$9 for a iced dirty chai with oat milk that tasted sooo awful. Thankful they remade the drink, but anyone into chai’s should not get this one…
After 10.mns waiting for service. I had to call the attention of the manager who didn't even look at me and said in Spanish " dile a Daniel que lo están llamando" what? Do.I need to call the waiter? Daniel came with a dirty shirt . Did not know what was the happy hour and the food was horrendous but when it came time to pay. The manager came real quick to charge us for the nasty food.
1.28.23 - randomly stopped in to grab a cup of joe and also picked up a chai latte, which was very good. The space is very clean and open with a few tables. They also serve ice cream along with a wide assortment of coffees and teas. Generally very good if you're in the neighborhood.
10/10 the cleanest bathroom in downtown
Always busy ; more seating needed. Tables not clean. Chicken Salad Croissant and an Italian Hero Baguette along with a Vitamin Water and Snapple Beverage were consumed. The breads were not fresh; no time to comment to staff as we had a train to catch. This visit was disappointing.
Another place I really wanted to like, but didn’t. It’s a knish bakery, so why do you microwave the knishes? Cold in the center, too hot outside, just like you expect from a microwave. The place itself is sloppy and seems dirty. Also, I had the worst egg cream ever made. How is that possible?
a nice little cafe serving traditional American food. food and services good but horrified to be served water in dirty glasses!! seriously? post Covid? first glass had remnants?? clinging to the interior of the glass. second glass had lipstick stains on the rim very off putting… perhaps a new efficient dishwasher or more attention to detail!! disappointing
Always wanted to try this bakery/cafe but never had the opportunity. Fortunately on this occasion we had the time and the place wasn't crowded, which was a bit usual. My wife had the lemon gelato and I had a chocolate covered cannoli. Both items were absolutely delicious. I am a cannoli fan and this is one of the best cannolis I have ever eaten. The dessert items were definitely worth the price and it its crowded, would definitely be worth the wait. My wife is a huge fan of gelatos and raved about how good this gelato was. We enjoyed our desserts on the benches in front of the bakery/next to the giant ice cream cone. Note, the interior of bakery/cafe is spotlessly clean, quaint/beautiful and the service is exceptional. Thank you Ferrara for providing a memorable Littel Italy experience.
actually wound up going here twice on our trip to Brooklyn. Very good pastries and good coffee. Pleasant help. Nice bright clean place with a patio out back, very nice

Ugh, it pains me to write this! I love the baristas and the coffee at this "Espresso Alley" (Thompson between Prince and Spring) cafe, but I went in yesterday to order something off-brand for me: an iced dirty chai. It was $11.50! I never walk into a cafe without tipping the barista, so I literally paid nearly $13 when all was said and done for a very average drink. Even Fellini isn't that overpriced! I will sadly not be returning until something is done about these prices. Other (non-chain) spots nearby that are slightly/a lot cheaper: Neighorhud (where the former Drip Drop location was), Ansa (across the street), Monte (Thompson and Houston), Thuma (Wooster and Spring), Ground Support (W Broadway and Spring), Now or Never (Grand and Thompson). I understand that this is an expensive neighborhood, but for a cafe that limits wifi, almost never has a seat, and is not an overly-luxurious spot - these Dubai-level prices are unwarranted. PS - the staff here is AMAZING!

Magnolia at 200 Columbus Ave used to be lovely. It has been sold to a franchise owner. The staff is unfriendly, rude and slow. It is no longer festive- no holidays are really recognized. Cupcakes are dry. It is dirty. There was an entire cup of milk spilled on floor for 20 minutes! It is so sad to this once wonderful bakery turn from a 10 to a 1. Do not go to this Magnolia

Every piece of bread is a taste dream. The most recommended of the surroundings. Amazing! The waiters amazing attention and concerned about the cleanliness as long as we were comfortable.
