09/18 I barely leave bad reviews but I had to for this place. this place gave me the worst experience of this summer in the US. Since the very beginning the hostess was very arrogant in her behaviour and she had an attitude since the very beginning, we sat outside we waited more than 15 mins for our order and had to go to the bartender so he could take our order, it was a happy hour and as soon as it ended the hostess came and took the menus and we didnt actually order the entree we just had drinks, and she knew we sat way back and didn’t order yet. the food was good, i just didn’t like the service at all. i wouldn’t go back at this place
1st and last time my husband and I go to this place. A few things occurred. 1.Our desert came out before our Dinner did. 2.When we called to make the reservation, we were told that the Valentine’s Day menu was what was being advertised, but that we could have chosen other selections. When we got there, we were told we had to choose from the Valentine’s Day Menu. 3. We sat down at 6pm and our Dinner didn’t come out till 8pm, but it only came out because when they brought us our dessert, we told them we didn’t have dinner yet. 4. The person who looked like the manager greeted every table around us except us. He even went to the table on both sides of our table! 4. We got no apology or anything. We feel like they rushed to give us everything at the end so that we could pay for our $300 tab. One would think that since they are serving almost the same thing all night, that the food would come out faster than it did. Truly disappointed.
3 stars for the following: girl at the bar must have been in a bad mood so her service felt detached and a bit rude. The bar itself is sort of a joke… very small, plastic peeling off the top & the internet claims this part is a “lounge” but it certainly is not. Women’s washroom was gross once I found it in the dark behind all the curtains. Very weird display & not what I consider high scale for a restaurant. Once we were seated we had a lovely waitress the rest of the night. She had great recommendations and was pleasant. Food came very quick and was DELICIOUS. Seriously, every dish was a hit. The sea bass was my favorite for the night. 3 stars overall because of the bar & washroom throws off the idea you are eating somewhere “upscale”. It’s like the food quality didn’t match the experience for us and felt overpriced because of that.
5/5 for me and my sister girl! We came here from GA to relax. TikTok sent us here and they did not disappoint. We got the DIY grit bowl. Amazing!!! I got the hot honey chicken sandwich. Mannn please! 10/10. Hookah didn’t buss you upside the head and the parking was $3.00 on the street!!! A win win for us! Thank you Jose &Jaydea!!! We sat at the bar. Make a reservation yall!!!!
$3.50 Mimosas for Sunday brunch. Upstairs outdoor patio. Excellent food quality. Well worth the 30 minute wait. Currently, you enter the restaurant or so you think.... Dolores is upstairs. Lolita’s is no longer downstairs but now houses SoCal, a Mexican restaurant. We had a cocktail at SoCal after putting our name on the list for Dolores. Wait to eat at Delores!!! We had the Hawaiian Poke Salad which was out of this world! And the Burrata Salmon and guacamole toast was incredible!!
10 friends and family visited after booking some time ago in advance of our Disney trip and expectation was high. Really didn’t live up to the hype and the cost (excuse the pun) was astronomical. Found all the staff we encountered from checking in to the service as fairly rude from the outset. Food was decent enough however far better places to eat in the parks or in the local area for a fraction of the price. After the initial lift to the restaurant that is well done you are somewhat disappointed by the restaurant itself. Service was what I am only described as poor, we had to ask the waiter for another round of drinks on one of our tables (party split over two tables back to back) however the second table wasn’t offer any further. Finished our mains and no dessert offered just handed a bill that would make most people gulp! Kids desserts took 30 minutes to arrive and even at that point that adults on the table didn’t get the opportunity to finish with something sweet or a coffee. Almost felt that we were an inconvenience and based on the massive service charge included in the bill it was very disappointing. Would go back when we visit next time as the previously stated issues are just a snapshot of the disappointment we felt when we left after looking forward to this meal for a number of months. Poorest service we received in our two weeks so far in Florida or Disney
