A good luxury hotel with comfortable rooms, great view and abundance choice of eateries on ground. A bit away from the main central activities of the strip so a bit of walking or public transport needs to be included in the time management. A little more attention needs to be given to room amenities and housekeeping, consideringit's5 star status. Overall a pleasant stay at Las Vegas.

As a Las Vegas local I understand the intricate dance between hotel management and labor unions. I came to Virgin Hotels with high hopes for a last-minute stay, but my experience was a case study in communication breakdowns and maintenance failures. My stay began with a smooth check-in and a generous 10th-floor upgrade. However, the "Vegas Magic" ended at the curb. I drive a mid-size Ford Transit and had called ahead to confirm the property could accommodate an over-sized vehicle. Despite those assurances, the designated over-sized lots were blocked by orange construction barriers. When I sought help, the valet staff’s response was a blunt: "We don't know what to tell you." After I navigated a 9'6" garage that led nowhere, security radioed back a dismissive instruction: "She just needs to find her own place to park." It took the intervention of a VP and a supervisor to resolve a standoff between management and the unionized valet staff. As an RN, I respect union boundaries, but a guest should never be the "collateral damage" of internal politics. Eventually, I found the valets hiding in their "hut," and once they were coaxed out, they were perfectly helpful. My 10th-floor suite was stunning, featuring a dedicated workspace and a jetted tub. However, the "tech-forward" amenities were a facade. Neither the living room nor the bedroom TV would generate a QR code to sync my phone. I called Customer Relations, and two maintenance workers spent over an hour troubleshooting before declaring the entire system broken. The "fix" was a room move. By 5:00 PM—nearly two hours after I arrived—I was downgraded to the 8th floor. The view was gone, the workspace was smaller, and the "Vegas vibe" had officially soured. Even in the new room, the TV froze after 30 minutes of use. Exhausted from the day’s events, I simply gave up and went to sleep. The final disappointment occurred the next morning. As a medical professional, I have a "clinical eye" for detail. When I closed the bathroom door to shower, I spotted a dried organic substance on the door frame that had clearly been missed by housekeeping. To be blunt: It was a booger. When I showed a photo to the front desk at checkout, the response was baffling. The agent peered at the image and suggested, "It looks like one of those moth things." I had to correct her; a moth does not look like biological waste left on a doorframe. Virgin Hotels has the aesthetic of a high-end boutique property, but the execution is lacking. From the "find your own parking" attitude of security to the broken tech and hygiene lapses, the property failed to meet the basic standards of Las Vegas hospitality. For a local who knows how this city is supposed to run, it was more than just a series of "hiccups"—it was a systemic failure of service.

(ENGLISH) This Virgin Hotel totally lives up to its brand name when it comes to style and luxury. You find designer lighting, fixtures, furnishing & other little touches in every room. Never mind that my guest bedroom probably fits inside the bathroom. The vanity and changing table are also something else. For entertaining, the suite came with large-screen TVs, a bar & a pool table. Of course, the corner suites have an awesome view in 3 directions. Naturally, you find all kinds of stores & restaurants, from a donut shop to a steakhouse. The hotel also preserved Las Vegas art, like neon signs, throughout. On the way to the guest towers, you'll find a common work area with books next to the Funny Library Coffee Shop. Desert landscaping dominates the beautifully manicured courtyard. Seems quaint, but a nice touch to have a bicycle rack at the entrance to the Paradise Parking Garage for those who’d rather brave the heat than the traffic on scooters. (GERMAN) The Virgin Hotel really lives up to its name in terms of style and luxury. In every room, you'll find designer lamps, chic fittings, great furniture, and lots of little details that really make a difference. We'll just let the fact that my guest room probably fits entirely within the bathroom stand as it is. The wash & changing table alone are quite something. To keep people entertained, the suite had huge TVs, a bar, and even a pool table. And the corner suites naturally have an amazing view in three directions. Logically, there are also plenty of shops and restaurants here; everything from a donut shop to a steakhouse is available. It's also really charming how they've preserved the old Las Vegas art, like neon signs, everywhere. On the way to the room towers, you'll pass a communal work area with books, right next to the Funny Library Coffee Shop. The desert clearly sets the tone in the beautifully manicured courtyard. It seems almost quaint that there's actually a bicycle rack at the entrance to the Paradise parking garage. It's a really nice gesture for all the brave ones who prefer to brave the heat on a scooter rather than the traffic.

Amazing stay off-strip. If you're a frequent goer to Vegas, or a business traveler, I can't think of a better place to stay to maintain your sanity in Vegas. Within 10-minute drive of the strip, amazing free breakfast, great fitness facility all for a reasonable price. I will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed for 5 nights for a conference next door at Westgate. Our 1 bedroom suite had all the amenities - kitchen, huge bathroom (with lovely bathtub) and laundry! Pull out couch worked great for our son. Pool looked lovely, but didnt try. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Easy (and safe)walking distance to monorail and Westgate.

