  • **Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!** I had a really disappointing experience at Musa Restaurant. First off, the *rise* (rice) was incredibly oily, which made it hard to even eat. The *boolani* tasted like it was from the day before—dry and stale. To top it off, they completely *missed my kebab* order, which was super frustrating. I tried calling multiple times to resolve the issue, but *nobody picked up the phone*. Honestly, it feels like they’re just scamming people. Definitely will not be coming back! (0.0%)
  • 1. After 5 phone calls from the staff, I was told by the supposed Manager that I could not get a table for 6 at 1 pm and another table of 6 ar 2 pm as promised. When I argued for 10 seconds, he threatened to cancel the reservation and escort me out of the restaurant. I would have walked out but I expected my friends. 2. The waiter was rude because he was getting 18% tip so he did not care how he treated us. It was my birthday and there was a restaurant birthday card on display. I had to ask him for my cake and he gave it to me in a box and shoved it into a bag and said, " Now you've got it you can leave". 3. The food was disgusting. My lobster omelet was tasteless and had 3 dime sized pieces of lobster. The French toast was half a loaf that was toasted all the way round but with no egg and tasted like a cinnamon roll and the inside was just plain white bread. What a joke. We should have returned those brunch items. And they were overpriced at over $30. I actually want a refund. I want the waiter fired. And the manager too. They can check my reservation under Monica Demsky. The Manager also made racist remarks. We also noted a lot of empty tables from 1 to 3 pm so we can't figure out what their problem with the tables. • A big disappointment. The energy of the place is, cold, loud and uninviting. Went with several friends and it was hard to hear the conversation with the loud music and background noise. My friend noticed right off the bat that all the servers were men (???!) there was a single woman as the hostess and one woman in the kitchen. You can't have such an unblanaced work place in this day and age except by design. Our server was courteous and professional but I would not describe him as friendly. It took a long time for him to come after he gave us the menus and his presence was sparse in general. Kudos to Lee, the sommelier, who arrived with a great presence, was very helpful and was easy to connect with. He was the best part of our experience! The food was...meh... For the price point it was unmemorable. We shared the steak tartare, tuna sashimi, focaccia, seafood risotto, papardelle with chicken, lamb ossobuco and fish of the day (sole in wine beurre sauce). What stands out the most were the potatoes that came with the fish and the focaccia. Would not recommend to a friend and do not plan on going back. (0.0%)

  • 10/10 customer service, from before dinner, during dinner, to post-dinner. I accidentally left my cardigan at the restaurant, called and the staff found my garment, and they even went out of their way to put it in a paper bag and put my name on it, so it didn’t get jumbled up with the rest of lost and found. It just made me really happy. What a tiny detail, yet made a big impact!Little things like that, alongside wishing my fiancee happy birthday right away, as well as stellar service from our server and delicious food, went such a long way. Thank you again for the free dessert too!All in all, I really appreciated everything cactus club staff did to make our evening feel special. Could not recommend this location more! (0.0%)
  • 2nd time visiting here and had to leave a review, on both visits wait staff was very professional and attentive to our table, frequently checking in on us and ensuring our needs were met. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. (0.0%)
  • 4 stars only because they are planning to taken away the spiked frap. This is the most incredibly delicious version of an espresso martini. Not to mention it’s made for summer time and warm weather! It’s a staple and all of my friends love it. We’re very upset it’s leaving and hope they’ll re consider keeping it on menu. (0.0%)

