Terrible service
10/10 food and drinks every time. Honestly, the scratch kitchen quality is impressive! The reason for the 2 star is that this place has some of the most consistently worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Every visit I almost sigh walking in, knowing its gonna be a hassle to get in and get out. Working in the restaurant industry, I give a lot leniency and benefit of the doubt for service workers, but DAMN these people are just always bad here, busy or not!

Husband and I went to this location in Orlando over the summer, which the service kinda sucked, and he had a hard time getting any meats. We decided to go back one more time on Dec 23rd and give them another chance. Big mistake. As he got towards the end of his meal, he noticed the meat smelled off and decided to stop eating. It wasn’t long after that he started feeling sick, but we thought maybe he was dehydrated. Later that night he ended up getting violently sick. We had only ate one time that day and it was at Fogo. After he immediately felt better. Fogo served meat that was expired. He left a review on yelp and google, as anyone would do after such an experience, and Fogo deleted them. Beware…they’re hiding their bad reviews and do not care that they’ve made people sick. For the price you have to pay for their full experience, it’s a slap in the face. I will check back for my review and if it’s deleted, I’ll repost it til it stays.
$199 bill for dinner for two with two cocktails. Not worth it. Good service but disappointing food. LapuLapu cocktail served in pineapple was $20. Now for dinner-started with kale salad which is green cardboard. Noodles were tasteless and boiled, unpeeled shrimp were served plain in a small bowl. Steak was very fatty and had lots of tough gristle. Don’t like bread pudding but I tried it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
10 friends and family visited after booking some time ago in advance of our Disney trip and expectation was high. Really didn’t live up to the hype and the cost (excuse the pun) was astronomical. Found all the staff we encountered from checking in to the service as fairly rude from the outset. Food was decent enough however far better places to eat in the parks or in the local area for a fraction of the price. After the initial lift to the restaurant that is well done you are somewhat disappointed by the restaurant itself. Service was what I am only described as poor, we had to ask the waiter for another round of drinks on one of our tables (party split over two tables back to back) however the second table wasn’t offer any further. Finished our mains and no dessert offered just handed a bill that would make most people gulp! Kids desserts took 30 minutes to arrive and even at that point that adults on the table didn’t get the opportunity to finish with something sweet or a coffee. Almost felt that we were an inconvenience and based on the massive service charge included in the bill it was very disappointing. Would go back when we visit next time as the previously stated issues are just a snapshot of the disappointment we felt when we left after looking forward to this meal for a number of months. Poorest service we received in our two weeks so far in Florida or Disney
10/10. Wonderful food even better service with Emilio!
100% Cordiality and Customer Services. The owner / Manager great assistant any time. Food out understanding , Magic and Passion! Nice experience for a Couples or Family.
100% Italian menu with excellent seafood and meat dishes. Wide choice of traditional first courses and some gourmet ones. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Last week I was in the mood for Alaskan King Crabs and went with a friend to Truluck's. Reading the menu, I noticed Truluck's calls it the "PRIME KING CRAB", which is identified as 1lbs and I confirmed with the waiter this is indeed the Alaskan King Crabs. So we both ordered this and after about 30 minutes, the dish showed up with a single leg (not even a claw) on our plate with a big load of mashed potato: I wonder if the 1lbs is referring to the mashed potato, which felt like a red brick on my plate. Anyhow I finished the single leg and felt still hungry afterwards. My date felt the same way and didn't like the 'lemon butter' option either. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he mentioned that I didn't eat my 'parmesan mashed potato'. I thought to myself, I assume the mashed potato is 1lbs because my stomach clearly didn't think the single leg was 1lbs! If I wanted to eat potatoes I could have saved myself the trip and do so at home. Anyhow for a $175 dish to only throw a single leg definitely felt like a ripoff and I would think twice before visiting this place again as I definitely felt like this was a very disappointing night (at least not for the Prime King Crab menu item): when I arrived home, we ate leftovers since the 'single leg' Prime King Crab simply didn't do it for us.

The avocado toast was the best I’ve ever had! It was so good I came back the very next day. Our waitress both days Freddy made it even better, she was great and gave us Miami recommendations for our trip.

First and foremost I want to say the service had nothing to do with this review. Terrible experience. We brought our 1½-year-old and were served grapes that had visible mold on them — something that never should be given to anyone, especially a baby. What was even worse was the lack of concern from staff when we pointed it out. No real apology, no urgency, just a dismissive response. Accidents happen, but the complete lack of sympathy and accountability was shocking and not what you expect at Disney. I should have trusted the previous reviews and avoided this place. If you’re dining with small children, I would strongly suggest choosing somewhere else.
