After checking, I found the room door was broken and had to wait 15min. The room was great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Not much options and everything were either dry or greasy and not hot. But warm. They double charged me and refunded later. No apologies.

An expensive hotel where breakfast is not included! The view from the window is great, but there is no balcony where you can sit in the evening and breathe fresh air! The rooms are small!

Our stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim was, without question, the most exceptional luxury hotel experience I have ever had — and I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, the USA, Africa, and Asia. We stayed in a Gold Suite, and from the moment we arrived, every detail was flawless. The Gold experience felt truly elevated — private, refined, and thoughtfully curated. The restaurant was outstanding. We dined in a private room, the food was exceptional, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The lounge and bar are stunning — trendy, beautifully designed, and vibrant — and again, the service was impeccable. The spa facilities are extraordinary. The hot tub, the hydrotherapy shower (absolutely to die for), and the spacious, spotless steam room created the most relaxing atmosphere. Everything throughout the hotel felt pristine, fresh, and meticulously maintained. One of the most thoughtful touches came Sunday morning when the concierge informed me they could arrange transportation to and from church. Not only did they provide a ride, but they also ensured I had bottled water for the journey. That level of service truly stands out. After church, I enjoyed breakfast overlooking the water — the view was breathtaking. The healthy, gluten-free options were excellent, and the cappuccino was perfection. When we checked out and valet brought our vehicle around, I was amazed to see that the inside of my car had been tidied and cleaned. It was such an unexpected and generous touch. Every element of our stay exceeded expectations. The Fairmont Pacific Rim sets the standard for luxury, service, and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

5 minutes from the station. The room is large and clean. Breakfast starts at 05:30, which is very convenient when you can't sleep due to jet lag. Great.

Absolutely amazing experience everything from the rooms to the service and the breakfast/dinner food at the restaurant next door! Special shoutout to the staff when I forgot my keys after checking out they quickly called me and arranged to get them back to me. In addition they had a small treat and ice lemon water in the room ready when I had a late checkin after confirming about when I would arrive, nice little touches that elevated the experience. Can’t wait to come back again which I think is the highest praise.

1. we enjoyed the beautiful room with newly furnished design. Very luxury details in the room. 2. caring room and cleaning service and good gym and pool possibility 3. Good location and close to bus stops, Vancouver Art Gallery and Vancouver City center 4. Noise from cafe outside (room 718). Noise from people talking outside as the room door is not sealed correctly. 5. The hotel does not offer any breakfast buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant is expensive.

1.) Extremely small room: -very small bed -zero place to move around -very small bathroom -people without perfect figure may not be able to enter the shower cubicle (it's that small) -extremely uncomfortable Mattress & oversized pillows 2.)Zero facility in the room -Hot water kettle or tea/coffee maker are the most basic things offered all over the world which weren't there in this hotel 3.) Useless reception -i was feeling feverish and needed medical attention, the reception didn't have basic meds like tylenol or basic things like a thermometer/balm etc. Also they had no clue about a doctor in the neighborhood who would be available 4.) breakfast -breakfast here is a mere scope compliance: Tea/coffee/milk Bread toast Cereals It's over ! Will never stay here again

1st stay - Coming from a long trip from Australia we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport, so we could rest up before our long road trips getting there was easy only a 10 min drive, a little confusing upon arrival as there are 2 sides to the accomodation. Check in was easy, once we checked in we had to drive to the other side. All the staff where friendly and helpful. We knew that the parking was a short walk away so we stopped and unloaded our luggage, which the bellboys where very accomadating and helped us load onto a trolley and took our luggage to our room. we were on the 7th floor, lovely view of the harbour. Room was very nice, clean, bathroom looked to be renovated and new. Really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. 2nd stay much different - after a month travelling around the beautiful Canada we needed another 2 nights close to the airport, we booked this as we where checking out from our 1st stay, they told us that the same room was not available and booked us in a bigger room called the executive room for $200 a night more. The room we got was exactly the same size and only on the 4th floor. Was much more dated (if the leather on the chair is peeled of, time to replace it!) and the bathroom was definatley smaller. Our son used the pull out sofa to sleep on, when we pulled it out that night, we found that the sheets had not been changed from the last people ... I was not happy! During this stay there was some dance competions that where on in the conference rooms, we heard the music thumping on and off from 7am right through to 9pm! for the extra $200 a night this was definately not an up grade. Other points - Not alot of options to eat around / in the the casino (room service is REALLY expensive.) We ate breakfast and lunch in Crave which was really nice food and Jason the waiter which we had everytime we visited was above and beyond outstanding. The pool and spa was great for us and the kids, they had a ball. Although on one of the days someone must have slept in and fogot to wash the pool towels as there was non and none coming so a few cranky people around the place! Other negatives - No microwave, with kids would have been nice to make them quick snacks, and no wine glasses. There was a wine ice bucket but had to drink from coffee cups, a few more kitchen necessaties would have been great.

