01/09/2026 The expectation surrounding a visit to this restaurant turned out to be somewhat frustrating, as several details prevented it from becoming what I would consider a truly great culinary experience. Food: The products are of good quality, but many dishes were overcooked. The ham croquettes fell far short of the standard one would expect, while the ceviche deserves special mention for its excellent balance of acidity. Service: Having the server come to the table every ten minutes to ask if everything is fine is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level. True professionalism means knowing how to read the table and provide attentive service without constant interruptions. Ambience: The décor is well executed, with an elegant yet understated entrance. A well-dressed clientele creates a welcoming atmosphere; however, the music volume is excessively loud and detracts from the overall experience. Conclusion: This restaurant does not make it onto my list of favorites for now, though I remain open to returning in the future. I believe they have the potential to offer a much better experience to their guests.
4 stars in atmosphere due to loud music, not sure if it’s an all the time thing or only on weekends. Other than that, cocktails are really goos and the food too, service is on point and the place is pleasant to the eye. A most do in Orlando.
4th visit and each time is worse. Poor service, wrong order, no utensils, no napkins, overpriced. The wait time for food and drink order is ridiculously slow. Then add that not all that was ordered was received. Music entirely too loud for the small space. This place does not live up to what you see on its website
10/10 for this place!! Been wanting to come here for a while and finally came and was not disappointed!! If anything I was sad I haven’t come sooner. Customer service was on point, food was amazing and super flavorful! The vibe was just everything including the music! Loved it and will be back soon!!
10/10. The music hit just right, the staff treated me like family, and the food? Absolutely unforgettable. I ordered the Impossible burger, and let me tell you—I walked out glowing (and not just from the ice-cold Coronas). If you’re debating whether to go, stop. Just walk in and experience it yourself. And trust me… next time I’m in town, you’ll catch me there again. Btw, no food pics this time, the burger and fries looked so good, I forgot to take a pic.
2am they’re playing High School Musical and Hannah Montana while we’re eating the Drunk Nachos. There’s no other way to experience Gringos Locos.
A bit pricey with only average food quality. Although only 6 tables occupied, a group of 6 were obnoxiously loud and noisy making the dinner far less enjoyable than it otherwise might have been.
A few years ago me and my husband visited this restaurant and love it then so on this trip to Orlando we decided to give it a try again but what a big mistake it was. When we arrive at the restaurant Saturday night around 8 o’clock we told the wait was 15 minutes so we waited 15 minutes then another 30 minutes which was fine we did not have a problem with that but once we were seated we were placed next to a party of about 30 people we were horrified. I’m not sure if these people the owner or management is aware that our country and the world is going through a pandemic. I don’t think any thought went into the safety of anyone in that restaurant I’m sure the only thing on managements mind were to make the most money and serve as many people as they can that night. The group was so loud that we asked to be moved we were eventually move to the patio which was fine with us because after what we saw going on on the inside we did not want to be anywhere near that. If Covid doesn’t bother you and you don’t mind , if you are fine putting your family and yourself in harms way then I guess this restaurant would be fine because the food is just OK.
After checking in with the hostess we were picked up by the Manager of the place. NO hello, NO good evening… just a finger gesture to follow him… excuse me?? Am I in Zuma or in a no name place? The light suited manager with big glasses was absolutely not welcoming and had a massive attitude/echo. While seated he gave a menu and still haven’t said anything and left the table. The only thing he was doing is checking out girls, talk loudly with the DJ or on his phone instead of spending a single time with guests. I can’t believe that Zuma would hire someone like him. I was thinking to leave the place but was just hoping it was only the manager that was hired wrongly. Unfortunately the food and service was average and absolutely not comparable to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or London. Shame on the brand!
5 Stars has to do with the level of service, ambiance, presentation and taste appeal, especially as it relates to the venue in this case. Service was smart, courteous, responsive and our server was very professional and knowledgeable. The octopus appetizer is a must as is the fried cauliflower. The corn soup is very worthy. The veal plate was excellent. This is a high quality, quiet respite from the chaos of the park. expensive but worth it. Cheers
A bit limited food menu but the service was great. The restaurant’s maybe biggest points for the relaxing atmosphere and a bit more quiet place to eat as it is located a bit hidden from the City walk with tens of thousands of people. Amazing court yard outside eating, liked the place a lot. Would go again.
Absolutely amazing!! We loved the music, drinks, and food!! Items ordered: Pez Cobia, Paella, Ropa Vieja, spinach and manchego bunuelos, and pineapple guacamole. The best! We will go back when return to the area in the future.

We returned to Truluck’s specifically craving our longtime favorites—the spectacular lobster bisque, the bread, and the crab cakes—and culinarily, the kitchen did not disappoint. The food was as exquisite as ever, and our server provided absolutely stellar, attentive service. However, the restaurant’s signature "old money" allure and uncompromising ambiance have noticeably faltered. The sophisticated, upscale dress code that once defined the evening seemed entirely un-enforced, leaving the dining room feeling jarringly loud and overly casual. While the gastronomy and service remain elite, the refined, high-tier atmosphere has regrettably lost its polish.

Incredible experience! Top notch attentive service, elegant atmosphere, great food perfectly timed appetizer and main course, creative desserts, and live music some nights. This is my go-to special event restaurant in Miami. It has never disappointed me. Can't wait to go back.

The Bull and Bear was highly recommended by a couple of people who know the area well and who we respect their views on where to eat. However; the experience didn’t live up to the recommendations. We arrived early hoping to get a cocktail in the bar but was informed that it was at full capacity so settled for a place in the hotel bar. The bar tender, Arnold, made great cocktails. On to dinner, the first thing that we noticed was just how noisy the restaurant was with a number of large tables full of guests having to talk loudly over each other to be heard. We asked for somewhere quieter but was informed it was like this throughout the restaurant. So we settled in at our table and thumbed through the impressive wine list. The website says you can bring your own bottle and pay corkage of $65 as long as the bottle isn’t one that they have on the list but they do not publish a list on line so it’s pot luck on that one. We ordered the famed fried chicken and a filet mignon and waited…and waited….and waited for an hour before our food arrived. Dina, our server, was great and couldn’t apologise enough and even managed to get our food taken off of the bill which was greatly appreciated. If you plan on visiting go at the weekend to avoid the hoards of conference attendees. During the week this is a corporate venue.

Our waiter Christian J. Was super friendly and had very good knowledge of the menu. He recommended the dark chocolate and white chocolate Yin & Yan fondue at the end and it did not disappoint! I placed a reservation and there was almost a zero wait time as it should be. The price is honesty all in your hands, you can chose to have a more fine dining experience with a four course meal, or have more of a A La Carte focused meal to make it a tad bit cheaper. Overall I would say the atmosphere is amazing and each and every staff member was very polite and respectful, the restaurant was quiet and dimmed down so perfect for a date night (they also can put down rose pedals and a candle if you would like to surprise your loved one) this will continue to be a go to spot for me while I’m in Orlando!
