4.5 stars, better than most Sonders without kitchens. Nice views from rooftops, lockers for luggage, great internet, and a staffed desk daytimes.

77 Alley the restaurant connected to the hotel was top notch. It was such a great food experience. John the server was so amazing and kind. The perfect spot fresh off the airport. Also the owner had the best vibes. He didn’t rush me and told me to chill even when they were closing! Very welcoming. I had some issues with the room however the restaurant is the real star!

- Very well located hotel in the heart of Manhattan. - Apartment with little space, but with great bed and shower. - I stayed in an apartment with carpet. - TV from the '80s. - Elevators in excellent state of preservation. - Resort Fee: USD 40,16 (per day) + fee, which equals almost 45 collections per day. According to the hotel to use the internet, the gym, the business center and to connect between the apartments.

-They were ready to let me sleep on the street because they don’t accept cash. I offered to pay immediately and settle by card within a couple of hours- the manager refused. -Left stranded in the lobby for 3 hours until I could figure out this with a family member who lives in a different timezone, evening plans ruined. -Nowhere on their website does it say cash payments aren’t accepted. -Sent a complaint 4 days ago -still no response. -Towels offered are stained -Weeks after booking, noticed my room rate dropped by 40%! I asked if their current 15% Fall discount could at least be applied to my room- refused after 10 days of silence. -You must check in before 5 PM or go to their “sister company.” There is NO front desk from 5 PM to 9 AM. -They hand you the building key- feels more like an expensive Airbnb than a hotel. -Wi-Fi code missing from the room -Breakfast was way below average. -Skittles, their cat, is overweight and over-grooming Bottom line: A beautiful hotel needs more than charm- it needs real service. The front desk staff was nice but that obviously isn't enough. Sadly, this place seems to rely on its old reputation rather than delivering genuine hospitality.

1) High speed Internet? No connection possible in the room for 14 days!!I saw 4 different people. Manager Valleau Lewis was incompetent. No one came to see why. 2) 500 dollars charged to my credit card after the stay. I didn't authorize this debit and I made two e-mails asking what the amount was. I'm still waiting for an answer. Mrs Valleau Lewis received the email but does not deign to answer.

This place was unexpectedly great. We swapped out our time share for the Jockey Club. Great location, clean, nice staff and connected to the Cosmopolitan casino. We had a beautiful view from our room. So many places were in walking distance. Great time.

I really liked this hotel. Received a warm welcome and had a heated pool right outside my door. Comp bottle of California wine. Groovy robes. Easy wifi. Terrible location (someone was arrested in the street as we left, but Ubers are plentiful. Just use your brain.

$100+/night for Union Square location, clean room, working bathroom, working Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast and round-the-clock tea/coffee/water! Apart from the loud heating pipes in the room, it really did its job for my 5D/4N stay in San Francisco. Thank You to the gentleman at the reception who was kind enough to offer us takeaways upon our early check-out at 5+am. I’ll be back!

Self-check-in only, which is fine in theory, but there’s zero on-site staff for basic needs. Phones go nowhere: every number (local, 347, even a U.S. “guest-line”) routes to an overseas call center. Those agents have never set foot in the hotel, can’t reach the manager, and refuse early check-ins and aren’t able to send anyone for things onsite such as extra linens. Attitude & connection both terrible: crackly lines, scripted answers, and they hang up when you ask for an American rep or their management. If you need anything beyond punching in the door code—blankets, maintenance, a human in an emergency… tbh look elsewhere. HIRE A DESK ATTENDANT!!!!!

Stayed at the Warwick for one night after seeing a show at the Orpheum and it was a great experience! Rooms are clean, spacious and decorated well. The hotel is connected to a great restaurant called Bota which has a very friendly server and chef. Special shoutout to the Warwick’s front desk manager, Nestor, who provided me a place to take work calls after checking out!

I don’t like to write bad reviews but after my experience here, it feels necessary. For having a reputation as the “best” MGM hotel property in Vegas, my stay here fell incredibly short. I booked a stay for three nights with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We were given a connecting room. The walls are already paper thin in the hotel, so with there being a door on the shared wall to the neighboring room, noise cancelation was nonexistent. Our neighbors blasted music & partied until 5am every night. Yes, it’s Vegas, but all hours of the night was inconsiderate. We got no sleep & were miserable. When we politely asked the front desk for a way to alleviate the situation, they stated that the neighbors were checking out that day so the problem was solved. No accommodation or apology for the damage already done. Not worth hundreds of dollars a night when you can’t even enjoy sleep in your room. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the front desk staff is borderline rude, & the guest treatment leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is beautiful & the heated pool is very relaxing, but I have had much better experiences at other Vegas properties.

I am currently staying in the M Social Hotel New York downtown. The rooms are really pretty very neat and cozy. I was having issues with the internet in my room that I was stressing a bit because I had to work. I spoke to front desk to solve the issue and William supported me all the way. As they were still solving the connectivity issues in my room he offered me to change rooms as it was pretty late at night. Finally he was able to offer me a great upgrade on my stay and Connectivity issues were gone in the new room. I am really happy with the service. Shout out to the team and to William.