10/10! We have stayed at the four seasons whistler many times, most recently one week in March and one week in April 2025. Flawless service both times. Luxurious rooms with all the amenities you would come to expect from a four seasons hotel. Restaurants were amazing with an absolutely bountiful breakfast. The steakhouse was superb for dinner. To name some of the highlights, the ski concierge group were incredible. Always offering to help my wife to put her boots on and off. Towards the end of the trip, I even let them help me! Getting around the village is very easy as there incredible Bell desk/shuttle service who are only too eager to help. Pool and spa area are wonderful and a nice place to relax after a ski day. I was also extremely impressed to see managers moving about the hotel, always looking, always checking to make everything runs like clockwork. And it does! If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury in Whistler, this hotel is clearly it Already planning our trip for next winter although I will say we have also stayed there in the summer and it is equally delightful!

1st time stay. Very helpful and professional staff. Breakfast was ample and varied. Wish they would offer congee as an item on a la carte Vs buying breakfast option. I overheard table beside that it was $12 for a bowl, which seems a little gaugey for overcooked rice. Restaurant is small, so expect a little delay at peak breakfast times. Lisa the concierge was very helpful and welcoming. Porters and valet courteous. Gym and pool were adequate. This stay was very pricy but location is everything. Safe, clean and walkable to everywhere. My only issue is elevator…this residential building turned into commercial hotel explains why only two elevators. It gets really bad in morning, when some go for breakfast, checkout, leave hotel. At one point, it was better to get on when ascending, in order to secure a spot when descending. There’s a tv screen beside elevator… why oh why can’t there be a live feed of the two elevator positions? Some patrons may elect to take stairs if they are o lower floors or going to the gym. Food for thought. Overall, classical hilton experience. Great.

3 (average) is probably harsh but can’t justify a 4 (very good). A good, convenient hotel that is a great base when exploring Vancouver and surroundings. Pros; location, family friendly, good continental breakfast (nothing amazing but sets you up for day), staff very accommodating, parking. Cons; very dated (but comfortable), faulty key cards, cleanliness of high chairs (could do with a scrub / replacing!). Overall, a good hotel, a little expensive for what it is, won’t blow you away but a comfortable stay in an amazing city.

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious issue with parking security and an equally disappointing response from hotel staff. During our stay, our vehicle window was smashed in the hotel parking area (note parking is unground and we were two floors down, no items were left in the car). While we understand that incidents like this can happen anywhere, what followed was far more concerning. We remained calm and respectful throughout and did not create any issues for staff. However, we were woken early in the morning to be informed of the damage, and then had to proactively ask for basic assistance—such as supplies to clear broken glass from the seats and something to temporarily cover the window. We were told that cameras could not see our vehicle, despite having specifically noted a nearby camera when we parked. This raised concerns about transparency and security. In attempting to follow up appropriately, we contacted the Director of Facilities and Product Quality via email to request information for a police report. The responses we received were shockingly unprofessional—brief, two-word replies such as “Will do” and “Noted,” with no acknowledgment of the incident or its impact. Further follow-ups were either ignored or met with repeated, unhelpful responses referencing prior emails without addressing our questions. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Additionally, after being woken up by hotel staff informing us of the incident, we inquired about breakfast on-site. What could have been a simple gesture of goodwill was instead met with a flat response that our stay did not include breakfast but we could purchase access to the continental breakfast for $44.00. While the break-in itself was unfortunate, it was the lack of care, transparency, and basic customer service that left the most negative impression. The overall handling of the situation felt far too casual for what should be a serious concern, which raises questions about how often incidents like this may occur. This, alongside staff not being able to confirm the security monitoring times or practices, makes me hesitant to return to the property with a vehicle. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel and we had an exceptional short holiday here. Check in was quick and courteous. When we got to our room [1604] it was spotless and was cleaned perfectly everyday. It was the cleanest hotel room we have stayed at. Our package included breakfast, which was served on the 34th floor in a temporary location due to renovations. The food was excellent. Thanks to chefs Craig and Prince (sp?) for cooking a wonderful selection of food each morning as well as making amazing custom omelets. The view from the top floor was great and the service was excellent, despite it being a temporary location, which likely presented challenges for the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, with restaurants, points of attraction and a sky train station located nearby. Coal Harbour and the waterfront were a quick walk down the street. Parking was easy to find in the underground lot. This hotel was quiet, well run and had amazing staff. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Vancouver. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Thanks for a great stay.

This is the singular most disappointing place I have ever stayed by choice. The property is very worn out. It is dirty. Service: outside of the bellman, service is indifferent, distant and uninterested. The room was very dated. Clean is a subjective word. Will you get sick? No. Did you feel good about walking barefoot, No. Outstanding service can elevate a poor facility. That is not the case here. Food: We were there during the slow part of the slow season. I was hoping to at least have a decent meal. That didn’t happen. I was trying to find a reasonable comparison from previous travel. The buffet food on the last day of a Carnival Cruise is light years better. You will enjoy the food more at a Golden Coral. Pricing: This is more than The Wynn, Bellagio, The Ritz at Occonee etc. The pricing structure with add ons make the folks in Las Vegas look like rookies. Everything has several resort taxes. The historic preservation fund fee is laughable. The property is so run down it brings a tear to your eye. Bottom line, don’t waste your money. A staycation downtown at home with a meal at a nice restaurant would have been more memorable and considerably less money.

We truly enjoyed our stay and pleasantly surprised at the service, the quality of the items in the room (such as the coffee maker, toileteries). The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and their umbrella loaning was a plus. The only thing that I didn't like was the brand of their facial tissue. It was flimsy and coarse. Sometimes I would use the toilet paper to blow my nose instead. Otherwise, we will return to this hotel on future trips.
