10th floor left a lot to be desired. They told us renovations are happening but that's not an excuse for the service. Had to call repeatedly to get hot water going, room amenities, and the tv couldn't link to the internet so no streaming or casting. Room service only offered breakfast and had to call back downstairs to get the butter and maple syrup. Hopefully you all come back to the standard of hospitality I remember from a year and half ago.
14 days stay in December 2025. This hotel needs more service staff. Customers suffer with overcrowded breakfast area and items unfilled. Long wait times for rooms to be cleaned. One of the two elevators out of service for 6 days and counting. Pool has been closed for tiling work. Staff tries their best, but needs more help.
$23/night parking lot across the street, part of the room add on fees - tight for larger vehicles (we drive a Yukon XL) but doable with several adjustments. Easy pull in off the street to unload luggage at the side door. Streetcar loading at the front door. Was hoping to have laundry sent out, but it returns at checkout time the following day and we needed to leave sooner than 11am. Sister hotel a block over hosted us to use their laundry room (several machines, $2 for wash and then $2 for dry, they have All powder detergent and All 2pk dryer sheets for $1). Street noise is easily heard, but we were so tired it didn’t keep us up; no noise heard between rooms. Balcony room had a toilet and shower separate from the sink, but the toilet and shower room was very tight to maneuver in. Fridges are freezers on top, and basically the rest was too because our leftovers froze lol. Curtains are blackout, very nice. Breakfast was amazing, well tended, lots of delicious choices, ample seating, and was a little different on back to back days. Hotel felt secure with room key only accessible room floors from the elevators and downstairs bathrooms also required room keys, as did entry doors even in the daytime. Attached Starbucks is a plus.
Great breakfast
Very nice and comfortable room everything was clean. Everything worked. The breakfast was nice as well. Only need a juice dispenser did not work, but that was fine. The view was nice. The beds were comfortable in the valet. Person was very helpful and did not mind we were in and out. Our trip was to celebrate our son‘s prom and graduation.
$1100 meh 2 night stay I should have valued the reviews because this was exactly my experience. Rooms were in poor condition. Granite sheet laid on top of very ugly old wooden desk and dresser and night stand. Dark brown water stains in both rooms. Windows so dirty you couldnt enjoy the marina. Small box fridge on the floor. Only one single outlet worked in the entire room. Holes thru rug went into hole in floor. Bathroom was just as bad. Stayed there twice and it was just as awful both times. We did have breakfast there and it was ok. We were informed Jacuzzi was broken both weekends we stayed there. $1100 for a meh stay. Not at all to Hilton standard
$24 breakfast including tax and location is meh.. They give you a piece of paper when checking in and there are signs at the tables noting the cost of breakfast. But I saw several groups surprised when they got their food first an sat down. Need a large sign at entrance of breakfast area. Free coffee. Go across the street to the grocery store and pick up something. The location is not close to much except the space needle. Lots of folks leaving on cruises. OK for one night .
$500 Night full of interruptions. I paid $500 and change for a one night stay for my partner and I. The phone in the room didn’t work, so when it rang and we answered, we couldn’t hear the office. We were called 4x with this issue, and had multiple staff come to our room from 9:30pm til 10:30pm asking questions and demanding payment for incedentals (a card wasn’t asked for during check in). The last knock, a delivery of a breakfast voucher that was included with the reservation. The next morning, we were woken up at 9am by the cleaning staff knocking multiple times when we had asked for late checkout earlier in the morning. Normal checkout was noon, and they graciously gave us until 12:30 for late checkout. We went to breakfast that morning and the restaurant asked us for two passes, of which we only had one. They did take care of breakfast for us, thankfully.
$10 parking fee, great walking distance to restaurants Originally, I sent my partner to this hotel and she loved it so much we decided to come back and enjoy a few days in here. We did book during the week and because we had planned on other means of transportation, we decided to leave our car at the hotel. This particular hotel has a ton of rooms and the parking is limited, there is a $10 a day fee but get there earlier than check in and plan to walk around the wonderful city! Check in was a breeze, they offer sundries near the check in counter; complimentary coffee, water, a gym, in room fridge, microwave and free hot breakfast. The layout of the hotel its self is U shaped with rooms inside which means some of the rooms face each other and others outside. We got room 414, the view was terrible but thankfully we couldn’t hear the traffic outside so if you are looking for some peace and quiet and not care about the view then request for an inside room. Breakfast was great, since we were there for 2 days, we got different items each day; fried eggs, sausage, potatoes one day and scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes the next. Staff was really friendly, especially the security guard at night. There are so many restaurants close to the hotel within walking distance! Also, the metro is less than a 5 min walk. We also got room 403 that was superb! Thanks Alex! How likely would I come back or recommend this place 8/10!
$100+/night for Union Square location, clean room, working bathroom, working Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast and round-the-clock tea/coffee/water! Apart from the loud heating pipes in the room, it really did its job for my 5D/4N stay in San Francisco. Thank You to the gentleman at the reception who was kind enough to offer us takeaways upon our early check-out at 5+am. I’ll be back!
Love the location Love this downtown hotel in great location. Walkable to Pike Fish Market area and many Seattle attractions. My room is big, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good but take a long time to get our food. Tried room service and dinner at the bar is all good. The lobby area with the fireplace is cool place to chill. The only issue is housekeeping did not clean our room during the four day stay. It turned out you have to request housekeeping service the night before.

