"Argentinian night" Topic The event was promoted to start at 9... I arrived at 9 only to find the most american techno remixes of pop USA 70s-80s-90s music for 2 HOURs until 11 pm. When I arrived i was told that actually the Argentinian music will start at 10:30, which it didnt) After staying for 1.5 hr long listening to the exact same beat in every song (remixes with the exact same beat in every, every single song) and seeing the argentinian vibe wouldn't start i went on a walk with my wife, I came back 11 pm when the first 2 argentinian song started (la mosca y soda)... guess what? After those 2 song, they played remixes with cumbia remix beat of song of all kind, some old ones that were worth it a bit like Makano - te amo (makano es de panama) and other artists/songs none argentinians including reggeatoneros I left 11:40 pm having listened 2-3 argentinian songs, the environment was those $9 flags hanging by the ceiling and just FYI.... +40/50 recommended. Because the 8-10 people that arrived close to 12 am could've being my grandma's (i am 36 with my wife been 28.... bealive me when I say we were the youngest one for a lot) So.... for food no idea, but for the "Argentinian event" I would add the description: +40/50 Arrive at least 2-2.5 hr later than the starting time of the event. Music: expect the Spotify Playlist that your uncle made from the Boliches in the 90s.... just remove all the cumbias argentinas-quarteto and leave the clasic song like Makano one that are around Latin America and we used to listen back then Argentinian vibe: 2 out of 100 (just for the susana and holmedo faces on the bathrooms door) Un bajon 👎

I strongly recommend staying away from this venue. My experiences with the staff at Sugar and Tea Room were extremely disappointing, and it seems clear that something in their management or operations has changed. This may explain why fewer classy, self-respecting patrons appear to be attending compared to the past. I used to visit these venues frequently, but on one occasion I was abruptly escorted out without any explanation. I later heard from others that if you are not continuously purchasing drinks, staff may single you out and ask you to leave. I am not a heavy drinker, but had I been treated with basic respect, I would have gladly spent full evenings there enjoying dinner and supporting the business. On previous visits, security staff would oddly sit next to me and ask if I was “okay,” as if there were an issue when there clearly wasn’t. On another occasion, I was simply told to leave with no explanation whatsoever. I am a well-dressed, respectful, and well-groomed individual, and the only apparent reason for this treatment seemed to be that I was not repeatedly purchasing overpriced drinks or reserving a table. Look out for a short mini version of Jackie Chan looking staff who goes around taking notes and passing the message to security. Staff constantly patrol and watch guests throughout the venue, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and discourages patrons from ordering at their own pace. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, I felt pressured and unwelcome. Additionally, having previously worked closely with city code compliance, I noticed that the hallway connecting Sugar and Tea Room appears far too narrow during their over-capacity weekend nights. In the event of an emergency, this could potentially present a serious fire hazard. I am unsure whether the city or fire department is aware of this issue. I am a reasonable and respectful person, and I would not have posted this review had management simply provided an explanation or apology after I reached out privately. I did receive an initial response saying they would follow up, but no further communication ever came. Brickell now offers many better options, and I have been treated far more professionally at other venues. Until I receive a sincere apology and a genuine welcome back, I see no reason to remove this review or return.

We were SCAMMED! Expensive as hell!! we were charged multiple things without prior notice, such as a service charge 15%, a floor charge of 40$ and other things. When asked about it, they claimed it was standard practice and weren’t able to provide us with an unanimous response about the charges. Some claimed it was tips, another waitress said it was state regulation, …. Moreover, on top of it all, we had to pay an extra 10% tip because the waitress claimed the tax service was not part of the tip!!! RIDICULOUS. Trust me, you don’t want to go to the Hudson Yards Tavern. Additionally, the food was acceptable at best and the music was too loud. All things considered, I would not even recommend the Hudson Yards Tavern to my worst enemy.

...because unless you have aguesia, or perhaps if you're a moron, choosing and liking a restaurant because it is decorated with license plates and beer cans is a pretty foolish call. This place is so-decorated. The food (our party had fish'n'chips, a Blue Burger, and salmon, amongst us) is uniformly uninspired, and nearly tasteless. The portions are mediocre. The beer is...please pay attention, I'm commenting on the BEER in a TAVERN here...crummy. It reeked of old pennies from a piggy bank. The service is 'lacking' (and so too should be the gratuity). And to top off an otherwise lousy experience, the menu is not inexpensive. And they only take cash, which in today's world should basically be reserved for schemes for tax evasion or money laundering. It's a neighborhood joint, and I should be going there often, but I don't. I would favorably comment that the parking is free, but since it is a neighborhood joint most of the patrons walk so they don't get trapped in a DUI situation.

1 true American restaurant concept, traditional and picturesque. Good quality food and drink, prices are reasonable considering the reality of Miami. The service could be a little more attentive and genuine, you can see the primacy of wanting to sell but I already think it's a little cultural. On repeat

I like Tatiana to take care of us she is the best, our food and drinks were on time, we are regular customers because we live in doral. This is one of our favorite restaurants especially for the chocolate volcano. Thanks Tatiana we will come back.

Really great and unique food. Our server Keyla was very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu. I just wish there was slightly faster and more attentive staff when it came to the bill and refills.

Great mixology here, great cocktails. I really enjoy having great conversations here. I come here often, and service has always been great. Prices are a bit reasonable for what you get, but it's a good time every time I'm in the Chinatown area. Great place!

Everything was fine except that we waited for dessert 35 minutes (apparently an oversight). Nothing wrong with the quality of the brunch.

Wonderful atmosphere and even better service! I had a great meal—the steak was cooked to a perfect medium and paired well with the mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. I also appreciated the well-poured Glenlivet to start the evening. A special mention for the bartender, Gabriella! She was incredibly friendly and engaging, making the whole experience feel personal. Excellent food and top-tier hospitality—I'll definitely be back!
