1) no sanitary measures taken. Person who makes the sandwiches wears gloves but takes every clients buzzer when their meal is ready and continues making the sandwiches with the same gloves. Doesn’t even use the tongs available to get coleslaw, pickles, turnips. Does it with gloves. Then rolls sandwich up touching the meat with…yes, the gloves. 2) very expensive. Sandwich and small salad. No drink. $22.
15 minutes after arriving at a practically empty restaurant. No service. The bartender looked at us several times and we were sitting at the bar! The staff (4 people) were more busy chatting among themselves than taking care of their customers. It's really disappointing because this place used to be really nice. I order a glass of wine, the first glass is so dirty that there are things floating in it. I ask for a second one and guess what? The second one is dirty too! Otherwise, the place is beautiful and pleasant. The music is not too loud.
A really bad experience today. We went to the store at 8pm, and were told right after that it would close at nine o'clock. As soon as we got our food and sit down, which was around 8:20, the staff started packing up and cleaning right next to us. I don’t know much about the closing process at Mandy’s, but it made us feel like we were not welcome. Also, the containers and cutlery for dine-in which used to be something really attract me are no different from those for takeout, It’s not worth wasting my time to eat in the store. (Not to mention that these costs $54) I used to love Mandy’s so much and always come here every time I’m in Montreal, but the experience is just getting worse every time. I hope the owner could pay more attention on keeping the reputation while opening tons of new locations.
A beautiful place with a lot of variety, clean and good atmosphere ❤️
A must-see during my business trips. Calm atmosphere, subdued lighting, beautiful music, delicious cocktails and comforting food. The staff are also very courteous and the place is clean as well as nicely decorated. A stone's throw from Place Bonaventure and the metro. To try! You won't be disappointed.
Amanda, our server was suuuuuper attentive and a an amazing conversionalist❣️ The new guy was also super polite and waited till we were done our conversation to pick up our plates, so cute and considerate 🥹🥰 As for the food, bro they got the best fricking fries I've ever had, super worth the buck. Basil chicken was delicate and not oily at all, it's clean and tasty. I appreciate as well the taste of green onion was fresh and that's something worth noting. It's a hella of a vibe in there as well with the ambient light & chill rnb music. Ideally if I'm eating like food food I'd love to be seated in a bench area but I was just chilling tonight. I heard there was live music on Saturdays, I will for sure be back for that! They did say to reserve for busy days do keep that in mind! 💕🥰🫶🏼
5 of us ordered 5 breakfast without knowing the mega portion size, should have ordered 4 instead. excellent presentation and taste, also excellent services, we arrived early in the morning, by the time we finished, long line up outside. I think the washroom is a bit dirty in my opinion. with tips...$150 for brunch...so it is on the expensive side
6 years ago I went for the visiting chef tasting menu . The paring with vines the meal was memorable . The next visit was ok .This time despite same owner it is not the same . I like my sardine cleaned from the organs or filleted and not to be given an attitude we the Portugiase we eat it that way especially what I believe were frozen with a bitter taste . The rest of the meal was bland just below average
A most unpleasant experience. We queued up to snack that was mission impossible, we decided to buy to go and my surprise was that things were left to put, yes! They cashed it in. The products of poor quality, the torrija was very bad, the palm tree was not of the day, the Neapolitan nuts and taste of nothing, local very, very dirty. I don't recommend it at all, After our experience I attest that the queue is for fame as the products are of very poor quality.

The space inside Le Mount Stephen is genuinely jaw-dropping; all mahogany, stained glass and ornate woodwork that makes you feel like you’re dining inside a Downton Abbey fever dream. I walked in and immediately felt underdressed, and under-funded. Then came the cocktail menu. A perfectly executed Old Fashioned arrived in a glass so elegant I briefly considered not drinking it and just taking it home as decor. Then the bill arrived and I realized I had just sipped the equivalent of a car payment. The food — British-inspired, locally sourced, thoughtfully plated — is lovely in theory, though the portions have a very “European vacation” energy: beautiful, memorable, and not quite enough to prevent you from stopping at a shawarma place on the way home. Come for the architecture, stay for the ambiance, and eat a full meal beforehand. Bar George is a magnificent stage with a slightly overpriced script — but as a backdrop for feeling fancy for two hours, it has absolutely zero competition in this city.

Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was exceptional - fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. The portions were generous and well worth the price. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and despite being busy, we didn't feel rushed. The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal. We'll definitely be returning soon and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service. Five stars!

We passed Sol and entered La Mallorquina, we were having coffee in the lounge upstairs. All right until I went to the toilet. I'm sorry to have to say it's a shame that you have it that way, so dirty! A place of such prestige as La Mallorquina should not be allowed that customers have to see that dirt in the service since it deserved, harms the prestige of the pastry. I hope that my comment will be taken into account to correct this grave situation that I have witnessed today.
