0/5 If we could! Checked in today only to find they closed the pool and they did it intentionally no notice that its closed not even thier site. Manger told us oh well. Only came cuz they had a pool and they won't give me a discount that is mandatory. They did last time at another location. Why not now? Avoid this awful place. Edit: When I booked my room in January there were no notices as this "manager" claims. Will be reporting this FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Absolutely amazing stay!!!!!!! This hotel offers an indoor pool, hottub, sauna, AND steam room!! After long day trips to Whistler Village, and just walking out and about throughout the city in the cold winter rainy days made these amenities so appreciable! Every night my husband and I would look forward to ending the day at the hottub and sauna! Bonus these amenitites typically stayed open late enough until like 9/10pm! The location is absolutely prime and everything was so walkable. We barely used any ubers/lyfts unless the drive was 25-30+ minutes away, other then that we walked everywhere in this beautiful city! Staff was amazing, rooms were great, bathroom was cute and enjoyable, bed was comfortable! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Based on the mix reviews, I was hoping I'd be lucky to have a positive stay since it was the only place that could accommodate 6 people, but sadly we had a terrible time and were stuck for 7 days. I do not recommend this place. Pros: Close to Stanley Park, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to Denman and Robson streets. Housekeeping team was very nice. Suite was spacious and having two full bathrooms was nice. Cons: Where do I even start? - No front desk service after 5PM; I knew about this but didn't realize how inconvenient it was, especially with all the issues I had with the place. They also don't want you to call their after hours line unless someone is dying. - The murphy bed's legs broke as soon as we pulled it down, called the after hours line since we couldn't check-in until after 7PM. They wouldn't do anything about it until the next morning and they kept telling us to use the sofa bed, which only fits ONE PERSON. So we slept on the murphy bed at a 45 degree angle for the first night. - On their website, it says laundry is available to customers 8am - 5pm, but at the hotel, we can only use it after 6pm because house keeping uses it during the day. Also their website/description says they do light housekeeping every day but once there, they told us to reuse our bath towels, and housekeeping only comes every 3 days. - One of the floor lamps in the living room stopped working after the second night, so lighting was not great. I was not keen on talking to the hotel management at this point. - We bought fruits and raw meat, but they started to go bad after three days in the fridge. We realized the fridge was not cooling properly, even after turning it to the coldest setting. They gave us a small fridge while we were out the next day, but the food was already ruined. When we got back at the end of the day, the whole suite smelled really bad due to the spoiled food. When I called the after hours line to ask if there was a place we could throw away the spoiled food, the guy who manned that line was very rude and kept yelling that the line was only for emergencies and my issue was a non-emergency. Also, that we'd need to keep that smelly food in the suite until the next day, because they locked the dumpsters/garbage bins and only housekeepers had the key. - Washers and dryers were super old and rusty, and one of the dryers ate my money. $3 for washer (30 mins) and $3 for dryer (60 mins). They don't have a change machine so you need to have the office break your money for you, again only between 9AM - 5PM. - The suite was quite dusty. - The pillows were not good, and my travel mates using the queen bed in the master bedroom said it was hard and uncomfortable. - Parking garage was very tight and limited, and they charge $25/day even if you're not using the garage. The area is nice but it's not worth the trouble to stay at this place. I'd look for better accommodations and customer service next time.

Our stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim was, without question, the most exceptional luxury hotel experience I have ever had — and I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, the USA, Africa, and Asia. We stayed in a Gold Suite, and from the moment we arrived, every detail was flawless. The Gold experience felt truly elevated — private, refined, and thoughtfully curated. The restaurant was outstanding. We dined in a private room, the food was exceptional, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The lounge and bar are stunning — trendy, beautifully designed, and vibrant — and again, the service was impeccable. The spa facilities are extraordinary. The hot tub, the hydrotherapy shower (absolutely to die for), and the spacious, spotless steam room created the most relaxing atmosphere. Everything throughout the hotel felt pristine, fresh, and meticulously maintained. One of the most thoughtful touches came Sunday morning when the concierge informed me they could arrange transportation to and from church. Not only did they provide a ride, but they also ensured I had bottled water for the journey. That level of service truly stands out. After church, I enjoyed breakfast overlooking the water — the view was breathtaking. The healthy, gluten-free options were excellent, and the cappuccino was perfection. When we checked out and valet brought our vehicle around, I was amazed to see that the inside of my car had been tidied and cleaned. It was such an unexpected and generous touch. Every element of our stay exceeded expectations. The Fairmont Pacific Rim sets the standard for luxury, service, and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

A beautiful hotel with exquisite amenities, including outdoor heated swimming pool and a comprehensive gym, and amazing views of thewaterfront. Excellent service was provided by every employee with whom we interacted, including the following: Jameel who greeted us at our car and loaded our luggage; Susie at the front desk: Simran who maintains the gym; and luggage handlers, both with welcoming, exceptional attitudes, Tim and Chad. We will be back.