  • -the reception on the 1st floor was extremely rude, she talked to patrons as if they were bothering her -the waiters are really rude as well -we can only get a booking at 2:00 p.m. and we have to wait until 2:10 p.m. to get seated -we were then told that all orders must be entered by 2:30 p.m. as the kitchen will close -we rushed to put in or order, but then have to wait for 10 minutes to have the first dish arrive -since then, the waiters kept coming back and asked if we need anything else, not as a 2-minute check, but to rush us -then all of a sudden, sharp at 2:30 p.m. when we were still eating, they came with the bill -there were still two dishes that haven't arrived -they then asked us rudely, "You can wait for them but you have to pay now." -we were so surprised by them rushing us like that and that they asked us to pay for the food that hasn't arrived yet -so we cancelled the remaining two dishes and asked them to re-issue the bill. they don't look pleased -the food quality was ok, nothing spectacular for that price -but because of the service, we will never come again (0.0%)
  • .... that make you wonder 'is there anything here that I could eat?'. Full of raw or seared meat and fish. And a wine list (on a tablet) containing far too many wines - personally I prefer shorter, well thought out lists. In this case they list a number of wines from a favourite of mine (Château Musar) at spectacular mark ups. I would have more respect for a list restricted to the excellent 2009 - £54.99 BC Liquor Stores. The restaurant itself is very loud - poor acoustics - the service slow - but relatively efficient (one error in our drinks order - the Moscow Mule arrived as a Mojito) - the clientèle varied - neighbouring tables included two men wearing reversed baseball caps, a table of cell phone wielding ladies and well dressed seniors. BUT ...... I found dishes which were excellent - duck comfit salad followed by seared Halibut and my companions clearly enjoyed their lobster pasta and rack of lamb. The wines by the glass were first class - if pricey - the service was attentive (nothing was forgotten although it took its time to come) and the over all experience better than the sum of the parts. Expensive for what you get but fine for a special occasion with noisy friends. Not a romantic destination! They have a 5pm - 7pm food and drink 'Happy Hour' in the bar / lounge - may be worth a recce. (0.0%)
  • 1 hour wait at 5 on a weekday. Food was nothing special. I agree with others that if you must have their food, take it to go and enjoy it at home. (0.0%)

  • ***FOOD: Utterly delish dim sum for downtown. Lots of variety and every dim sum we ordered was fresh and top knotch. SALT PEPPER FISH - Must Order/Try, so unbelievably good it’ll have you craving long after; HAR GAW & STICKY RICE & SIU MAI & BBQ BUN - everything is good piping hot and so delicious. Totally satisfied our cravings. CONGEE- very very good; MANGO PUDDING - wow don’t see this oldie and goodie on menus anymore. It was just so creamy good. So much mango. ***COST (OUT OF 4$) $$ expensive because it’s downtown but if you are downtown and don’t want to travel to Richmond or outside of downtown then this is as good as it gets. ***DÉCOR: upstairs, looks like it was carved out of lobby of the office building with skylights which made it pretty warm in there and the AC had hard time keeping the place cool. Contemporary decor. Parking may be an issue but it seems to me it’s a place for tourists/visitors in hotel ***SERVICE: servers were ok, attentive, did try to seek us their special Kirin Mooncake. Dishes seemed to take a while so just assumed they were making them fresh. ***RECOMMEND: Yes highly RECOMMEND. Definitely would come back to eat here if have a craving for dim sum while visiting downtown. (0.0%)
  • *HAPPY HOUR REVIEW* On our trip to Vancouver, my husband had wanted to check this place out. I saw they have a daily happy hour from 3-5 AND you can make reservations for it. We were so there! I made a reservation for a Monday 3 PM and there were plenty of people there already, for such a strange hour. We ordered some happy hour food items including: -Oysters - these looked really good and for $2.15 each, what a steal! You definitely won't find these for happy hour prices in NYC anymore. I couldn't eat them since I'm pregnant but my husband had a share for me and he said they were the best oysters he's had in a while -Jumbo tiger prawn cocktail - this came with two shrimp and they weren't as 'jumbo' as I thought it would be, so for $14, it was pretty pricey for happy hour Crab and corn fritters - not much crab but I liked the dipping sauce it came with Mini lobster & shrimp roll - really small and not much filling. It was mostly bread If I lived here, I would probably be coming here for the oyster happy hour all the time. I can't speak for the regular menu items, but you can skip the happy hour food items. "The app of Chipotle does provide the survey link, however, it won't allow me to pick this store. I have no choice but just come to hear to address the issue happened on the Wednesday lunch time. A 12:20pm pickup didn't get the food until 12:50pm. I think the manager would need to review why this happened. it was a long pile up of people in front of the pickup counter. At the end, I got my food, only 8 minutes left before I finish it(got to move to the office, right?). I hope I can give this store another review, but first of all. Don't be afraid show up on your own app, show some responsibility."

"Great location and although we went when dark, the view was lovely over the harbour. Very busy, we’d booked ahead and were seated promptly. Quite noisy and dark (we’d to use the table candle to see the menu!). Excellent food and great service."
