1) no sanitary measures taken. Person who makes the sandwiches wears gloves but takes every clients buzzer when their meal is ready and continues making the sandwiches with the same gloves. Doesn’t even use the tongs available to get coleslaw, pickles, turnips. Does it with gloves. Then rolls sandwich up touching the meat with…yes, the gloves. 2) very expensive. Sandwich and small salad. No drink. $22.
A really bad experience today. We went to the store at 8pm, and were told right after that it would close at nine o'clock. As soon as we got our food and sit down, which was around 8:20, the staff started packing up and cleaning right next to us. I don’t know much about the closing process at Mandy’s, but it made us feel like we were not welcome. Also, the containers and cutlery for dine-in which used to be something really attract me are no different from those for takeout, It’s not worth wasting my time to eat in the store. (Not to mention that these costs $54) I used to love Mandy’s so much and always come here every time I’m in Montreal, but the experience is just getting worse every time. I hope the owner could pay more attention on keeping the reputation while opening tons of new locations.
Absolutely disappointed. Paid $18 for a regular Philly cheesesteak poutine which is incredibly expensive and overpriced for what was received. See pictures for reference on size. Taste wise nothing good worth mentioning. Fries were soggy, mushy and burnt. Fully solid chunks of cheese, not slightly melted at all. There was barely any steak(thin slices were used to cover the top layer and hide how little there was). Unfortunately it seems the quality and quantity has gone downhill over the past year or so and nothing is being done about it. Some reviews seem questionable and inflated if you ask me. If you are looking for a good poutine go to La Banquise or Ma Poule Mouillee instead. Otherwise please do your own research so you are not disappointed like I was. Cheers. UPDATE: Got food poisoning and stomach was in pain the whole night after eating. Persisted throughout the next day as well. Raised concerns regarding the freshness/cleanliness of the food. Stay safe.
Amanda, our server was suuuuuper attentive and a an amazing conversionalist❣️ The new guy was also super polite and waited till we were done our conversation to pick up our plates, so cute and considerate 🥹🥰 As for the food, bro they got the best fricking fries I've ever had, super worth the buck. Basil chicken was delicate and not oily at all, it's clean and tasty. I appreciate as well the taste of green onion was fresh and that's something worth noting. It's a hella of a vibe in there as well with the ambient light & chill rnb music. Ideally if I'm eating like food food I'd love to be seated in a bench area but I was just chilling tonight. I heard there was live music on Saturdays, I will for sure be back for that! They did say to reserve for busy days do keep that in mind! 💕🥰🫶🏼
amazing delicious food, friendly staff. what’s up with these dumb reviews? it’s truly incredible tasty clean food. thank you!!
5 of us ordered 5 breakfast without knowing the mega portion size, should have ordered 4 instead. excellent presentation and taste, also excellent services, we arrived early in the morning, by the time we finished, long line up outside. I think the washroom is a bit dirty in my opinion. with tips...$150 for brunch...so it is on the expensive side
6 years ago I went for the visiting chef tasting menu . The paring with vines the meal was memorable . The next visit was ok .This time despite same owner it is not the same . I like my sardine cleaned from the organs or filleted and not to be given an attitude we the Portugiase we eat it that way especially what I believe were frozen with a bitter taste . The rest of the meal was bland just below average
A most unpleasant experience. We queued up to snack that was mission impossible, we decided to buy to go and my surprise was that things were left to put, yes! They cashed it in. The products of poor quality, the torrija was very bad, the palm tree was not of the day, the Neapolitan nuts and taste of nothing, local very, very dirty. I don't recommend it at all, After our experience I attest that the queue is for fame as the products are of very poor quality.

I didn’t have much confidence in this place as I walked in. I got the feeling that it was not clean. When I saw the staff preparing food and handling it with their bare hands I was thoroughly disgusted. To add to the cringe, one of the men behind the counter was being very handsy with the woman taking the orders. She too was handling food with her bare hands after touching the cash register. The hot dog and fries I ordered were nothing special. I was glad I had no onions or coleslaw in mine as the staff was using their bare hands to put those on the hot dogs.

Excellent burgers, the place is also very clean! This has become our go to place before taking the bus to Quebec city.

We passed Sol and entered La Mallorquina, we were having coffee in the lounge upstairs. All right until I went to the toilet. I'm sorry to have to say it's a shame that you have it that way, so dirty! A place of such prestige as La Mallorquina should not be allowed that customers have to see that dirt in the service since it deserved, harms the prestige of the pastry. I hope that my comment will be taken into account to correct this grave situation that I have witnessed today.

We had a great evening! The food was excellent, the service impeccable. I really enjoyed sitting next to the kitchen that shines clean, we will go back and recommend this restaurant.