16 empty tables, 11 occupied and a 15 minute wait time to be seated AFTER I had been waiting at the door for 10 minutes! What?? PATHETIC! Don't go, amateurs!
1) Family owned and operated: That isn't just a catch phrase or something written in their marketing. Often, a family member will stop by to inquire about your meal. They're very hands on with their restaurant and why shouldn't they be? They're charging good money for a good steak... better ensure its good (and it is)! 2) Quality of the food: We'll get a bone-in-ribeye almost every time and they nail it 100% of the time. The other must have are the potatoes au gratin... (tip: they reheat almost just as well if you bake them vs. microwave). So why not a 5 star? Its in somewhat of an odd area, not the restaurants fault by any means... but you can't walk next store for a night cap or down the block of ice cream. In... and out. The real reason is we feel like the place could use some design upgrades. They do a fantastic job pulling off the vibe of a steak place as you either remember or imagine it decades ago. However, there is a fine line between run down and classic. If we could have given it 4.5 stars we would, because it deserves it on food and service alone. One other thought: the drinks are fantastic... however, they don't do much in the way of drink presentation. More like you would mix and serve at home. In reality, we believe its the best steak house in all of Orlando.
17 Years. That's how long it has been since I have been to WDW. With Disneyland closed, and being a now "legacy" passholder for Disneyland, I came to WDW with high Disney standards. Although we did come during the "pandemic". Narcooses worked with our family as we were going to have two additional family members join us, who ended up not making it. We went back and forth and they were very accommodating with us, so super kudos to the manager on 1/11/2021. We were seated at a table up against the water and had great views. Half of our party had been there before (and are DVC members), the other half (me included) had never eaten at Narcooses. We ordered a bottle of wine (and a beer!) and a soda for the kiddo. Our server was patient with us and explained everything about the menu and accommodated a Gluten allergy. Everything went smoothly. We received our wine in a timely fashion. We received bread and even gluten free bread. And then we received our entrees. I had the Surf & Turf with the Lobster Tail. Other members of my family got the Surf & Turf with the Scallops and the Swordfish. All in all, the sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare (yay!) and the lobster was on point. It was the best lobster of our nine days in Orlando (at many sea food restaurants). The night before we ate at Tiffins and this restaurant put Tiffins to shame IMO. The kiddo was celebrating his 13th birthday and they brought out a birthday dessert which he whole heartedly enjoyed. All in all, this was the one sit down restaurant out of 9 days at WDW/Disney Springs that impressed us the most. Of course we expected it to and we felt it totally met and exceeded our expeditions. ESPECIALLY since this was happening with cut backs at Disney. We will be returning to Narcooses for sure, and highly recommend this restaurant who really want an AMAZING sit down experience at Disney. Don't waste your money at California Grill, Tiffins, Be Our Guest, etc if you can only pick ONE-- pick Narcooses.

Incredible experience! Top notch attentive service, elegant atmosphere, great food perfectly timed appetizer and main course, creative desserts, and live music some nights. This is my go-to special event restaurant in Miami. It has never disappointed me. Can't wait to go back.

Our waiter Christian J. Was super friendly and had very good knowledge of the menu. He recommended the dark chocolate and white chocolate Yin & Yan fondue at the end and it did not disappoint! I placed a reservation and there was almost a zero wait time as it should be. The price is honesty all in your hands, you can chose to have a more fine dining experience with a four course meal, or have more of a A La Carte focused meal to make it a tad bit cheaper. Overall I would say the atmosphere is amazing and each and every staff member was very polite and respectful, the restaurant was quiet and dimmed down so perfect for a date night (they also can put down rose pedals and a candle if you would like to surprise your loved one) this will continue to be a go to spot for me while I’m in Orlando!

The Boathouse is a must visit restaurant when in Orlando. Great service and great atmosphere. Glad we decided to try the fish specials, the tilefish and corvina were delicious. Cocktails were also very good. Reservations are recommended since it can get very busy especially during dinner time.