They charged us twice for our room. No parking available. The breakfast was 30 minutes late coming out. My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this location!!!

Excellent breakfast/brunch. It was fun to visit as an American and taste everything to compare... The ketchup, bread, the quality of the food. Everything was much cleaner and less sweet. Much more balanced flavor. It was refreshing.

A Stinky Stay at the Hyatt Place Stayed here on a girls’ trip. There were three of us. While it wasn't a total disaster, there were enough issues that I won't be back, though more because of the location than the hotel itself. Check-in and front desk were a consistent mess all three nights. Angelo was kind, helpful, and the only one who seemed to know anything. We arrived around 10pm on the first night to a long line at the front desk. When I finally got to the agent, he asked ME what my room number was. I had tried mobile check-in but it wasn't showing in the app. He then looked it up and announced the room number out loud, which is a basic security no-no. As a World of Hyatt member, there was no dedicated line, and no one offered water at check-in. I had to ask, and even then it wasn't clear the agent knew it was a member benefit. Once we figured that out, getting Explorist water bottles on subsequent days was easy enough. We just had to ask at the desk. The second night wasn't better otherwise. The woman working was on her phone and didn't know what time checkout was. I wanted to use my 2pm late checkout, a standard World of Hyatt benefit, and had to go back and forth before she figured it out. There are some real cleanliness issues here. The elevator greeted us with a strong mix of BO, wet dog, and food. The shower curtain had an odor. The laundry room (just one washer, one dryer) also had a smell. In the room, we found a Gushers gummy half-hidden under the bed from a previous guest, and someone else's wad of hair in the side table drawer next to the couch. I complained about the gummy, they came and cleaned, and asked if it was satisfactory, which I thought it was, but looked again this morning and realized the gummy was still there! Then the next night we returned after a long day out to find housekeeping hadn't come at all. No one told us housekeeping isn't daily here, which is not standard for a Hyatt Place and would have been nice to know upfront. Between the hair, the gummy, the smells, and the inconsistent housekeeping, cleanliness is clearly a weak point at this property. Breakfast is $11, not the free buffet you get at most Hyatt Places. The parking garage is a city-operated lot that felt rough and a little unsafe. We dreaded going in there every time, even with the QR code Hyatt provided for access. One of the elevators was consistently broken and made an alarming sound. Location is a double-edged sword. You can walk to Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, the state park, and even Canada which was great. But the immediate area around the hotel is pretty run-down. There were signs everywhere limiting bathroom use to guests only, and you get the idea why. It adds a layer of unease that follows you in and out of the property. It was a running joke between my friends and I how much worse the US side of the falls is compared to Canada. Bottom line: I'd recommend staying in Buffalo and driving in if you’re on a budget or crossing into Canada for a nicer base if you’ve got it like that.

Perfect view to the falls This hotel is perfectly located at the opposite side of the American falls The building is not new and not very nice, but the views to the falls are outstanding. I stayed in a room on 22th Level with a balcony and a view to the falls. This kind of rooms are of course very expensive, but for me the athmosphere was outstanding and I can only recomment to book one of these rooms. You have also nice views from the restaurant, but the balcony is more outstanding for the falls. Breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent. The whole staff was outstanding(especially valet). Perfect stay for me!
