talking about them for the rest of the day. This time we had Gabe and he was so friendly and charismatic, we felt right at home and completely & wholly taken care of. We’re going to make this a monthly thing! Thanks, Gabe!