A beautifully sophisticated hotel right in the center of Vancouver with heavy French influences! This is a glamorous and classy place that very much fits the pristine cosmopolitan nature of Vancouver. The umbrellas offered at the door are perfectly appropriate in a rainy city like Vancouver, and the flavored water in the lobby provides an extra touch of refinement. For a downtown hotel, the rooms are large and spacious, and they are not expensive for the level of comfort and service provided. This is a place where all guests feel like accomplished, urbane world travelers. Vintage and glamorously nostalgic and yet filled with modern global-minded sophistication, this is a beautiful place to stay in downtown Vancouver.

0 out of 5 The pictures they advertise must be stock photos because it does NOT look like the pictures. Also there is no pool, despite the website and trip sites saying it has one. The restaurant staff member looked annoyed that we were in there. And the shower smelled like smoke when we turned it on, and made the whole room smell like smoke.

1.) Extremely small room: -very small bed -zero place to move around -very small bathroom -people without perfect figure may not be able to enter the shower cubicle (it's that small) -extremely uncomfortable Mattress & oversized pillows 2.)Zero facility in the room -Hot water kettle or tea/coffee maker are the most basic things offered all over the world which weren't there in this hotel 3.) Useless reception -i was feeling feverish and needed medical attention, the reception didn't have basic meds like tylenol or basic things like a thermometer/balm etc. Also they had no clue about a doctor in the neighborhood who would be available 4.) breakfast -breakfast here is a mere scope compliance: Tea/coffee/milk Bread toast Cereals It's over ! Will never stay here again

10+ years ago this place was magical and in it's prime but our group was a bit disappointed, the pool was closed and not posted online to give you a heads up that it wasn't open. I paid over $100 at the spa for a gel pedicure yet 15 minutes later all the polished wiped off. We got "upgraded" to the same room we initially booked and were startled by the massive vomit stain outside the door. This was my 9th stay here over the spand of 15 years and sadly this will be the last time.

0/10 would not recommend Dirty dingy, dated and disgusting. The bed was a rock.If you love yourself you will not stay here. The only redeeming factor about this hotel is that it has two pools are they clean? Who knows? The rooms were very dirty with cigarette burns and carpet from the 80s.

100% in every way This particular Best Western never disappoints. We stay here every time we visit Toronto for the roomy accommodations and generous pool and hot tub. Friendly staff and located close enough to town to be considered convenient.

100pct amazing! We had the 2BR suite with a giant balcony overlooking the pool and restaurant below us. Kids had a blast, half block to Starbucks and a local grocer to cook food from our suites kitchen. Fantastic location easy walk to everything. Special thanks to Natalia at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Bathrooms were wonderful, soap and shampoo provided was divine. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back soon!

Don’t be fooled if they “upgrade your room” ask what floor your room is currently on and ask what floor you’re being upgraded too. I paid for a harbour view and my room was upgraded to an 8th floor view of the pool/city view and it was one of those double rooms where you can hear EVERYTHING the people next door to you are doing and saying… TERRIBLE. You can’t turn the balcony light off.

Had a wonderful stay at Sandman!! We stayed for one night as we were attending a show at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and the location is unbeatable! Their newly renovated suites are beautiful and were super convenient for my family of four. My toddler had a great night sleep on the sofabed in the living room and the room is spacious enough to fit a bassinet next to the bed. My toddler and i enjoyed the pool and our family had great food and service at the Shark Club in the lobby. (Thank you to Murray and his team who were super accommodating and even helped us move our stroller around!) Special shout out to the Sales team, Alex and Maria and the Reservations Manager, Patricia, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay and even set up a personalized welcome amenity for us in the room! Also we had super friendly service by the front desk team: Mihir, Claudia, David and Sanaz. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Rockey and team! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location in the heart of Toronto I stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto in June 2026 during a business trip, and it reaffirmed why it remains one of the most reliable hotels in the downtown core. With an unbeatable location, solid amenities, and a layout that works exceptionally well for business travelers, it delivers exactly what you need when your schedule is packed. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest assets. Sitting directly across from Nathan Phillips Square, it places you within walking distance of the Financial District, the Eaton Centre, Queen Street, and countless restaurants and cafés. Transit access is excellent — Queen and Osgoode subway stations are both nearby — and the PATH network runs right beneath the hotel, making it easy to move around the city regardless of weather. This is a large, high‑traffic property, but it’s run with impressive efficiency. The lobby is always active, yet never chaotic. Conference groups, business travelers, and tourists all move through smoothly. The public spaces are modern and well‑maintained, and the indoor/outdoor pool remains a standout feature — a rare perk for a downtown Toronto hotel. Experience makes a difference here, because room location matters. The Central Tower continues to be the best choice — rooms feel more updated, quieter, and better suited for business stays. My room this time offered a fantastic view of the CN Tower, a reminder that you’re right in the heart of Toronto’s skyline. Waking up to that view adds a little energy to the start of a workday. On previous stays, I’ve also had rooms overlooking the City of Toronto building, and that view is equally impressive — a sweeping, architectural perspective of Nathan Phillips Square and the surrounding civic buildings. Both sides offer memorable vantage points; it just depends on what kind of skyline you prefer. One important tip: avoid rooms located near service doors. These doors open and close frequently, and the noise can be loud enough to wake you, especially early in the morning. Once you’re away from those service areas, the rooms are significantly more peaceful. Overall, the rooms deliver what a business traveler needs: a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, strong Wi‑Fi, and views that make the stay feel distinctly Toronto.