Stayed here over Easter weekend. A little too cool yet to enjoy the outdoor pool, but, definitely will when we come back and its warmer. The hotel was off the strip, away from all of the party noise, and masses of people. Fast food was just across the street, as well as a convenience store for your snacks and drinks. Free breakfast in the mornings. Speaking of food and drinks; our room had a nice full sized fridge in the kitchen for storing all those drinks and food, and microwave to heat up those leftovers. Plenty of space in our one bedroom suite, with a balcony as well! One small issue during our stay; the balcony door wouldnt lock, but maintenance came up and put a temporary fix on it, which was fine with us, since we were on an upper floor. This hotel is directly under the flight path of planes leaving the airport, so there is airplane all day long til about 1am.. bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, we loved this place.

*Disappointing Stay at Rose Desert* "Our stay at Rose Desert was disappointing. Broken glass on the floor injured my daughter's foot, and the issue wasn't properly addressed. Additionally, when we requested room cleaning, we were told it couldn't be done until the next day. The bathrooms were dirty, and there were crumbs of food on the nightstand, so I had to clean the room before letting my family in. The pool area was also noisy, making it difficult to sleep in the morning if your room faces the pool. This lack of attention to safety and cleanliness fell short of our expectations. Hopefully, the hotel will take steps to improve."

- large room - beautiful view of pool landscape and mountains (22. Stock) - nice, uncrowded casino - Bowling alley and small arcade available - to the delight of our son - Restaurant selection ok (but we were mostly eating outside the hotel) - Parking garage and parking for free! - The pool is nice and big and the whirlpool is great - Coupon booklet (which we didn't use - somehow there was nothing for us) - For us the location was great - for the activities we parked at Luxor, Sphere, Fashion Mall and Freemant Street What we didn't like so much: - no refillable care products - a shame - the garden buffet is good, but from 9 years old the full price should be paid - that was too much for us (a child can't eat that much at all) - here a coupon would have been nice especially for children that they can at least eat for free or for a small price at the buffet (so we were outside the hotel for dinner) - at breakfast we ate a few times anyway at the buffet

Boulevard, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality. The suites were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—truly a home-away-from-home experience. The scenery is top-notch, especially the pool area; all maintained with exceptional care. Its convenient location makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend The Boulevard to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable service!

"Clean and organized". pool was very clean and "cold" family friendly - unique when it comes to social activities, everyday there was an activity to socialize with other members and everything was free. shuttle bus on time and friendly. My room looked like new.

$50/day surprise resort fee not mentioned in my original booking. Half the restaurants pictured not there. Pool/hot tub closed for winter. Long check in lines. Check in and rewards kiosks did not work so everyone had to wait in line for the 1-2 people working at the front desk. Beautiful hotel with lots to do and I highly recommend the king suite with the view of the strip - it did feel worth the extra $20 and was a HUGE room for just one person. VERY QUIET. Only one elevator working so a lot of us stood in line for it. Weirdly there is a glass window that went from my shower into my bedroom so glad I wasn't staying with anyone else. Even my partner would have a problem with that because it gave a clear view to the toilet - felt very Vegas but maybe not practical... Loved the dressing room lights around the mirrors and this had two sinks/get ready areas one inside and outside of the bathroom along with a closet and desk and couch and coffee table and fridge - no microwave - really could have used that. TV and dresser and two night stands. Plenty of space for activities. Starbucks in the resort which was convenient, but you can only pre-order through the app if you have a Starbucks card. Bring your own tea bags and you can get a cup of hot water from them for $1.08, which is better than spending $10 for their mint majesty tea. Would have loved to try breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant didn't open until 7am and I left before then. Most of the restaurants, shows, and shops were closed when I was there, but it was a Wednesday night so maybe that's why.

Phenomenal hotel, excellent food, beautiful women and casino, only a homeless person in a suit was probably sleeping on the roof

This is a hidden gem in Vegas. It feels like a beautiful resort, is very high end and best value in Vegas. The pool with real sand beaches is the highlight — with an adults-only beach club if you a no-kids vibe. Rooms are modern and huge, restaurants are excellent, and the spa is gorgeous. Location is perfect — close to the Strip but not in the middle of the chaos, perfect balance.

5 day visit, 2 days with no housekeeping. I had to call for fresh towels to be brought to the room, but the dirty ones just piled up on the floor. When I complained, they did remove my resort fees for those day, but I requested it, they didn't volunteer it. The pool area for hotel guests was dirty and unstaffed. Very little sun reached the pool, so the water was too cold to stay in- if you were able to even get in.

I have been to Vegas many times but this trip by far was the best. I stayed at the MGM Grand about 20 years ago and the upgrades that have occurred are amazing. Compared to every other resort in Vegas that I have stayed at, this has been the best yet. At check-in, we were complimentary upgraded to a full suite. These suites were just renovated in Nov 2025. The room still smelled new! When you walk into the room, you have the first of 3 bathrooms in the suite. The suite had a bar area and a granite topped table that seats 6. The room also had a full sectional couch and a shuffleboard table. The second bathroom was a full bathroom with a Kohler bathtub that could accommodate two people and had a tray table that had lotions, soaps, massage roller, and bath brush. The bedroom had a California King bed that was so comfortable, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The third bathroom had a walk-in shower that could fit 6 people if you wanted. The hotel has a 6.5 acre pool area with a lazy river as part of it. The hotel also has several restaurants and food services. There is a large arcade for kids in the main casino area and several other services such has spas and shopping, and of course plenty of gambling areas. I would highly recommend this place if you want to feel pampered without having to pay a small fortune!
